I had a leaky shower for two weeks because the handle broke off. I messaged Plumbing by JJ a few days ago & he was able to make it this afternoon. Got here at 12:30 PM & was done by 1:30 PM. Leak is gone, shower is working fine again. Will be using his service again if I ever need it. The value was worth it.

Called for an emergency repair. Francisco responded and arrived within 30 minutes, on a Saturday at 6PM. The repair was replacing the leaky main valve that goes into the house. Francisco had a professional attitude and complete the work quickly. I would definitely consider Plumbing by JJ again for any future plumbing repair work.

Shower drain would not drain. I used draino, a plugger and a hand snake, those methods would not improve the drainage . The hand snake was getting stopped at the original cast iron p-trap in the crawl space. As an able body person, I decided to go into the crawl space, and try to snake the p-trap from there. After a good time of trying my best the problem became clear I needed a good plumber. I was able to text my problem to Plumbing by JJ, send him photos of my pipes late on Saturday night. The next morning he showed up with helpers/apprentices ready to fix my problem quickly. He explained the issue, how he would fix it, and gave a reasonable price. The cast iron pipe needed to be cut out and replace with a new ABS piping. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy to get guaranteed good drainage for a year. I will using this business for any future plumbing needs.

Just background, I'm getting a large remodel done and needed a video for the city to approve the plans. After much discussion and deliberation with him, we decided to overhaul a lot of our plumbing so I wouldn't need to think about it later or run into issues once we started construction. He was communicative and fast. There was a sense of pride in his work and he also photographed everything. I work in education so I'm off during summers and he was very considerate in that. We got the job done so now it's just going into the next phase for our project.
