My experience with PlumbersStock was miserable from start to incredibly bizarre finish! I ordered a part on their site for $14.03 including shipping on 10/20, but when it hadn't shipped 8 days later I emailed them. They did respond, but gave no apology or explanation, just assured me it would ship in 24 hours. When it still hadn't shipped 3 days later, and the site still said the order was ""Processing,"" I emailed them again. This time there was no answer, but I did finally receive it the next day. Sure enough, it was the wrong part! So I emailed them again, and to assure a quick and easy exchange, I gave them the exact catalog number for the part they sent me, and the model number it fits, which was one digit off from mine. Simple mistake, simple resolution, right? Nope, they did what so many companies do these days, make the return process so onerous they hope you will just give up!
They wanted me to send pics of the part, and the packaging! When I complained, they insisted it was their ""Policy,"" but it was not stated anywhere in their published return policy! They also told me they would not pay the return shipping because ""this falls under a regular return!"" What!? They consider them making a blatant mistake a ""regular return,"" like it was my fault?
Obviously I wasn't going to get anything close to a competent or professional outcome from this company, so I was forced to start a chargeback through my credit card, all this over $14! BTW, to this day the site still says my order is ""Processing,"" and all the links on the page send me to a dead page. They can't even make sure their site works correctly! How in the world can a company be this incompetent and corrupt!
I finally received the part quickly and professional from their competitor. So I suggest anyone else do the same first, before they are forced to deal with the worst customer service on the planet!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They delivered a broken product and refused to replace it. They have an unrealistic 14 day policy and have 0 customer service. They kept hanging up on me when i would call. -

Ordered an Elkay double water fountain with bottle filler for $1340 plus $70 shipping insurance. After a week I received the bottle filler part only. I figured the rest was shipping separately. I emailed them and they said no, I ordered the bottle filler retrofit. I said no look at my order and the product number it was definitely a whole double station water fountain. I sent screenshots of the order to them and they said they did nothing wrong. He sent a RMA to return, but not refunding the $70 shipping insurance. I emailed back and said this was their fault not mine and I should not have to pay for the shipping. He said again that they shipped what I ordered. I said I would dispute with AMEX and he said ""go ahead"". BTW the bottle filler retrofit is around $800. A complete scam and what a pain to deal with. Do not order from these jerks

I had a question regarding the older model of the Toto Legato toilet and the newer one. I couldn't find a difference when reading there spec sheets. I emailed Plumbers Stock and had a very quick response from Jake. He asked me a couple of questions and then did the research. I was impressed.
