Short story first: Seriously the best, most authentic and helpful plumbing service we've used. We had an emergency call on a Sunday night and Bill came out and not only helped us with our problem that night, but took time to double check that it was right then walked us through on how to remedy our issue if it happened again.

Longer story: we were having sewage draining issues. Smell filling our house, bubbling toilets, etc. We did some work in our vent stacks ourselves, plungers, snaking toilets, etc. All minimal effect but kept us functional. Turned out to be a bigger issue. It's a break in our main sewage line. We have a one way clean out but Bill was able to run his snake the opposite way to clear it. Pulled some blockage, water started draining out. He asked me to test the toilets and the water wasn't flowing through. So he worked on the clean out again and cleared another block. After that he walked me through how to run my own snake up the one way clean out until we get it fixed.

It did back up again before we could get our repairs done, and we were able to use what he shows us to clear some of the block.

Bill came out again to walk us through what the repair will look like. Definitely appreciate the time and attention he has been giving to help us through a pretty crappy situation with our plumbing. (Pun intended) Got us scheduled for repairs asap. Will come back to give an update review on how the repair goes. But so far, 5 stars for great help, attention and care on an emergency call.

BILL IS THE MAN! We had a fridge delivered late yesterday but our copper pipe was leaking significantly. Plumbing care gave us advice and got us someone the next morning. Bill showed up early, gave us options, and helped us choose the best option for our situation. Definitely recommend.

Friendly, professional, reliable staff at reasonable rates! Called them in the morning and they took care of our main water line meter regular valve leak issue the same day! They even brought their shovel and saw to dig and cut the protruding tree roots that may cause potential harm on our main water line. Update: Over the few days following the day Plumbing Care came out to address out blockage problem, it turned out that we were still not entirely out of the woods. So, they came back promptly, used the snake again, and then, with a camera, determined that, unfortunately, we have a broken sewer pipe as well as an offset in the pipe in another location. However, they also said they are a small family-owned company not equipped to do sewer pipe repair or replacement, and that we should contact a company such as Roto-Rooter.
I like the guys that came out, and, on the second visit, again found them efficient and professional. And I'd still recommend Plumbing Care, but I'm lowering my review a bit because I feel the charge for the visit on the second day was quite high--close to twice that of the first day, and yet they were here for a shorter time. (Yes, there was the camera work on the second day, but I notice that other companies will do camera work for free.) Plus, given our experience, I'd recommend that if you're in an older home with old pipes where there's a chance that sewer pipe work might be needed, you'll save time and money by going straight to a company that offers full sewer services.
