Plumbing 911 is owned by Keith and Karen Miller. As a family-operated company, we only allow trusted team members into your home. You can trust our skilled technicians to deliver quality workmanship.

Keith Miller is a Master Plumber licensed in Ohio and is a Certified Flood/Water Restoration Specialist. With extensive experience, he addresses all plumbing issues, from a dripping faucet to a full house flood or sewer excavation.

Karen Miller manages the office and marketing efforts. A graduate of Cleveland State University, she interned at American Greetings in 1998, which led to a full-time position for over 11 years. In 2008, she joined her husband as a co-owner of Plumbing 911.
