1. Contacted the company via Yelp and Jacob called me and we went over the issues, and I got a rough price estimate.

2. He stopped by the house, scoped out the issue, and provided me a precise estimate and scheduled a date to get the job done.

3. Came back another day, worked his magic, and all is good now.

Jacob was a lifesaver today! Quick, reliable, affordable, and friendly service with a smile! I had a backed up bath drain that was causing issues to the toilet and the main line in my house. I was at work all day, but Jacob was able to come by and get everything done (with a little assist from my nanny) before I got home! Jacob is the best. He is a super hero with a snake. He came to my house in under 30 minutes of me calling him, man handled my toilet that wouldn't flush and after a lot of snaking the toilet he fished out a pair of cotton boxer briefs complete with buttons still attached. It was a first for him in 13 years to snake out underwear. Ahhh the joys of having a teenager in the house. Thanks again Jacob. You rock!
