Francisco came right on time and repaired a sink which was draining very slowly, fixed our ice maker line and installed a new touchless Kohler kitchen faucet. We had to go to the Kohler website to troubleshoot why the sensor was not turning the water on and off with a wave of the hand. After much adjusting under the sink I read that the sensor may have debris on it and to wash it off. That is what it was. Now it works perfectly. Francisco was very patient about troubleshooting the problem. He was very reasonably priced. We would recommend JJ Plumbing and Francisco and will use him again if the need arises. Not sure why YELP shows me reviewing from San Francisco. We live in Glendora, an area in So Cal where JJ Plumbing services.

Our bathroom sink & tub flooded Saturday night, Francisco was responsive, and ready with an appointment Sunday morning. He was on time, and fixed our drain, replaced pipes that were eroded. He did a great job & most importantly he was super honest!!! Thank you!!

Hands down the best service we ever had! I reached out for help around 6pm and within 3 mins I received a response. He suggested running a camera to see where the problem was for a reasonable price. I agreed and he came as soon as he could! Off the bat he was ready for anything! he asked questions about the problem in our kitchen and bathroom and the plumbing history. Our washing machine was draining the water towards the bathtub and wouldn't drain and he found a way to help us since we have no knowledge of anything plumbing related. He ran the camera and checked other places in the house to see where the issue was. He explained what the issues were and offered to help. We agreed to continue with the services and he worked fast and great especially considering it was late! I liked that he took the time to explain and show us and test everything out. He guaranteed that if we had issues we can always contact him. Super hard working man would really recommend.

I recommend JJ. Although there was a schedule issue, he resolved it and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. It was quick and easy when he showed up. I was very happy with the service and will call him again for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with this plumber for not doing a very good job unclogging the mainline, but to his credit, he came back and did a good job. I would hire him again.
