I was looking for a plumber to service a house we just moved in to in the city of HB. Went on a FB group local to HB, and I saw Jacob's services recommended over and over. I gave him a shot to fix my kitchen sink drain. He communicated on the phone and text of all updates, easy to speak to and explains the situation. He came over and showed up at the agreed time, the fix was super easy. We used my own shop vacuum to clear the line and all was good. He didn't even charge me for a thing. What a stand up guy. I just called him back for a sewer scope and am happy to be using his service yet again. Highly recommend Jacob

Where do I start. Jacob is the best! My water lines were clogged up and I thought to myself this will be easy, my lines just need to be cleared out by snaking them. Well, I called up Jacob and what I thought was easy turned out to be a nightmare. However, Jacob made it look easy. He is a very detail oriented person as he did a thorough check on all my lines. He gave me the good, bad and the ugly to help me solve my problem. He made what seemed to be an impossible task, possible. The whole time he was honest and up front about the cost and what the problem really was. By the way, Jacob is quite the character as he is funny and positive about every situation. He looked at me freaking out a few times and reassured me everything was going to be alright. Jacob also gave me a lot of tips of how to save money in the future for maintenance. I had a unique issue with a insta hot water heater that needed to be replaced. Jacob handled it like a pro. He ordered me a new heater to replace the old one and installed it very promptly. I had called other plumbers but they didn't want to deal with it but Jacob turned out to be my savior.

The best service.. Jacob came on time ready to work. After investigating the cause of the clogged drains/pipes.. In detail he explained the cause, the damage and what needs to get done. He was so patient with me as I really did not understand so he took videos of the damages... He fixed it, tried it out and the problem was fixed! My tenants were so happy to be able to use the laundryroom without fear of water flooding the place.. And so was I! He was reasonable with the charges... And yes, I will definitely propose that he would be our main guy for the rental property.! Thank you Jacob!

Jacob answered my initial call and booked me right away. He arrived on-time and got right to work checking my hot water heater.

Unbeknownst to me, my HWH is somewhat ""different"" than other residential units and Jacob was not able to service it. However, he was willing to call the manufacturer and get valuable information for me by asking the right questions.

Now THAT'S true customer service! Jacob helped me find the solution to my problem and didn't charge me for his time. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend PLUMBING BY JACOB.
