Keith Miller is a licensed Master Plumber in the state of Ohio and is also a Certified and Licensed Flood/Water Restoration Specialist. With extensive experience, he addresses all plumbing issues, from a dripping faucet to a full house flood or sewer excavation.

Karen Miller manages the office and marketing efforts. A graduate of Cleveland State University, she interned at American Greetings in 1998, which led to a full-time position for over 11 years. In 2008, she became a co-owner of Plumbing 911 alongside her husband.
