We had a leak above our water heater and our previous plumber Detour Plumbing flaked on the appointment and their quote was much higher when I reached out to Brian he responded immediately and got the job done! Came over immediately. I needed my washer and dryer hookup removed and capped. Only issue was they charged me $90 service fee.... The workers were nice and Covid responsible. But to charge me 90$ is a lot just to unplug my washer and dryer.

We needed to replace our water heater. Got plumber recommendations for installation from the place we bought it and from friends. Called for estimates and chose the cheapest - Plumbing Authority. Estimate was for labor; parts would be extra. Mark arrived promptly and was very professional. Installed the water heater and the charge for parts was the same as if we purchased them - no upcharge. Mark was polite and very neat. We were extremely pleased with the service and the price - more than $100 less than any of the others we called! We will use Plumbing Authority again if we need any plumbing done.

We had a slow drip leak in our home coming from the 2nd floor that was driving us crazy for a few weeks. But that all changed when we called up The Plumbing Authority in Santa Clarita. Robert, the technician, was able to pinpoint the leak instantly and explained the solution on how to fix it. After giving me a reasonable price for the repair, he proceeded to do the work fast and did minimal damage opening the walls.

It appears we have a new authority in SCV when it comes to plumbing. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Authority for your next plumbing projects.

The previous owner installed the dishwasher pipes/drain the wrong way. This prevented the dishwasher from being pushed all the way back the way it should be. Chrishawn came over and fixed it for us. We are extremely happy with the service he provided. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what had to be done. Our plumbing is now done the right way and no longer looks like crap. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and reasonably priced.
