We were having major plumbing problems - our toilets, bathtub and shower were backing up big time and we knew that it was going to require a lot of work to fix the problem - someone referred me to Plumbing Brothers - she said that their rates were reasonable and that they were honest and efficient. I worked with Al - he came in and said that he would need to run a camera down my pipes to determine what the issue was - it turned out to be a collapsed pipe under my shower but rather than going through the floors to fix the problem, he and his work crew dug under my house and fixed the broken pipe. They started work on a Monday and they completed the job by Wednesday - they completely cleaned up after themselves and there were no surprises in the price - he quoted me a price and that is what I paid. I would use Plumbing Brothers again and I highly recommend them.

George and his crew did a great job installing our new sewer line. We had trouble just trying to get bids from other sewer contractors. He came recommend from a friend, showed up when he said he would to give us an estimate, was able to match another estimate we had, as well as start the work right away. Thanks Plumbing Brothers!

I met George's wife Karla at a chamber of commerce event. She was there promoting their ""First Source Restoration"" business, but she told me that they had the plumbing company as well. My plumber that I had for over 20 years retired last year, so I told Karla I would call if I needed any plumbing work done.

As it turns out, less than a month after I met Karla, I had a sewage backup at my house. I called & George came out himself the next morning to check it out. He took the time to show my wife & I on the video camera that my sewage pipe that runs out to the street had cracked & broken off, and needed to be repaired/replaced. I wasn't totally surprised because the backups had become more frequent and the sewer pipe was 75 yrs old. George explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a fair price, considering how expensive this work can be. He brought in a crew of 4 guys the same day to dig down about 8-9 feet to repair, clean out, & reline the clay pipe that runs over 30 ft out to the middle of the street.

Then, a few weeks later, out of nowhere, my hot water heater in the garage blows. Fortunately, it was not leaking, just making loud, strange noises. George again came out right away and arranged for a 2 man crew to replace the hot water heater later that day. The old heater was 11 years old, so it was just a matter of time. His crew also replaced the connections, thermostat control unit, & flex lines, with all the work done for a very good price.

What a great company. This team is a pure set of professionals. We needed a new sewage line and these folks did it. I had what I thought was a simple clean out of my sewer pipe that turned into a several thousand dollar repair. Thanks to George and Troy at Plumbing Brothers, the nightmare is over, and everything is now fixed and guaranteed for 50 years!

Initially I used another company (five stars on Yelp), and although they were prompt and thorough, when the job became more than a clean out and required hydro jetting, I felt their quote was quite high. Although they assured me that they were the best price and best company for the job, I insisted on doing due diligence, and was rewarded by finding Plumbing Brothers, who were less than half the price the first company quoted me.

I was given three estimates during the process as the job got more and more complicated: first for hydro jetting, then for repair of a collapsed pipe, and lastly for lining offset, root-sprouting sections of pipe all the way to the main line. Although certainly more than I had expected to spend, in the expensive world of plumbing the quotes were fair and reasonable. George gave me options in how to proceed, explained every step in detail, and showed me via camera exactly why the situation was escalating. He was always courteous and patient with all of my questions and concerns (which were numerous), and made me feel confident I had chosen the right company. George worked with me to give me the best price possible, and even threw in a toilet repair as part of the deal. He was always available by phone if not on the site itself, and when he wasn't there, Troy made sure the repairs were done correctly and in a very timely manner.

Having a sewer pipe collapse and need repair all the way to the main line was an unexpected, costly repair that had to be done, and it was almost painless because of George and Troy. Plumbing Brothers provided a hard-working team who completed the project quickly and efficiently, taking pride in their work. I am very grateful for their professionalism, integrity and kindness. I'm sure they can fix anything, and if you ever need a sewer line repair, they are DEFINITELY the ones to call. If I could give them six stars I would!

The guys were very responsive when I called. But a $750 job escalated to a $8750 job. Not certain how the story ended since all the work was completed in my absence and all the work was underground. Fingers crossed....

Plumbing Brothers just completed a huge job on our main sewer line and we were very pleased overall. This required city permits to open the street, hand digging down 10 feet to access the sewer line, replacing a length of clay pipe as well as lining another section. George was very patient with my many questions and the crew and the office manager were super nice. My only complaint would be that they could do a little better with their communication at times but ultimately they were kind and got the job done for a reasonable price in a timely fashion and kept our water running!!! It was painful for us to have to have this unexpected expense but they made it as easy as could be. Thank you Plumbing Brothers - I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome. I had a water leak with the lines running to my water heater and needed to get it fixed asap. I called them up and they came as soon as they could. Fixed my issue and replaced my pipes with stainless steel. Awesome customer service and kept me up to date with the whole process. I would recommend these guys for any issue you may have.
