We had a clogged main line in the evening. Francisco and Sebastian were able to make an emergency visit. They were able to quickly identify the problem (roots at the connection to the city line). They hydrojet and cut the roots up and got us flowing again. We really appreciate their hard and quick work. Thank you guys.

I contacted Plumbing by JJ on a Sunday morning because I've discovered there's a small leak at my water main line. Francisco responded very quickly and came out within the hour to assess my situation. He provided me with a price to replace the line completely and came back with another guy in a few hours to start on the work.

The work wrapped by late afternoon and everything was back to normal again at my house. I was very happy with the job performed.

A week later, I noticed a small leak at the new water valve and called Francisco. He came out within 1/2 hour and took care of it. I am highly impressed with this company and Francisco's promptness.

Requested an estimate to repair an outdoor faucet spigot and replace or repair a kitchen sink. Francisco was sent out to do the estimate. He was on time and friendly but was hard to communicate with about what the job required. I asked for a written estimate twice in English and Spanish and was told JJ does not provide written estimates. I was given the highest quote (out of 4 contacted on YELP) on repair for the outdoor spigot at $145 and told to call a handy man for the kitchen sink repair.

Any company that refuses to give a written estimate of repair should raise a red warning flag for anyone considering them to do the work.

I highly recommend avoiding a company like this.

Jesus was prompt to deal with a copper line leak. Arrived within 30 minutes from the 1st text. Upfront about the pricing. Resolved the issue with quality parts & expert installation.

Francisco and his partner came very fast within 25 minutes after I made the call. They were able to diagnose my clogged kitchen sink issue and resolve it by suggesting hydro-jetting the pipes. I am happy that it was resolved quickly so I can continue my Sunday household cleaning tasks. I hope I won't have any severe plumbing issues in the future, but I would recommend and use Plumbing by JJ again when I need it. In addition, it's great to support small family-owned businesses like this, I did not feel ripped off and price was reasonable.
