This company has terrible customer service. Took several days to schedule provider after many outreach calls to follow up. They are virtually non-responsive. Not helpful at all.

8 months ago, we had Plumbers, INC. install a tankless hot water heater. This morning, we noticed that there was a leak from the heater. At 8:30 am, I called Plumbers, Inc. as we had a one year warranty on their work. The leak was at the hot water isolation valve, a part they installed and connected the hot water heater. After being on hold for 34 min, I was told that a message would be given to the supervisor, and he would call me back between 10:00 am and noon. I never received a call. I tried calling back several times after noon and got no answer. Finally, at 12:41, someone answered and put me on hold for 21 min, then disconnected me. I called back, and they answered and told me the supervisor was there and was in a meeting and that he would be calling back. Again, there was no return call. At 2:30, I again tried to call and went straight to voice mail. We are without hot water in our house. My husband decided to go to their office and talk to them in person. When my husband arrived at the office, it was essentially a call center. There was no way to enter the business through the front door. When he knocked loudly at the back, someone finally responded. They denied talking to me and said the supervisor never showed up that day, then back peddled and said he was in a meeting. Oddly enough, the supervisor, Marcos Lopez, called me 2 minutes after my husband left their office. First, he complained that my husband showed up there and then said that he would send someone out tomorrow or Monday to look at the hot water heater. I told him we couldn't go all weekend without hot water. He then said he would have someone out tomorrow. And as soon as he hung up, the call center that claimed they never talked to me, called to schedule a plumber. If they had taken a minute to call us and say they could have a plumber at our house tomorrow, we could have accepted that. Instead, they completely ignored us until my husband showed up on their doorstep. We called Noritz, the manufacturer of the tankless hot water heater. We had Plumbers, Inc. install it because they were on Noritz's preferred plumbers list. They informed us that that Plumber's Inc. was no longer on the list. We have chosen to pay out of pocket for a reputable plumber to fix our tank. One that answers the phone right away and scheduled a person to be at our house in the morning. One that we know will actually stand behind his work. I will never call Plumbers INC. again, and recommend no one else does either.

Had an issue with my main toilet and the great timely professionalism of Plumbers Incorporated was fantastic! Mr. Steven repaired the issue of diminished flushing power and a leak. Thankfully, I have a home warranty so that helped the cost and value of the company servicing the issue at hand which I'm thankful for. I gladly recommend using Plumbers Incorporated. Thanks Plumbers Incorporated!

Worst plumbers ever! 5 weeks later and we still don't have a working shower. They replaced a shower valve, neglected to measure where it should go and then tried to ground down flange around tub spout to make shower valve flange fit. No gasket no silicone, water leaks into wall. They say they are finished and will not come back out. Avoid this company.

I am updating this review because I learned that unfortunately the way home warranty claims work is they handcuff the service provider. That is what happened in my situation and after investigating the circumstances of surprise charges I learned that the warranty will not pay for the actual services necessary to do the job unless they are itemized in a certain way.

Steven and Damon have been outstanding and they go above and beyond to determine the cause of problems and they make every effort to make sure the warranty people will pay out the amount they're responsible for. They do very good work and are knowledgeable and friendly. I had a new issue arise recently and specifically requested that Plumbers Inc was sent because of their professional service.

Don't let these idiots near your home.
They send a major idiot to break you toilet then charge you for vandalism.

Then they charge you for fixing their abuse and refuse to fix it right. Then they charge a brand new service when their last repair does not work.

Nothing but scammers and liars and thieves. All they had to do was change the flushing unit but the kept on changing little plastic and cheep metal parts that are not good
Negative 5 stars and that is being very generous

Plumbers Inc. was contracted by American Home Shield (a horrible warranty co.) on 12/19/2023 to come fix my leaking bathroom faucet and emergency shut-off valve. Alan from Plumbers Inc. came out 3 different times for a couple of minutes and did absolutely nothing. He said the angle stop needed modification, and that AHS did not cover that so it would be $190.00 out of my pocket. Also, my faucet is not standard so it would be $140.00 to install. I paid these two amounts before he came out the last time but he still did nothing.
Plumbers Inc. said they would refund my money but never did so I had to go through my credit card co. to dispute charges. Plumbers Inc. told AHS that the job was completed and it was not. Lastly, since then I have received 2 estimates from plumbing companies that do NOT state they need to modify an angle stop. Alan from Plumbers Inc. was lying, obviously did not know what he was doing, and so he did nothing. It's 01/13/24 and I still have a leaking faucet with now a warped vanity. Do not use either of these companies as they are both incompetent, to say the least.

Avoid this company. Was sent to us because of home warranty repair. Tried to take advantage of us by adding fees and repairs that were not needed and not covered by our home warranty. Trying to charge for parts that were 10 to 15 times their actual price.

Assigned Plumber's Inc. by my home warranty company. I had a leaking shower valve (bad enough that I had to leave my water shut off unless showering or flushing). Allan came out and installed a new seal. It stopped working the next day. Long story short, they said fixing my leaking valve would entail replacing my entire supply plumbing lines for $9,000. I specifically asked why an adapter wouldn't work to just replace the valve (old plumbing is smaller than new standard apparently).
As with many others reviewing here, I gave up, called friend of a friend (T&C Plumbing) and Tom installed new valves with a new shower plate, all in less than 3 hours and that INCLUDED his time going to the store to get the right ... ADAPTERS! For $550.
Plumber's Inc. sucks.

Worst in the business. They are thieves if you have a home warranty plan. The technician ""claimed"" I needed modifications to my hot water heater so they could steal $580.00 from me. This is a pattern with this company. Did I mention they have an F with the Better Business Bureau...yes, an F.

They know what's covered and what's not covered in your policy/contract so they can steal your money with extra charges.
