I'm in escrow on my place to sell and needed someone to fix the tub faucet leak ASAP. I had another business come out and they said the cartridge needed to be replaced - of course it's a hard to find one and would be ordered and take a week to get.

I sent Tony pictures of my part and he was able to track one down in Whittier. Sean came over a few hours later and made the repair. I'm shocked this got taken care of so fast.

Back the end of September, just before having to fly out for a few days-we discovered a serious leak under the left master bathroom sink...Spoke to Tony, who had Josh come out immediately the next morning...assessed the situation right away...old faucet had worn out....matching right sink was about to wear out as well...went out to get matching replacement faucets and new parts for underneath sink...texted photos of my choices-bought them & came back working non-stop repairing the leak & also installing the brand new matching faucets...cleaned everything up...looks great & everything works perfectly the last 2 months...great attitude & sense of humor-Total professional....there really could have been serious damage had Tony & Josh shrugged this off even a day or two. Daniel came out to give me an estimate for a hot water heater and in the process figured out why our water pressure was so low and not getting hot and we figured out how to fix the problem ourselves. The good news is I didn't have a plumbing emergency this time! But Gary treated it as an emergency, helped us out, got everything set so we could use our shower again!
In repairing the faucets/fixtures one of the side handles started to go bad (problem with the fixture not the work) and he came back and took care of it next day so everything is 100% perfect and it's like a new shower again!

Rick (my technician) & The Plumbing Boys do excellent work! Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Great price. What more does one need in a plumber?! Nada. Nothing. Zilch.

Secretly, I have another plumber but he is so far away and can take 2-3 days to come out, and I needed someone who could help me asap; being my toilets were stopped up and wasn't able to use my washer or shower.

But not the Plumbing Boys! Tony sent a technician, Rick, who arrived within a couple of hours of me contacting them. Rick needed less than 5-10 mins to figure out the issue and resolved it in about 30 mins. I was truly impressed! My grandparents were plumbers for over 50 years, so I know when I come across someone who knows what they are doing.... they are those guys...or boys...lol.

I will most certainly be calling them again for any of my 911 plumbing needs! My previous plumber better watch out...They have some competition!
