The area drain was clogged. The guy came and did snaking for 30 minutes and did the camera thing for another 30 minutes.. no repairs or any useful work done ... and they are sending a bill for $700. Horrendous guy.. don't even think about calling

I had a plumbing emergency overnight.
Jonathan was sent out and was just super understanding, helpful, and calming, considering I was pretty wound up and frustrated with my apartment complex.

He moved quickly and was really personable.

Just one of those dudes that had a professional and friendly manner which these days is less common.

Jacob and Chris serviced my bathroom sink drain and shower drain today. Both were clogged. Our previous plumber gave us all sorts of professional drain solutions which didn't work. Jacob identified the problem- it was simply clogged hair and soap at the very top of the drains. He showed me how to maintain it myself and how to detect if a bigger problem arises. He said not to hesitate to call in case of an emergency. Both guys were super nice, honest, and I felt treated really well. Plus I learned something about plumbing that I should have learned years ago from my late Dad (I'm 56) .

First time customer for this company. I wasn't sure what to expect. Called for a water heater repair. Company responded fast and came out really quick. Wasn't expecting same day service.

When the two plumbers got to my home they were very polite and explained everything. Made it very easy to understand what needed to be done.

Jonathan was very helpful and honest about what needed to be done. I am very thankful for Jonathan's honesty. Water heater was replaced and also the water pressure regulator.

Overall very happy with the service and the price was reasonable especially cause they came out same day as I called. Would highly recommend anyone else to use them.

Fantastic company. Mike from Plumbing Authority just came to my house and figured out how to fix a very complicated shower temp control handle in minutes. And what's even better about this situation is that I did not know who to call for this, but had seen their company truck in front of my neighbor's house this morn. It was truly a sign, as I had put off dealing with the broken control handle for a while now. So I dialed the number and a very polite woman answered immediately. She said she would have their technician reach out and come by after he finished at my neighbors house. An hour later Mike texted and came over. He was very polite, professional and smart! I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do I'm definitely calling them.

These guys are the BEST! My friend Bob McCall referred me to Brian. We had a leak above our water heater and our previous plumber Detour Plumbing flaked on the appointment and their quote was much higher when I reached out to Brian he responded immediately and got the job done! From now on will be our go to for any plumbing issues!

Came over immediately. I needed my washer and dryer hookup removed and capped. Only issue was they charged me $90 service fee.... The workers were nice and Covid responsible. But to charge me 90$ is a lot just to unplug my washer and dryer.
