I had a leaking shower valve; and, I needed the hot & cold valve stems replaced in two bathrooms. Benny Zadikian and his son Coco had to replace the pipes behind a shower wall to install an updated shower valve and fix the leak(s). They followed the manufacturer's instructions to the letter, and they were only satisfied when it was done perfectly according to those instructions.

However, the manufacturer's retro-fit kit was faulty due to very obvious design flaw. It simply would not fit, even though the instructions and numerous manufacturer's representatives stated it ""should."" Therefore, I had to order a new shower trim and handle, at added expense, due only to the manufacturer's design flaw - not Benny and Coco's work.

Unbelievably, the new shower trim and handle also had another obvious design flaw and would not fit either! This could have required entirely new piping - until Benny thought of a way to make it work. It was only due to his dedication and creativity that the new shower trim and handle now fit - despite the manufacturer's second design flaw, which Benny corrected. Fortunately, the hot & cold valve stems were easily replaced.

Benny Zadikian and Coco are as dedicated, honest and creative as they are knowledgeable and professional. Their work as impeccable. I referred them to my step-daughter and her family, and they were equally as pleased. I'm glad to say we now have a ""family"" plumber!

Here's another vote for Benny and his crew being the absolute best! I had several plumbers out to my house to give me estimates on doing major main drain sewer line replacement work. Benny was the only plumber who took the time to explain- in great detail, exactly what needed to be done; his work timeline and answered all of my questions.
Not only was Benny's work exceptional, but he also helped me work with my insurance company. Another great thing about Benny is that he was always available to me and answered my phone calls and texts quickly!

OK all need be said is that Benny and his crew are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! We had a broken sewer line going down a slope and he did a trenchless repipe and for us it was a painless repipe. Benny and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable and every thing else positive. You got a problem don't go any farther than calling Benny at Plumbing and Sewer Care.

Benny was awesome! We just moved into a new house and have a few plumbing things going on that we needed some advice about. He arrived on time and called me before he opened my gate and if you have dogs you know how important that is. He thoroughly checked out the leak in my tub and a the other issues I was having. It turns out the leak was from some bad tile work not the plumbing so now I have to find a tile guy. Benny gave me some really good advice on how I would move forward to fix the other issues. They are all pretty big projects that I am not ready to do yet and he did not try to talk me into doing them BUT once I am ready to start those projects I will be giving him a call. On his way out he even tightened up the latch on my gate !!!

Truly as good as it gets! He went ABOVE and BEYOND and I'm sure he does this for everyone. He is the owner/operator and I know he takes great pride with his work.

Of the FOUR different plumbers I had come out to do an estimate/give me an opinion on the work that needed done, I choose Benny (and you should too!). 3 of the other plumbers who came out also had 5 stars on yelp too (1 was a referral from my home warranty company). Benny was just so honest and got right to business. It was very easy for me to choose him to complete the work. He was easy to talk to and I didn't feel like he was ""selling"" me anything I didn't need. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

Walked me through the entire process and kept me informed along the way. He cleaned up after himself and his crew (AND after the other plumbers before him who left behind items). He worked quickly and efficiently and he was pleasant to talk to. And his pricing was very competitive too!

As a bonus, he also fixed another leak he found and he checked my main to make sure things were okay. He offers a great warranty on his work (but I honestly do not think anyone ever uses it). He's that good.

Benny is amazing. Called him with a pretty bad leak on a Saturday morning and he was there within 2 hours, exactly when he said he would be. He diagnosed the problem quickly, but had another job later in the day, but promised to come back. He called when he was on his way back, and came back and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. Benny was great! Will be using him again for sure!

Benny is a super honest & knowledgeable plumber. It is very apparent that he actually cares about what he does and has lots of experience. We have an almost 100 year old house with old janky plumbing in places. Our shower kept backing up and another plumber said it couldn't be snaked. Benny snaked it no problem and in no time flat. He came out for another issue and resolved it for me even after I was willing to pay more for a hydro jet. We've had many plumbers and Benny is the best (he's also a really nice guy.) Thanks, Benny! Benny completed replacing the main sewer under my house. He had 2 helpers and the three worked efficiently getting the job done in one day. They made the process smooth by planning the job so we had drains working in the house as long as possible. Once again Benny was top notch. Hard working, friendly and informative.
