Recommended Customer Reviews

Andrew and Daniel were responsive, prompt, professional, responsive and respectful. Gave me a quote, we agreed, they left to get the parts needed, went under the house, fixed the problem, took pictures and cleaned up. I have peace of mind that the job is done and was done right by professionals.

Just had a kitchen faucet replaced by Plumbing Care.
Keith C. called to ask if it was OK to arrive earlier than expected, which was great for me. He installed my new faucet quickly, and was very pleasant to chat with. He also helped me find an issue with one of my bathroom faucets. Very knowledgable and efficient!
The faucet had a motion sensor control box, which he had no problem dealing with.
Honestly I did not shop around for prices, so I can't judge if Plumbing Care's price was fair, but I was certainly happy with the service!

Just our luck, water heater goes out while we are vacationing and niece is watching the house. Who are you going to call? First thing I did was check for a local plumber and the ratings on Yelp. There is a reason why Plumbing Care is rated so well.
We called in the morning and they were out there in a couple hours. In fact, they got the whole job done in the afternoon. Apparently these water heaters don't last forever so everything had to be replaced.
This is what I got:
50 gallon Ruud /Rheem natural gas water heater plus installation. Basic installation includes the below items:
- Delivery of new hot water heater.
- Installation of new gas flex & water lines.
- Installation of new gas shut off valves.
- Reconnect temperature & pressure safety valve.
- provide and install drip pan.
- new ball valves.
- provide & replace earthquake straps.
- proper bonding and bracing of the unit.
- sticker with emergency shut down instructions.
- haul away and proper disposal of existing unit.
1 year warranty on all installations provided by Plumbing Care.
8 year standard manufacturer warranty on the unit.
If you check out a local hardware store, a new 50 gallon water heater cost around $850. The total cost for this project was $1,745. Considering that includes delivery, installation, haul away of old tank, labor and all the aforementioned components, this price is very reasonable. In addition, they were safe, clean, quick and courteous. There is a reason that Plumbing Care is rated 5 stars.

Best people I've met in long time. Responsive, on time, fair price, professional... What else do you need?
Would definitely recommend them and will use them for any plumbing work in the future. Thank you guys!

They had clear communication and prompt service to repair a recall burner issue on the water heater unit. I also appreciate the phone notification to indicate when the technician would be arriving and the follow up email with pictures attached. Highly recommend to others!

Keith was very kind, professional, and clearly explained what the different options were & how much they would cost, which was quite reasonable. He helped us understand each step--and then a summary of the whole process with pictures at the end! We are very pleased with this company and will definitely be calling them for future needs. Also, they happened to be right in the area already, so they were at our house in less than 30 minutes from when we called. We're very grateful. Highly Recommend Plumbing Care!

Rhisto is doing a great a job he is quick and able to finish the repair earlier than I expected. He is knowledgeable, shared good information about water heater, how to take care of it and gave me some tips to save money if ever there is a problem on water heater in the future. He did a really good job with sound judgment. I highly recommended him not only because he is knowledgeable but because he seems care.

They do good work. The first guy who came couldn't get the line from our house to the street to clear. Really nice guy, tried very hard. Had to call a second crew to use a high pressure system to clear the line.
2nd crew worked hard and got it cleared. But then came a few sales pitches. "" Hey I can't fix the clay pipe because we don't dig. But I know a guy..."" I said ""uh ok."" Then I have some random Landscape guy is all over me, calling me.
""Hey the water heater looks really old - probably should replace that "" ...It's literally 3 years old. They also left a big mess near the clean out, but I'll give them that because it was dark and late...
Kinda felt a bit slimy honestly. Won't call them unless I am desperate and want to deal with sales tactics.

We had been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink drain and along with everything else that's been going on we were feeling a bit overwhelmed. After checking out some of Plumbing Care's Yelp reviews we decided to give them a call and got a good feeling right from the start. They were able to send somebody out within about an hour. After determining what the actual issues were and deciding on costs - Dimitri had everything buttoned down in a timely fashion. He was a total professional and easy to deal with, an asset to this business. Would not hesitate to call Plumbing Care in the future and highly recommend them.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They installed the pipes and did such a poor job I needed a handy man to fix their work. Then they were supposed to make my sink work after I put in drywall. I put it in and reached out a week before we were to move into our new house. At first they lied and told me they already activated my line. After talking to a bunch of people, one person told me they made a mistake and that I was in fact correct and that I paid for the service and they didn't provide it. They told me a technician was on their way to fix it. Then the owner called me to tell me that they weren't going to finish their job I paid them $10,000 to do because I was angry when I talked to people. Uhhhh, obviously! My family was moving in the next day and they first told me I had to pay them more to do a job that I already paid them to do. Then they told me that I had to wait till Monday to have water when it was Friday. But since I was angry, she decided to cancel the service and told me to figure it out myself. How unprofessional? This woman who owns the company is awful. On top of that, she then blocked all of the numbers of the company for me to call and told me she was blocking my email.
On top of that, my garage now has a leak because of their shoddy work of putting the pipes together. On top of that they had to come out and reinstall the water heater due to it falling out of the stucco due to not screwing into a stud.
Worst company ever. They will be seeing my in court. This a public notice and, if justice prevails and I have proof for everything I said, this company should have their license at minimum on probation, but in all likelihood, should be revoked. You can't be accredited by the state in such an important industry and play with peoples lives because a customer got angry.
[UPDATE] Since the owner wanted to make claim that I lied, which I do not do, here is some proof. I have plenty more on my phone including emails and pictures. I have proof for literally everything I said. So who is the one lying?
[UPDATE #2] Everybody who can read this exchange can clearly see how you continue to deny obvious facts. On top of that you are making false claims. The only thing you should be doing is apologizing. I don't know what world you live in or where you're from but when a business makes mistakes they apologize. Especially when it's something as crucial as plumbing. Instead you chose to deny a problem, attempt to recharge me for a service I paid for then called me to lecture me.
I never said anything about women. I was talking to you and about you.
