My water filtration tank in the garage and P trap under the kitchen sink were leaking, I called several plumbing companies, they were either short of staff scheduling me for several days later or no answers at all. Leaking issue is huge, it could damage our properties, so I think it's urgent. I called Plumbing Care, the representative was able to quickly schedule the appointment and sent me text messages for appointment status update. When technician Dimitry came, he quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed for me. Dimitry is very professional, except fixing the problems, he also went out of the way to mount the water tanks to the wall. Professional and Excellent service! Last but not least, their price is very competitive!

Have used them twice in the last week! First for broken cold water control for washer then for leaking air gap for dishwasher! Both Dragan and Andre were able to determine the problems and fix quickly. No extra service call fee...only paid for repairs.

I love the Plumbing care work. They were on time, precise with what the work needs to be done and perform quality time. I have used their services multiple times. But, they refused to work with me in Nov 2022 citing my comment ""your quote is a bit expensive"" for one of the services I needed in June 2020. But, I still took their services later multiple times and was happy with them.
In early spring 2022 I did a major re-plumbing work from them and I was happy with them but 2 days later I saw one of my drain lines leaking the water. so I called them to ask if its related to the work they did 2 days back and if they can come and see. I had a doubt so i asked him to first come and see if its related.. if its not related, i will pay to fix it. But they thought i am blaming them for it.
So essentially, you cannot have honest conversation with them. In Nov 2022 they told me that they won't serve me citing these reasons which were old. So, for them, customer satisfaction is instead of clarifying with customer, simply refusing to work with them. I had recommended them to my friends and family but I am afraid to do so now. I never write reviews but I wasn't expecting this from them so I had to write it.

We host our annual extended-family Thanksgiving on Saturday. The night before our garbage disposal stopped working. The morning of I found the sink was clogged. Having 30+ people over and no working sink...we were desperate.

I contacted my regular plumber and even their emergency service was booked solid. I tried another local, Pleasanton plumber and they were closed for the Thanksgiving weekend.

I found Plumbing Care through Yelp, called their 24-hour line and a live person answered. Within 15 mins I had an appointment confirmation from ""Steve"" and within an hour Dimitry was onsite. He was courteous & informative. Dimitry assessed the situation and gave us our options. Within 45 mins we were up and running! I was so delighted by the speedy service that I sent Dimitry home with a nice bottle of Steven Kent Malbec.

Had an emergency issue with my water heater and was able to get a technician to come out the same day (even during a holiday weekend)! I was surprised the tech was able to replace my water heater during his initial visit and I was very glad he was able to do so. Their employees are courteous and efficient. There was one small issue with the tech feeling upset that I was on the 2nd floor. My only feedback for this company is to have the operator specifically ask what floor the water heater is on so the technician knows in advance. I did share the location of my water heater but it didn't dawn on me to share I was on the 2nd floor. Overall, would recommend this company.

I've use this company twice over the last several years. One was for a water heater issue which they replaced the water heater and got me up and running successfully in a matter of hours.

This most recent call was for a clogged kitchen sink. They came out on time as promised in their scheduled appointment time slot. They quickly assessed the problem and were able to fix the clog sink within 15 minutes. Not knowing what the issue was initially, I also asked if I should replace my garbage disposal. The technician assessed the garbage disposal and told me that it was working fine and told me that I didn't need to replace it. I found his honesty to be really refreshing in an industry that can be dishonest. I love the fact that this company have honest guys working for them and always tell the customer the right thing. Bottom line, is that they have integrity.

I would definitely use these guys for any plumbing issues.

Let me tell you about a holiday debacle I had days before thanksgiving. Days before today, we notice flooding around our washer drain. We tried everything we could to fix the issue only to realize it wasn't helping but instead costing us $. We tried snaking it, pour chemicals, and plunging it. Because of this issue we moved the thanksgiving dinner to my aunts. I thought to myself maybe I can contact a plumber a day before thanksgiving to see if they can come. I didn't expect them to even pick up the phone but they said they'll have someone come out around 2-4 depending on how busy they are. The tech Alvictor called and asked if he can come earlier and he came around 11 instead. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour, explained to us what happened, and was very professional. Now we could having thanksgiving again at my house thanks to them. Oh yeah, the clogged lead to the kitchen sink so we couldn't use the water there that's why we were going to move the dinner.

I highly recommend Plumbing Care Inc. We had a water leak under the driveway from the water meter to the main shut off valve. Other plumbers wanted us to call a leak detection company to locate the leak before they jack hammer the driveway, repair the leak then patch up the driveway. I finally called Plumbing Care and was able to schedule an appointment the next day with Andrew, Field Supervisor. He said he could fix the leak by replacing the entire main line under the driveway by using a trenchless method without having to break up the driveway. Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process and answered my questions patiently and in layman's term. He emailed the estimate to me within the hour of our meeting as promised. Andrew didn't mind my husband calling him after hours with additional questions. We scheduled the work 3 days later so my husband could be on site, otherwise we could have had the work completed the next day. Andrew called to inform me he was on his way and asked if he could start digging upon arrival. His crew, G and Pablo, was fast at work when we arrived. Andrew was communicative throughout the entire process. They completed the work successfully within 4 hours. It was amazing that they were able to replace the entire water line under the driveway without breaking the cement. No evidence of work was visible; it was seamless. Andrew and his team put the plants and grass back and cleaned up nicely. Thank you Andrew!

Our water heater failed last Friday afternoon (I swear, stuff like this always happens at the end of the week). Contacted a few places through Yelp to get estimates and Saturday morning the list was shortened by default because half of the places weren't open on the weekend.

Not Plumbing Care though - they were open and able to get a technician out to me sooner than any other company. When Alvictor arrived to provide an estimate the quote I was given was consistent with all the other companies that had provided estimates, and after signing off on the order the he went straight to work and was done in just a couple of hours.

It's always frustrating and infuriating when big stuff like this breaks around the house, so I definitely appreciate it when a company like Plumbing Care can help alleviate things painlessly and efficiently.
