This is really prompt and really professional company for all plumbing needs. I had to get new Gas Pipe drawn for the kitchen and the team at Plumbing Care showed up on time and gave he quote. They scheduled the job and got the entire thing done in one straight day. Very thorough, clean and in the process they helped fixing fence in the lawn. Emil and his partner were great.. I would definitely recommend them if you want to get the job done Right and On time...

We had an Emergency ... toilet overflowing, forcing water to overflow in a shower in another room. We called Plumbing Care at 2:50 PM ... talked with a nice lady who immediately had a person assigned to our 'case.' Kyle (our assigned service person) called us a few minutes later, assessed the situation, indicated he needed to load up some bigger equipment and would be at our location in 20 minutes. He arrived on time and got right to work. He cleared out our main sewer line, snaked out my wife's shower (a nice bonus) and was done with the work by 4 PM. Wow, we couldn't have asked for a faster response and we had a happy result. Thanks Plumbing Care!!

Alex came out as our shower faucet had broken. He had to open the opening, remove the face plate, redo some pipes, put in a new face plate and shower faucet. He was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him and Plumbing Care.

This company charge $175 to come out and check the project! It is outrageous high rate before I know the service worth this much. Looking the other way...

For a week now, we've worked with two plumbers and still did not have hot water. The first plumber was through American Home Shield (AHS). Their diagnosis of the problem was completely off. The second plumber I contacted was kind and knowledgeable to call the manufacturer, AO Smith, and that was when I learned that our water heater was under a national recall (my fault for not registering; lesson learned: always register a new water heater (despite the heater being bought by AHS and installed by their plumber with additional outrageous fees back in 2015)). Although the second plumber was helpful, I could only use the local plumbers authorized by AO Smith. I was given two numbers. I called the first number last Friday (before the Memorial Day weekend), but I was given the wrong information. The parts weren't supposed to be sent to our home. After the holiday, I decided to call the other number (Plumbing Care, Inc.) which was this morning. One of their plumbers, Mike, was free, and he came to our home in the afternoon. He fortunately already had the parts needed to repair our water heater. After fixing the problem, he courteously explained what parts were replaced and immediately sent me the sales receipt (manufacturer paid for the repair work and parts). He also answered some more of my questions. I will use Plumbing Care, Inc. again because of their fast, efficient, and courteous service.

Easy to schedule, prompt and friendly technician. Eric called ahead of the appointment and was super nice. Everyone's always happy when the plumber arrives, right?? He did a great job fixing our toilet and drain and processing the paperwork was easy. I even appreciate that he excused my messy house and reminded me my two little kids will grow up fast so it's okay to prioritize fun playtime over cleaning. Ha!

Really high quality. I called about my tankless water heater needing a new igniter. They had the part already and were able to come out that day. They were super upfront and clear about the price (and they quoted me lower than another plumber). They fixed the problem in very short time. Easy to work with and very professional. I'd highly recommend them for any tankless water heater issues.
