Yeah, you know how it is. You've had a few weeks of pretty much calm seas and smooth sailing and then the next thing you know you're buried in twelve emergencies at the same time and you've got deadlines that hit from all directions and you are certain that you've got acid eating an ulcer into your stomach from the stress and if you could just finish this one thing really quickly MAYBE you could stop and put your feet up for a few minutes and go brain dead in front of that shameful reality series you are pitifully addicted to.

Nope!

Not a chance because now you've got a leaky faucet. No, not a leaky faucet, a running faucet. And all those efforts to cut back on water usage in the county are being instantly reversed as your stupid faucet, who apparently didn't get the memo about the drought, keeps pouring water and money down the drain. So you start asking around for a plumber and looking at reviews and all the folks you call can't come or are out of town or are busy snaking lines 200 miles away or whatever.

But then you get lucky because you find Plumbing Brothers! And you get great information from the get-go. And you even know some options before a plumber ever arrives. And then you wait for the plumber to call. And he does. And he's lovely. And he says he'll be right over. And he's so pleasant. And he really cares about your leaking faucet and your complicated rental situation and your big, loafing dog who can't seem to move out of the way. And he GOES OUT OF HIS WAY to provide the kind of service you read about it old time books and see on black and white movies.

That's because you called the right plumber for once, Plumbing Brothers. And you got the right plumber dispatched to your place, REYES. And in no time at all, your brand new shiny faucet is behaving and you are rearmed to fight the drought. And you still have a good portion of your day left to handle all that other garbage that's getting in the way of watching trashy tv and vegetating time.

Plumbing Brothers and Rooter services was great! Had no problems from the begin to the end. I Called it was a easy set up for appointment also the whole process was smooth. Great pricing. I will go with this company again if I have any future plumbing problems.

I asked them to fix the tank and the pit that totally collapsed but unfortunately it wasn't fixed properly. I had to call them to do something about it and they were prompt to make everything agreeable for both parties. George's dad (the owner's father) was really helpful.

We saw excellent reviews on Yelp for Plumbing Brothers and decided to use them after talking to George. It was a big sewer repair and they had to dig up the alley to get to the joinder of our apartment building's sewer line where it attaches to the city sewer. A tree root had been making its way into the pipe for years and every few months we were rootering it out - for 20 years! Hey, we knew it would be an expensive job and we put it off as long as we could. They put a camera down first and we saw the problem. It would be a one week job and when it finally happened, it was done in less time than they thought with as little muss and fuss as possible. They cleaned up after themselves, kept us informed of the work progress, and were always neat and polite. For plumbers, that makes big points in my book. We'd recommend them to anyone!

Billy and Frank came into our music studio today to look at our toilets that have been backing up. From the start, they were very genuine and told us every option we had and what they could do. Billy was amazing, he took ahold of the situation and really took the time that was needed to get everything done. They were straight forward, thorough, and very kind to all our staff. They made a loyal costumer out of our studio and the employees who they interacted with! A+ work!!

These guys know what they are doing and have great prices. I had a problem with my sewer line, something that can be very costly, and they hydrojetted with a camera for a lower-than-I-am-accustomed-to price, then gave me a great bid on fixing the problem as well as installing another clean out. The job was done in the time they said and with the great price they quoted.

I would have given them 5 stars, but when they were originally scheduled to come out, no one showed. When I called the office, they said the guy had been called away on a family emergency, which happens, but they could have called to let me know. Now I was left waiting for an hour wasting my time, and it could easily have been avoided.

However, I would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend to clients and friends.

Seemingly out of nowhere, our bathroom flooded from the base of one toilet. We called the Plumbing Brothers on a Sunday morning and they were at our house within two hours. I initially chose them because of their tech capabilities and the favorable Yelp reviews (thank you, Yelpers).

What my husband and I had hoped would be solved by a simple rooter, ended up being a very costly sewer pipe clog in multiple places. George and Jordan were here on the first visit and were very courteous, professional, and patient with all of my questions. They diagnosed the first problem as a blockage and leak right outside of our house in the front yard. Their crew, led by Edwin, returned on Monday and dug up the yard to repair the leak. They then camera checked the pipe under the front yard and saw that there were several root intrusions, cracks in the pipe, and clogs. Our house had the older style 4 inch clay pipes, so with seismic shifting and tree roots nearby, we were bummed but not surprised. Since they had dug the giant hole to fix the initial problem, we were kind of over a barrel to have them repair the pipe under the yard. That being said, I genuinely feel that they gave us a fair price to do the trenchless repiping (which alone saved us a ton since digging up the whole yard old school style would have cost a lot more). As they worked on the front yard pipe, they were able to camera inspect the sewer lateral to the main under the middle of our street and again found root intrusions and cracks. This time, they were able to water blast out the clogs and roots and then insert a liner (a type of flexible tube that's filled with a resin of some type that hardens within the existing pipe - actually very cool to see) and save us the cost of digging up the street and repiping. Edwin was careful not to use the hydrojet on full blast so as to maintain the integrity of the broken pipe so that we could go the liner route. I was continuously impressed by how smart, careful, and courteous Edwin and his guys were. They were also very kind to my inquisitive 4.5 year old son, which I greatly appreciated. I am wary of my kid getting in the way of someone doing their work, but they were always so nice to him.

This was a very expensive lesson in homeownership. Quite frankly, it was painful to have to pony up the many thousands of dollars it cost to do the necessary work, but as my husband put it, do we want to pay, or do we want poop in the living room? No brainer, I know. I am just so glad that we went with the PB because I felt confident the entire time in both their capabilities and integrity. They were able to actually show us what the problems were so that we knew what needed to be fixed. And though I hope I never have to see them again (words uttered by every person who has ever had a costly repair, I know), I wouldn't hesitate to call them if needed and will refer them to friends and family.

P.S. My husband had initially called Roto Rooter because the two plumbing referrals we got from friends didn't call us back (and I always think it's a bad sign for me if I have to beg you to give you my business). I didn't want to go with Roto Rooter though because they are a big company with a lot of people to pay. I canceled RR took a chance on the PB and I am so glad that I did. They seem like good guys who care about their business, and by extension, their customers.
