Joe just came in and snaked my bathtub... he was extremely professional, quick and did the job very well. He even did a great job cleaning up the mess afterward. Not to mention he showed up not even 24 hours after I called the request in - on a Sunday morning! I'm very pleased with this company and will definitely call back in the future! A definite recommend!!

Had to dig up and replace a gas line on the side of my house. We discovered a second hole and much more had to replaced than we originally thought was necessary, around 40' total. They did a great, careful repair without damaging the landscaping. Even there was much more work they only charged me, for the additional material needed.

We recently purchased a new home and had some major plumbing issues which the previous owners had not taken care of. I contacted a few companies but the pricing was outrageous and I felt like I was doing them a favor by hiring them. Some even said the work was too much and we had to pay extra to get it done now or wait a month or two (seriously)?

Then I found Plumbing and Sewer Care and Benny was the nicest guy! He did a full inspection (per our request), explained everything that needed to be done, from changing toilets to adding a sewer line, which we needed for our water softener. He gave us options and his opinion but NEVER forced his opinion on us. He was very knowledgeable of all the work which needed to be done and he made us feel very comfortable in regards to taking care of all the situations at hand. He finished everything EXACTLY as we had decided and most importantly ON TIME and his work is very clean.

I contacted Plumbing and Sewer Care to fix some shoddy work done in the kitchen and laundry area by my home's previous owners and install a water filtration system.
Out of four other companies I got bids from, here are the areas where Benny excelled and others failed:

- Answering his phone every time. No call centers.
- Making a clear appointment and showing up on time.
- Being extremely polite, courteous and clear in his explanations.
- Knowing his stuff. Identifying what other plumbers did wrong and the regulations to make it right.
- Writing up an estimate on the spot, not two weeks later.
- Doing all the work in the time estimated - even adding extra help he saw we needed - and within his estimate.

Just can't tell you how happy I am with the whole experience start to finish and the quality of his work.

I called Plumbing and Sewer Care because I had a sewer pipe decouple underneath my home and wanted a second opinion on the repairs. Benny met me on short notice with one of his workers and he went into my crawl space to look at the issue. He didn't perform any work because I have a home warranty and the repair was covered by them, but I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just a ""patch job"" but fixing the root of the issue.

Benny said that the fix that the warranty technician was going to perform would be adequate if done properly and it would be in their best interest to do it right. So I didn't feel like I was being unnecessarily ""up-sold"" so I trust that these guys are honest guys. He also came in to look at some plumbing work that I might need to have done for a reno and gave me his professional opinion.

Even though I did not get any work done with them, I am certainly going to give them a call back when I do in the future.

I had problems with my main sewer line for the past year or so with bi-monthly visits to Home Depot to rent a rooter. My sewer line runs under my driveway and I have been putting off replacing it because I did not want to destroy and repave the whole driveway. This last Friday my toilets backed up again right before I had to go to work and this time I decided to finally call a professional. I contacted Benny and he came out the same day unblocked my sewer and ran a camera down the line to find the root of the problem. He found multiple sections where the pipe was either partially collapsed and or was over 50% blocked by root growth. I decided to go ahead and replace the main sewer line to prevent any future problems. Benny came out with two other guys the next day and replaced the line in one day (including pavement!) using an innovative ""trench less"" method that did not require to bring up the whole driveway. Overall, I am very satisfied with the price, service, and level of professionalism of this company and would recommend it to others.
