Very rude, and impatient. There are a lot of plumbers in the area I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

BEWARE!!...if you don't respond in a timely manner..the owner becomes pushy and rude...And this is the owner! Can't imagine what the rest of his team is like. Ive recommended interpersonal communication training for him. Or business communication 101. I would give 0 stars if I could.

A separate plumbing company came out and identified (correctly) that one of my water heaters was filled with cold water. They provided an estimate for replacement.

I asked Plumbing and Drain Innovations to come out for a second opinion. Within a minute, Cole diagnosed the issue as the pilot light had gone out. He relit and problem solved; no need to replace (yet). I've now found my preferred plumbing company for replacement or installation of tankless water heaters.

Our neighbor called us yesterday to let us know we had a water leak. It turned out it was our water heater. I requested a quote via yelp and had a few lined up. Javier was the quickest to respond and was fair and honest in his communication.

He arrived on time, and was as courteous and honest in person as he was in text messages.

He had us fixed in no time and the cost was reasonable.

TEN stars. After using multiple over priced plumbers in the area, Plumbing and Drain Innovations is by far the BEST. Jesse was extremely cordial and informative about the bathtub fixtures I wanted to replace. They provided the proper parts quickly and did an excellent job on the install. Highly recommended.

Water heater broke day before thanksgiving, They were able to come out that Monday.  They were on time, after checking water heater out, it needed to be replaced, it was 18 years old.  They gave me a quote of $1500 to replace, I agreed and they came back in 2 hours with a new one.  Replaced the old one with new one, in an hour or so.  Working great and they also did a super job of cleaning up afterwards, could not even tell any work was done.  Very Happy!

Awesome plumbers! Best in the area by far! There are many bs, incompetent, lazy, and/or up-charging plumbing companies in the area. Just because they have paid for a billboard in town means NOTHING. All it means is they've likely paid for that billboard by over charging unethically. SS Chiropractors do the same thing around town. Cole is thee best. He follows the Golden Rule and is very competent. I used to manage over 9000 apartments all over USA so I know what I'm talking about.

I had a very good experience with this business. They were very prompt and straightforward with Yelp communication.

On the day of service, everyone was punctual and wore booties inside our home. The quality of workmanship was very good and they were very careful around the house. We had four bathroom faucets installed.

I was very happy with the work that I have planned to hire them again for some additional work.

We called them for a leak in one of 3 toilets in our house. They came quickly the next day. They talked us into replacing the part causing the leak in all 3 toilets in house. At a total repair cost of $447 (and my husband had to go buy the parts), the repairs were made. About 10 min after he left, we discovered a leak in one of the toilets, he came back and fixed it. Later in the evening we discovered a different toilet (original one with problem) was again leaking. We had to wait until the next day for him to come out a THIRD TIME. This happened while my son and his family with 22 month old twins were visiting and every time he left I had to sanitize the whole house. While we wore masks, he only had on a neck gaiter. It was intensely frustrating and not a good experience. I'm not sure he even knew how to make the repairs. We are now checking toilets often to make sure there are no other leaks. I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this company.
