Our tankless water heater stopped working in the middle of really cold weather... cold showers would have been a nightmare! Gary came out on a Saturday, reset the unit which thankfully got it going again, which took less than 5 minutes. I would have happily paid for the service call. I offered but he declined. That's better than good service, it's neighborly. That's the kind of company I like to do business with. Next time I need service or when the water heater needs replacing, Plumbing Boys is getting the call.

We had never used Plumbing Boys before but called first thing this morning because our kitchen & laundry room sinks were backed up. Got an answer immediately. Great communication & price was discussed ahead of time. Sean called when en route, showed up as promised, was friendly and professional, problem solved! We will definitely use Plumbing Boys again. We haven't had many plumbing problems but when we have, we never felt we would use a company again and have never called the same plumber twice. Hoping they will be our go-to now! Thanks, Sean.

My neighbor recommended Plumbing Boys to me when I first moved to this house over a year ago. I'm so happy they did and even happier that I remembered. I had a stopped up sink and wanted someone to come out right away...I spoke to the owner, Tony who was able to furnish me with a more than reasonable price and response time. Josh arrived quickly and resolved my problem with a fantastic attitude. He was professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs and will use them again when the need arises.

The Yelp reviews are well earned. Extremely fast response time. Josh was at my house and fixed the issue within an hour of my call. He was fast, competent and gets an A+ for service. I would use Plumbing Boys again.

Needed a plumber to fix my slow draining Bathroom sink. After my attempts to fix it myself met with negative results. Found Plumbing Boys after reading all the glowing Yelp reviews. Those reviees are spot on. I contacted Tony the owner who was very pleasant on the phone. After having me explain my problem he asked me to text him a photo which I did. Being that I called him late Saturday and it was not an emergency. I set up an appointment for that Monday. Enter Josh who arrived on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. Josh was Friendly and knowledgeable. He was more than willing to let me watch as he worked and answered all my questions. Josh had my sink problem fixed quickly and changed out the parts. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up afterwards. He even cleaned the mess I had made. The Price was also great considering it was a plumbing job and we all know plumbing ain't cheap. I felt the price was more than reasonable and appreciated that the price quoted to me was accurate. Josh did excellent work and fast. I will definitely be using ""Plumbing Boys"" again. Hopefully I won't need them soon. But It gives me peace of mind that when a problem arises. I have a company who I can trust. Thank you Tony and a Big Thank You to Josh. You guys Rock!

I called the Plumbing Boys over because my toilets were backing up. The came over within the hour and assessed to problem. They told me my mainline was clogged and needed to be snaked. Gary was going at it with the snake for over an hour. After he went in the pipe with a camera he informed me that I had a lot of roots growing in the line. He gave me some options on solution ranging from low to high price. He said I can choose whichever I wanted. Eventually he hydrojetted the line and checked it again with the camera to make sure it was clear. I love this company because I did not feel pressured to go with them and the fact that they gave me options was very nice. In the past some companies would give me one price and I'd have no choice but to go with that one. The Plumbing Boys don't pressure you and make you comfortable and keep you informed throughout the whole process. I'm going to refer them to all my family and friends!

These guys were beyond awesome. I literally signed up on Yelp just to write this review. Our tankless water heater went out last night, and I called around and left messages to several places. Plumbing boys returned my call in less than ten minutes. Seeing how busy these guys are, getting back so quick was amazing, especially since other places still hadn't returned my call even as I'm writing this. They initially said they'd be available the following day, which was not ideal, but understandable (I called around 2pm). They ended up calling at 4:30pm to say they had wrapped some work early and were available to check out my water heater. They showed up 10 minutes later, super nice, and in the rain. They took one look at my water heater, and noticed the outlet breaker had been tripped. They just reset the breaker and plugged the heater back in and it started working.

I was mortified.

They were so nice about it, coming outside, IN THE RAIN, off their scheduled repairs, just to plug in a newbie home owner's heater. They were super cool about it, saying not to worry about calling them, and that this kind of stuff happens.
You'll read a lot of reviews for them where people start with ""I never write reviews, but these guys were so awesome..."" It's true. They are.
