8/19/20 Our service man, Dragan and his assistant were punctual, professional, and efficient! Only took him 30 mins or so to fix the running water issue with our business toilet that gets used all the time. Easy payment options and they were protected with their face masks! Thanks, guys!

This is an overdue review from plumbing service received in January (replace bad cartridges in faucets).

Pros:
- They showed up same day for a non-emergency appointment, though all they could do is diagnose the issue (which I had already told them prior to the appointment based off of an inspector's notes).
- They came back in 1-2 days to attempt to solve the issue, though they were unable to do so because they did not have the appropriate tools with them.
- After leaving negative feedback on a survey emailed to me by the company, management contacted me and offered a partial refund. I did not request or expect this so I was happy with that outcome.
- The technicians were very kind and seemed knowledgeable.

Cons:
- On the second visit the technicians seemed unprepared and did not have necessary tools. I chalked it up to unexpected complications, so I was not too concerned. They said they would come back out 1-2 days later, which surprised me because it was a holiday weekend.
- I received a phone call the day before the third appointment saying they wanted to come out after the holiday weekend. I understood this, but was a little frustrated that we they did not schedule the appointment as such from the beginning.
- They arrived for the appointment. One of the replacement parts was far more expensive than quoted, and the technician brought more than the required part (they brought an entirely new shower head and handle along with the cartridge). I was slightly annoyed because I was assured there would be no issue just getting the required part. The technician also said the piece I had was discontinued, which a quick Google/Amazon searched proved incorrect. Either way, the technician took $50 off of the price.
- After completion of the job, the technician left sharp pieces of metal from the sawed-off handles, as well as dirt, all over the sink and shower floor. I should have asked them to clean up, but I did not. Again, the company took responsibility, and the work was completed with fully functional replacement parts, so overall I was satisfied with the work, but I was disappointed given the vastly positive Yelp reviews and high rating. I don't know that I would discourage anyone from using this company, but I personally am unlikely to use them again.

they installed a water line for the washer in our apartment. they did a great job on installing the water line working really well with constraints that came up because we live in a condo. the technicians are very professional and provide good service !

The only positive is they showed up quickly. Spent an hour trying to fix the pump and failed. Still charged me $200. He said he would try to order the part and I never heard from him again.

I originally called plumbing care because I had a pipe burst underneath the ground by my garden hose. Alvictor and his partner arrived within 30 minutes and restored our water back to normal within two hours. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this plumbing company for all the plumbing needs.

Had a problem with my brand new AO Smith water heater. Called Plumbing care for assistance, they sent out a field tech the same day. Martin responded and fixed my issue in 20 minutes! He was easy to speak with and knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Plumbing Care!!!!!

They just ripped us off for $350 for doing nothing. They told us that we need to pay them $350 since they came to check the problem. They said we can use that money for future work if they cannot find the problem. They could not find the leak. We still paid them thinking that the payment will be used in future services. We called them today for other service and they want additional money and simply denied about $350 for future services. They are inefficient and rip-off. Poor Service.

Thanks for renewing my faith in contractors!
After a not-so-good experience with a different contractor doing a major home project, I was very happy to do business with Plumbing Care.
Excellent response time and communication.
Tyler Lewis is a very professional and capable plumber. He showed up on time and completed the work in less than an hour. Very easy to talk with. He listened closely and understood my inputs/concerns.
In the end the job was done professionally, quickly, and properly.
I am not an easy customer and they have five stars for a reason.

Plumbing Care was amazing! They were able to come within just a few hours of calling. The guys were very nice and super knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. We will absolutely make them our 1st call anytime we have another plumbing issue.

Just had Plumbing Care out to my house to fix a mistake by another contractor and install a new toilet. Andrew and Frank were very efficient. Andrew answered all my questions and made excellent suggestions. Highly recommend this company.
