Our water heater broke the Sunday during a holiday weekend. Since we have a baby, same day repair was a must. We called over 20 plumbers with no luck, until we spoke to Michael at Plumbing Care Inc. 3 words I can think of - responsive-dependable-efficient. I have used Plumbing Care a number of times and I consider them one of my fave plumbers. 2 days ago my tenant called me at night that their shower handle broke. I reached out to Plumbing Care around 8 pm and received a response from Steve who told me he can schedule a technician the day after. I was surprised to get a response as I was expecting it the next morning. Wanted to shout out to Steve and technician Dimitry for being so responsive and completed the job. Thanks so much Steve & Dimitry. I highly recommend Pluming Care to anyone for their plumbing work.

Plumbing Care charged me $1800 to change out a shower valve. If I was able to get a competitive quote (note I was on vacation when this happened), I believe this would have been about half (a price I paid for the same repair in a different unit with better parts). I recommend getting getting a second and third quote when doing plumbing. This plumber did not anticipate problems that are common with our building (note they are the building plumber) and it required three separate trips, each requiring water shut downs.

We called Pluming Care out for what we thought was going to be a simple job replacing a water valve. They sent Dragan out to do the repair. A very nice, friendly man who quickly assessed the problem but unfortunately it involved making a small opening in the wall behind the frig. He did a very professional, thorough repair including a patch of the wall. Fixed the problem quickly. they photo the stages of repair so you can see what was done, a nice touch.

It seemed expensive but we did not have time to get estimates so I don't know how their pricing compares. We were grateful they found a time slot that worked for us. I would call them again.

My Gas Hot Water Heater started leaking yesterday morning and I had to get it replaced ASAP. My neighbor recommended Plumbing Care, based on his experienced one month earlier, when they installed a tankless water heater for him. They came out the same day to my house, early evening, and installed a new heater. What a great experience. From the first call to their office, to the final cleanup when the job was completed. Hristo Ivanov, the technician, arrive on time and was very friendly, respectful, explaining exactly what will be done, estimated the duration it will take, and clearly explained/answered all my questions. What impressed me the most was that Hristo did not take any shortcuts (I know some level of plumbing work). He specifically installed the unit and pipes in a layout and setup, while keeping future possible maintenance access required to key components in mind (I have heard from some friends that had to pay extra to remove pipes when they needed maintenance to be performed on their unit, as they were originally installed in front of the control box, or in positions that are in the way to access key components). In my case, I think it took Hristo a little longer to complete the job, but that is what quality work, and customer service, is about. If I could, I will give Hristo 6 stars. I definitely recommend Plumbing Care. I believe I got value for money, quality work, and if you can, ask for Hristo Ivanov to be assigned to your job. You will be happy you did. THANK YOU Plumbing Care, I will be back when needed.

Called at least half-dozen plumbers to fix a water heater that was still under warranty. All of which would have to do multiple visits and may not even be certain they could repair it. Plumbing Care knows Rheem water heaters and literally took great care of us; they knew what was the issue, had the part in stock, and got the hot water back up and running. The tech also spent a good amount of time on the phone with me explaining what was wrong and what needed to get the hot water back at a fair price.

These guys are definitely staying on my phone's contact list for sure. Highly recommended. A+++

My toilet had a leak causing the entire tank to drain. I called them up and they were very responsive. They sent out a guy to take a look that same day, and he identified that the stem needed to be replaced. Got it fixed that same day. Thanks!

After a home inspection as part of the sale of our home 2 problems were uncovered, a leaking tub drain and a leaking hot water dispenser faucet. Having used Plumbing Care in the past to install a tankless water heater I called them to evaluate the leaks. Alvictor (plumbing tech) came the next day, quickly identified the tub leak and was able to repair it (new gasket) vs replacing the drain, saving us quite a bit. The faucet was a more difficult problem as it has been discontinued by the manufacturer but working together over the phone with them Alvictor was able to get a replacement part (at no cost!) sent which he installed the next day. Very happy once again with Plumbing Care and especially with Alvictor for his courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend!
