I don't often write reviews, but I felt that this deserved one. I made a service call to Jacob Plumbing on 11/20/23 and he scheduled to come out the next day. Jacob was going to look at a water pressure issue and a clogged toilet drain. He walked me through exactly what he was planning to do before he performed the work. Jacob specifically came out to hydro jet the drain line, but quickly found out that the issue was the water pressure regulator on my main line. He fixed the issue at NO charge. I insisted to pay him for taking time out of his busy schedule to made a service call, but he refused to accept any payment. Jacob said, he didn't spend much time fixing my plumbing issue. Thank you Jacob.
I am glad there are still professional service people with good work attics.

We recently had Jacob out to replace our old water heater. He was quick to respond to our request for a quote, all of our questions, and to complete the repairs (literally back with hot water within about an hour of him arriving at our house). He set clear expectations from the first contact, was friendly, and super personable. The price was also reasonable compared to other quotes we obtained. We will definitely use Jacob again, and will recommend him to friends/family for their plumbing needs. Thanks Jacob!

After needing a plumber last minute, Jacob was fast to respond and here fast. After thinking my toilet would be an easy fix, he worked hard to get down to what was wrong. He was super honest and it turns out to be a bigger project than I thought! I'm glad I know exactly what needs to happen now

Late review, but much deserved. Jacob was very knowledge and chill dude who is all about no nonsense and gets the job done. He provides good insights and recommends things that are only needed. I had asked him how much it would cost to replace a toilet fill valve since I got that done a month ago. Another company would have charged me $400 to replace a fill valve. That's a $10 part and a 15 minute fix. Jacob told me that it's something that I could easily do myself and he wouldn't want to take it as a job, which is what I had done. Jacob's an honest guy and does his job well. I highly recommend him.

Jacob came out pretty quickly after I contacted him. He had clear communication. Him and Sean were very friendly upon arrival. Very sweet people. Asked a lot of pertinent questions and gave insight (I had three other plumbers come out and none nearly as thorough or caring as him, by far). I didn't end up needing Jacob's services (he directed me to another specialty I needed) but I'd be happy to call him again should any plumbing issues arise in the future. Really good vibes. Highly recommend!

Jacob was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful he did an excellent job with my busted water heater pipes .. he was also kind enough to look at another problem I had when he was there .. oh did I forget fast .. I recommend him 100% I will be call him again for other services

Jacob was great in providing a good honest business as he advice what the issue was with the work needed to be done. He came twice because we had purchased the disposal that needed to replace the old. After installation, there was a leak on the new disposal, so he advised that he will return the following day with a better disposal that he installs for his previous work done with customers.

After completion, he did other recommendation for future work needed. I like to support small businesses especially if they do great quality work. I definitely would refer Jacob to friends and family.
