Francisco responded to my message quickly and scheduled me same day. He arrived shortly after. He was punctual, very professional and got to work right away. My bath tub drain was clogged and he provided excellent services. He explained what the issue was and what was recommended. We needed a kitchen gas valve replaced and two kitchen water valves replaced in preparation for our upcoming kitchen upgrade. We requested a quote on Yelp specifically from Plumbing by JJ after seeing all of the good reviews. I received a text from Jesus in less than 30 minutes asking for my location so he could drop by to give me a quote. Jesus arrived at the time he said he would and gave me a very good quote. After agreeing to the quote he went to buy the new parts needed and said he would return in less than an hour. When he returned he had all of the correct parts and installed all of the parts quickly, cleanly and efficiently. This man knows his craft and is very professional. Nothing but a pleasant and efficient experience. Francisco came during the rain, (pouring rain) and hydro-jet the washer drain/sewer line that was backed up. The pipe was filled with build up from years of use. He was right to the point and gave a time frame of when he was going to be done. He cleaned after himself and wiped everything down. Highly recommend his services if in need some quick service calls and someone who responds extremely fast to text.

Francisco answered my call and we quickly scheduled an appointment for him to stop by. He arrived earlier than scheduled which was great and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately.

I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom tub and was not able to fix it myself. He provided a great solution and very good price. He was very honest, knowledgeable and friendly.

Gave him a call and he showed up within 2 hours. Fixed the issue we had with our kitchen sink and also fixed a leak we had outside that we had been dealing with for almost a year now. It was after 5pm and Francisco said he could be there between 6-6:30 the same day. My tenant's water had been off for almost 3 days. Francisco arrived, assessed the issue, gave me his price and proceeded to cut out the bad pipe, add a new piece and solder it in. No more leak and my tenants have water. I was able to pay him in California from here in Nevada using Zelle. Great job and my new hero!

Absolutely amazing experience! Jesus was extremely responsive and sent a technician to my house within a couple hours. I had been struggling with an apparent leak at my house for months. My water bill was high and when I checked the activity with the city, I found that the usage would spike up randomly. I initially thought I had a leak under my house and found JJ to have the best water detection price so I decided to go with them. Francisco came and went underneath the house but didn't find any leaks. Which made sense because if there was an ongoing leak then the usage would be consistently high. My second thought was that it could possibly be the water heater since it was extremely corroded and over 20 years old, so Francisco allowed me to use the water detection credit to apply on the replacement of a water heater. Total cost was only $1800! What a steal! He did an amazing job and finished in just a couple hours. I'm not sure if this is indeed the solution to my high water usage, but overall very happy with my experience!

He was able to arrive within a few hours and completed the job in 3 hours. He did an excellent job and I'm extremely happy with his work. He also installed 2 bidet attachments, that i had purchased a few weeks ago, to my toilets. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs
