Today is Sunday and we had an emergency plumbing need, our kitchen faucet broke and we were expecting dinner guests in 2 hours! We called Plumbing Brothers who we have used numerous times. Carlos H was dispatched immediately and within 45 minutes arrived At our house to install our new kitchen faucet. He was awesome and the company is amazing

Belated review for this business - actual dealings with them took place torwards the end of June, 2017. I waited as I was too angry to write a fair review. This is 100% factual.
Had a leaky hot water connector hose to my kitchen sink so called them to come fix and to unclog bathtub drain.
Guy who came out did the tub, no problem (just a quick snake job) - can't remember his name.
However, he mucked up the faucet by twisting the copper tubing while working on the faucet that it snapped off. Oops!
Then, he tried blaming it on me saying I must have tried working on it before he came...... (I did not have tools to do anything of the kind).
Then asked me to go to hardware store to buy replacement parts....!!!! Like an ass, I did - I just wanted it fixed (wife stayed at home).
I get back and the guy is gone - wife said he went out to get parts! So why did I have to go????
Guy gets back and says I'm going to have to buy a new faucet as the copper tubing for the hot water broke up too high into the faucet...
I asked for him to send someone else out to look at it - as he broke it.
Day or two later, a different fellow comes out - again, don't remember his name but he said the previous guy *probably* messed it up. He said he would look for a comparable faucet for me as it was definitely broke.
Fast forward a month ( I was waiting for someone to get back to me - fix their mess-up).
On August 21st I spoke to George, the owner (I was told).
Not a good sign when he gets pissed and gives me the whole ""what do you want me to do? Send a check for $100?"" (Actual quote)
No, George, what I want you do do is accept responsibility for your staff's mistakes and make it right - fix the damn faucet.
I asked George what does he normally does when his employees make mistakes. He said he wanted someone else to look at it.
Needless to say, at this point I wanted nothing more to do with George or his company.
End result? We lived without hot water in that faucet for months. Just had it fixed by a great guy (Robert of Robert Deyl Plumbing Inc.) who takes pride in his own company.
George, some word of advice: 1) make your employees responsible and accountable for their mistakes; 2) fix what your company breaks.
UPDATE:
George, the owner contacted me after I posted my original review. He explained that in the time that the original work had been done, he had fired the worker in question and had gone back to having his business be family run. He asked what he could do to rectify the situation. I admire his reaching out to me to make things good. He took full accountability for his ex worker's mistakes. He reimbursed me for the cost of the replacement faucet and for the installation.
Thank you, George, for being a stand up businessman.

Came on a Sunday (same day I called). Friendly service from Jordan. Reasonably priced. I'll use them again!

George and his associates from Plumbing Brothers diagnosed the source of our shower drain back up, without changing for the diagnosis work. That seems unusual, in an industry (plumbing) where charges seem to pile up faster than in neurosurgery. They were polite and kept taking off their shoes or wearing shoe covers every time they entered the house. They are coming back tomorrow to finish the job. I'm encouraged by them.

BEWARE!!! 1) We were not given a copy of the contract until weeks after the service and only at our request. 2) They pulled loose, pulled out from under the house wiring for speakers and left them on the ground. 3) left the cover to the crawl space open for animals to go under the house. 4). Threw the electrical panel fuses out and damaged the one to the dishwasher so badly it had to be replaced and then they refused to cover the cost. 5) they charged more for the down payment than stated and allowed on the contract and finally refused to discuss the problems. It is our belief that they were committing financial elder abuse.

These guys are 5-star service. Our Condominium main pipe burst, I had several plumbers come out, but it seemed to much work for them. Plumbing Brothers, happily took on the challenge. They worked on the pipes for 3 days and one day until 12:30 a.m. so that our condos can have water. At the end, they replaced all of the old pipes and what I liked the most is, the supervisors arrived daily checking the progress and communicated with me everyday throughout the entire process; always concerned for our Condo and the price was reasonable.

We were evacuated because of the Creek Fire and when we came back we had trouble our water heater - we called them and George came out and took over an hour - when he finished we asked "" how much "" and he said "" no charge "". We had used them before to replace another water heater and were impressed then - They're one of those rare, honest and trustworthy companies- we'll be customers for life!

We used Plumbing Brothers to diagnose and fix a big leak under a family member's house and then also for reconstruction to the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom from the water damage. This family member has Alzheimer's and George and his crew were always kind, helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond when dealing with her. They were always on time, prepared, and honest. The office employees were always friendly and helpful. George was a huge help working with our awful property insurance company and our claim. George kept me informed when there were changes. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing and construction. They did a great job!

Hi, I just wanted to give a shout out to George and his team! He came to our house due to a backed up toilet and bathtub, but by the time they arrived the next day, it had cleared itself. George still insisted on checking the drain to find the possible cause, and shot his camera down the drain to see it. He identified the crack in the drain and offered a couple of estimates to fix this issue and a couple of other needs he noticed. He didn't charge me a dime for doing all of that work. I have yet to get the work done, because money is tight, but it's nice to get a full evaluation without a fee - that is great customer service! Once we're ready to get the work done, or the issue arises again, I will be sure to call George at Plumbing Brothers & Rooter!

I scheduled a quote and was told that they would be out at a specific time and George was there right on the button. He was friendly, polite and extremely professional. The work was performed at my elderly Mother-in-Laws home the following day and we are beyond please with the quality of work and the reasonable cost. Shortly after the work was completed our landscaping contractor damage a different pipe that required that the main water supply be shut off. I called Plumbing Brothers and explained the situation and they returned that evening after their regular scheduled jobs, they worked into the dark to ensure that my mother-in-law was not without water over night. I highly recommend Plumbing Brothers.
