We had water leaking in the living room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom and I called Plumbing care for service. They gave me a window of 2-4 pm on the same day. Keith and Mario showed up on time and went straight to work. Keith was spot on where to cut the ceiling to find the leak from the bathroom drain. Keith came back with Alan the next day with the supplies needed for the repair and finished the job as well as replacing the upstairs toilet. Keith is very knowledgeable and efficient, but most importantly, he is friendly and professional. Keith and his crew were fantastic and deserve recognition for their services. Plumbing care personnel and quality work are good indications of a well-managed company. I am now a loyal customer. .

Our garbage disposal decided to break on the 4th of July. The next day, we contacted Plumbing Care and within a couple of hours the technician, Andre, arrived at our house. He replaced the disposal in under 45 minutes. He provided pictures of the old disposal and of the the one he replaced it with. He cleaned up after the job, even dumping the box & packaging that the new disposal came in. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend using Plumbing Care.

Amazing service!! We had another plumber install an earthquake valve on our gas main and he couldn't get our hot water heater lit. He told me it could take weeks to get the part and i should try to get them. I called Plumbing Care and the came and fixed the problem within 2 hours of me calling. Alvictor and Alan were amazing fast knowledgeable even charged less than quoted! I could not have been happier.

I had a leak with my kitchen faucet that had pex fittings. I called a lot of plumbers that said they worked with pex before and when they came to my house they said they couldn't do it. I called plumbing care and they sent a technician and he fixed my problem with ease. I really appreciate them fixing my leaky and now stress free. Technician came out to argue with me that I need a tankless water heater because he refused to install water heater due to my roof? I've already had researched that tankless water heaters suck a lot of power and if you are in a neighborhood where power goes out a lot in winter than tankless is not recommended. It's my choice as a home owner.
He wanted a full explanation why I didn't want a tankless water heater, I politely said I want quote for gas water heater 50 gallon- he said ""sorry I won't install a gas water heater"" and left.... umm ok. Worst professionalism

Our water heater started hissing and we realized we had a small leak. I called Plumbing Care after reading Yelp reviews on them and glad that I did. They answered my call quickly and had a tech scheduled to come out same day.....actually within a few hours. They shut the water heater down, drained it, and came back the next day to install the new one. Both Andrew and Richardo were both very nice and got the job done quickly. I will definitely call Plumbing Care back for any other plumbing issues. They did a great job and at a fair price!

We had a leak in the main water line going to our house, buried in our front yard somewhere. Plumbing Care fixed it for us and I am very happy with their workmanship and the overall experience! I thought the advice we got from Plumbing Care was the most ""on the nose"" compared with others who consulted. Also, their price was reasonable. Previous plumbing work I've had done here in the East Bay has been extremely expensive so I was glad to be working with Plumbing Care this time. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done! Keith, one of their Field Supervisors, was particularly good to work with. Allan did the actual work and he did a great job. Best of all - the leak is fixed!
