Came by right away to fix a leak we had in the front yard. Gave us a quote and when we got the money he came by to fix it and honored his quote. At the same time we had a toilet with the water running constantly, he gave us a quote for that but said I can fix myself and save some money. Gave me some instructions and saved $130. This man has a lot of integrity and his work is top notch. Every repair he has done for us has lasted and he will always find a way to save us money. This is the only plumber I trust.

We have used Jacob in the past and he did fantastic job. So, when our water pressure dropped, I did hesitate to call him again. It turned out to be simply a fix, but he didn't hesitate to come quickly. He is so welcoming and pleasant every time. We had a burst pipe running under the master bedroom of our 1960s house and Jacob came in to check it out. He was kind enough to come in the same day he saw our message and after giving us a very fair estimate he came back the next day to fix it with a smile on his face and tips to help us with water damage restoration. He was quick, honest, and skilled and we are looking forward to replacing our kitchen sink and completing other plumbing jobs with him. Highly recommended!

Jacob was introduced to my 1942 plumbing in the house and the work of people who did not know what they were doing prior to him. He installed a new toilet and fixed the leaking around it. Then he looked under the kitchen sink to see a pipe with a hose going into it. That led to the sewer. My hair stood on end when I saw that. Then Jacob took the the pipes out from under the sink. None of them were glued together or screwed together!!! He fixed that totally! He even made sure the pipes for the dishwasher were up to standard. Then he had to cut holes in a few places in the wall to bring the pipes up to code. Then he went into the crawl space and found where there was no pipe in a place.... but just some rubber. He fixed that, also. Outside, he got rid of my galvanized piping and changed it to copper! Wow!!! Everything is working wonderfully!!! I was very happy with how prompt he was, how clean, and how he explained things and gave me the price of each job. I couldn't be happier with the job Jacob did!!!!

Wow! So impressed! I called Plumbing By Jacob to help fix and repair a tub/shower remodel today. Both my consultation and work appointments with him were prompt showing up exactly on time. Our old plumbing was a mess behind the old shower wall. Jacob knew exactly how to repair as well as set us up with our new faucet set. Such a relief to know that the work it done correctly. Pipes are all set and secure, and now I can continue our tile work without any fear of future leaks. Whew! And his price? Let's just say Jacob was more than reasonable, hundreds less than two other price quotes we received for the same job. Thank you, Jacob. We WILL be calling you again for our home and apartment repairs!

Had my 35 year old garbage disposal die and called Jacob to replace it. He was able to come quickly and brought a high quality Moen garbage disposal. It was not easy removing the old garbage disposal and he replaced some additional parts to fix things right. He charged a fair price and I am very happy with his work. He tested things multiple times to make sure there were no leaks. Jacob is now my go to plumber.

We called Jacob in to fix/replace our broken water main shutoff valve. While others quoted us hundreds more, Jacob came in at the best price. When he got here, he took a look and assessed the condition of our plumbing and gave us several options that we might want to go with. Ultimately he suggested a cheap DIY approach to the situation and to just get this fixed at a later time so as to not risk a larger problem. We appreciated his honesty and his helpfulness to us as new home owners with already a lot of unforeseen expenses. Overall a very friendly and honest plumber whom we'd gladly recommend!

We used Jacob's rooter service a few months ago, and he pulled some tree roots. Another clog happened a couple of days ago and this time he snaked from the roof vent and then a sink drain but was hitting something hard. Uh oh. He suspected a broken cast iron drain and recommended a two-way drain to make any future snaking much easier, won't have to go into the house or up on the roof. After working several hours in a BLISTERING heat wave, he and his buddy Joe had things flowing again! We lost a bit of concrete in the process but peace of mind knowing the real problem was fixed! Both guys were nice, worked quickly and explained everything as they went along, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend Plumbing by Jacob!
