Contacted Plumbing Boys and Tony right from the start was accommodating in trying to send out someone right away. Not knowing my issue was going to be as big as it was, everyone was professional, helpful and honest. Tony sent out Joshua for the job and much like the owner was very accommodating and communicated throughout the whole process which I appreciate because I'm a big fan of communication!

Joshua was extremely professional and helpful and managed to turn the situation around!

Will surely be keeping this number for future plumbing issues!

I read a lot of reviews that gave Plumbing Boys great reviews, so I called them about an old (35 year old) Moen faucet for a bath tub. Moen's are known for durability, but wasn't sure if we could still get a replacement cartridge. Plumbing Boys said no we couldn't get a cartridge, so they would have to put in a whole new unit and it would cost $850, plus they would cut open a wall and we would have to get it painted (we had just got that room painted a week before). We went to the local plumbing store and they told us we could still get the cartridge for that Moen faucet and gave us the phone number of a local reputable plumber (Burbank), who came out and only charged us $350 for his time and materials. By not going with Plumbing Boys we saved $500.

8/8/2016 Owner (Tony) has contacted us and stated that his employee meant that the cartridge wasn't available through their supplier, not that it wasn't available. He apologized for the misunderstanding.

7/25/2019 This company has done everything in their power to fix the misunderstanding. We needed a plumber to fix our rental and our regular plumber wasn't able to help. We decided to try Plumbing Boys again and they came through for us. We appreciate how they wanted to make their customers happy.

Plumbing Boys is our go-to plumber for all our home plumbing needs. Always very responsive and professional. Today, Josh helped us fix a hot water issue in one of our bathrooms and change out our home water filter. He was very professional and did everything and anything he needed to get the job done even when unexpected things came up (as they usually do with plumbing work.) We talked me through everything he was doing it so I knew when the water was off, when he needed to update me on something like cost estimates, etc. I appreciate that. Thank you!

I am extremely impressed with Plumbing Boys!! We had a bad leak in a pipe in our basement, late, on a Saturday night, I called their 24 hr. number and set up an appointment for the morning. Levon came out first thing in the morning and fixed everything quickly! He was so pleasant and happy to be of service. I'm so excited to have found Plumbing Boys, my new go to plumbers!

Just an update to yesterday's review -- After Josh augured the toilet after running the snake, we thought we were home free, as the toilet was flushing properly. A few hours later, it was back to not fully flushing again. About to tear my hair out, my wife stepped in and called Tony to discuss the issue (at midnight no less), and where Tony could have been indifferent and say, ""listen, we did our job, what do you want?,"" he was EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE. He listened to our rant, interjected with questions, pause, listen some more and offered to shoehorn us into his schedule and check out the problem himself; not out of any cajoling or insistence on our part, but simply out of a sincere desire to help get to the root of the problem. We would've accepted just his opinion, but he put his money where his mouth is and make sure that the problem was fixed. Again, it seems like common sense to help your customer if their issue isn't yet resolved, but so often that's not the case. Many contractors/agencies abandon their customers after one service call unless it's a big contract, but Tony and his crew care about everybody. He and his partner Vidal came over, made no big deal out of having to move their appointments around, ran a camera down the toilet and after some flushing and jimmying the camera around, pulled a plastic toothbrush (not ours, by the way), which was catching whatever baby wipes and plastic material that had been flushed down by other residents. As I write this, it's past midnight, the toilet flushes fine (fingers crossed), and Tony can hopefully get some sleep for a change. Thanks, Tony!

Called this company because we needed someone ASAP to fix a problem with some plumbing in the kitchen. I've always used companies through referrals from friends so I was a little worried about using them despite their 5 star rating but I was very happy with the work that they did. Will definitely call them again.

We've been searching for a go-to plumber for our old craftsman for YEARS, from major chains to random lone plumbing wolves, with very mixed results (hot tip: do not task rabbit someone with ""plumbing experience"") so I am THRILLED to have finally found the Plumbing Boys!

We recently called about a wonky toilet and Josh came out pretty much immediately to take a look. He was incredibly nice, let me know exactly when he'd be arriving, and most importantly identified the problem quickly and fixed us right up for a super reasonable price. I will 100% be using Plumbing Boys (and hopefully Josh) for all our plumbing from now on. Strong recommend!!

Wow - I'm impressed. We had an old bathroom sink that needed to be repaired. Not knowing who to call I looked on Yelp and decided to give Plumbing Boys a call. I am glad I did. When I called they were quick to dispatch a plumber to our house to look at the situation within 3 hours.

Josh was great. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done, gave us several options on how we could fix the issue and was extremely courteous and professional.

After getting the parts he returned promptly the next day and quickly fixed the issue. I really appreciated his customer service, timeliness, and honesty on the options we had. Our new faucet looks great!

While I am hoping that we don't have plumbing issues in the future I now know who to call when I do.

I called in the morning. Within a few minutes of calling their main office, Gary, one of their service techs, called me back. He was able to come within an hour from when I spoke with him. He was punctual. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced my washing machine hook-up valves. The hot water valve was leaking. The cold water valve was not but was just as old. I opted to replace both to prevent future complications. Gary was fast and his work was clean. Would recommend these guys for plumbing issues.
