Great customer service. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry and I had a technician out to my house (non-emergency) in less than 24 hours. They completed a system flush on my tankless water heater. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by correcting several install mistakes (done by someone else). We will definitely use them again and refer to friends. I appreciate the quality of work provided.

BEWARE!!...if you don't respond in a timely manner..the owner becomes pushy and rude...And this is the owner! Can't imagine what the rest of his team is like. Ive recommended interpersonal communication training for him. Or business communication 101. I would give 0 stars if I could.

A separate plumbing company came out and identified (correctly) that one of my water heaters was filled with cold water. They provided an estimate for replacement.

I asked Plumbing and Drain Innovations to come out for a second opinion. Within a minute, Cole diagnosed the issue as the pilot light had gone out. He relit and problem solved; no need to replace (yet). I've now found my preferred plumbing company for replacement or installation of tankless water heaters.

Our neighbor called us yesterday to let us know we had a water leak. It turned out it was our water heater. I requested a quote via yelp and had a few lined up. Javier was the quickest to respond and was fair and honest in his communication.

He arrived on time, and was as courteous and honest in person as he was in text messages.

He had us fixed in no time and the cost was reasonable.
