Plumbing Care was super helpful and service is superb. My bathroom faucet handles froze up and needed to be replaced, fairly common as minerals build over 15 years. Dimitri was dispatched to my house, diagnosed the issue immediately and recommended a full replacement. The labor charges were very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Plumbing Care.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped working, and Plumbing Care Inc came out the next day to inspect it. When scheduling the appointment, there was no mention of a service fee. However, after showing up, and discovering it was actually just an issue with our gas connection, they then said it was a $250 fee. For a 5 minute appointment. I get that they need to charge a fee to come out, but they should mention this upfront vs. surprising you at the end.

I recently asked Pluming Care to replace a water heater at my home. I should say that I had a great experience. After providing an estimate, the technician arrived on time and did his job very professionally. He cleaned up the storage area where the water heater was installed after he finished his job. He took pictures of the work and later sent them to me as part of the invoice. I need to mention that the price was very reasonable too. However, what actually made me write this review was the quality communication I had with William. He was always very quick in responding to my emails and answered all my question with clarity. 5 star is what they deserve.

These guys are great. Same day service. I had a bad leak on the main from the street to the house, underneath my sidewalk. This was not an easy job. Alvictor was calm, cool and professional and fixed the issue. He is one of a kind and an ultimate professional and expert. Request him if you can. :)

We give this perfect rating because of two things: Martin was super knowledgeable and helped guide us efficiently through the pros and cons of various water heater options. It was clear that customer service is a high priority for this company. We had considered several plumbers, but we chose Plumbing Care because of their strong customer service, their knowledge, and their competitive prices. Our installer Anatoli was a delight. He is friendly, very competent, and knowledgeable about the water heater we bought and with other products we might consider installing in the future.

We feel that we found a plumber that was not only great for our water heater installation, but it is also a company that we can work with on all our future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with the customer service Steve, but somehow the technician I was going to get changed from a Carlos to a Saragh , this new guy was confused a day before and to me it's a red flag. On the day of service the technician saragh calls me saying he was at the location but my tenant said there was no one there. Later on I arrived at location for service and tenant said he just arrived and just flushed toilet and ran the water saying there's no clog anymore. Somehow the issues had resolved itself. The tech looked annoyed ready to pack and go, also my tenant mentioned there was a clog in the garage sink and he finally looked there and said it's a clog and said it will cost me 325.00 dollars to fix it, the tenant was shocked with the price and said wow and the plumbers said that's the price you pay for plumbing! He mentioned issued with the pipes and that if he uses his machine in our pipes it will damage his machine or equipment, he Did not offer options and was not offering his services in other ways either.
My tenant did not like the guys lack of customer service and asked me to look for another plumber.
I can't say he did not do a good service or a bad service as a plumber, we just did not feel he was up for this job, we did not see the motivation or even willingness to help. The 3 star is for Steve!
