Do not hire them. NEVER! If you read this before your home warranty assigns, please cancel this company immediately!!! Go far far away from them and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Or you will regret it. They will schedule, reschedule, reschedule, and cancel the service. Read all of the reviews. They are true.

They are one of two plumbing contractors for American Home Shield in the area. Both have abysmal reviews and for a good reason. Don't expect them to be very responsive - it took them 5 days to do an initial (required) 3 min long inspection of my broken water heater. All this time we don't have hot water, of course. They contract with ASH for abysmal rates, so they have to make that up by charging you exorbitant prices for uncovered charges (conversion kits, new building code requirements, etc.). These charges are roughly 2-3 times over what reputable plumbers will collect. (And we know and expect reputable contractors make good margins on these items already vs. buying at home depot and DYI). Can't speak to the quality of service they deliver as I went with somebody else that did a stellar job.

The technician came out to fix our insinkerator and told me that it was jammed beyond repair and we needed to replace the entire unit. Additionally told me that the outlet it was plugged into wasn't working and we needed to have an electrician fix it first. The electrician came over and the outlet was in perfect working order, nothing wrong. The electrician then used a 1/4 inch Allen wrench and was able to unjam and reset the insinkerator. Insinkerator works great, thanks to the electrician.

Got the bad fortune of dealing with these clowns via my home warranty company First American. My shower was draining slowly. They sent one guy out who's tool ""broke"" after 5 mins of trying to fix. He was still somehow able to fully block my drain while also pulling up a bunch of black sludge/refuse which he just left. Next guy came A WEEK LATER, gave it a good 10mins before telling me I need to totally rip up my shower bed so they can have ""access to the pipe."" I ask him if he can clear the black water out and return the work site to its original state (which is what they are required to do per their contract with First American). Guy says he doesn't have any tools to do that, and to contact First American. What plumber doesn't have a wet vac? I spend the next 3 weeks trying to get them to come back out and clean up their mess. They refuse, I have to clean up after them.

So in summary, they put forth the bare minimum effort, but still somehow managed to totally block my shower drain which is now unusable and leave a trail of disgusting mess for me to clean up. If your home warranty company connects you with these people, refuse and ask for somebody else. If you are looking to hire a plumber, steer as far away from these dimwits as possible.

If this is the company your homeowner's warranty company assigned to you for a service call, you're better off cancelling the appointment now.

If your homeowner's warranty didn't assign this company and you're just reading reviews, keep looking.

TERRIBLE

We had a leak that was from our bathroom drain. It caused water to leak onto our laundry room floor downstairs. The plumber that arrived whose name is Gerald was very kind and efficient and experienced. He knew what was needed and got to it. Gerald replaced our cracked pipe and solved our leak problem. Gerald took the time to clean up as well. Honestly I was a little apprehensive based on reviews about Plumbers Inc, and Plumbers Inc was referred to me by my home warranty company but Gerald proved there are still good people out there that are willing to get the job done. Thank you Gerald!! Plumbers Inc enjoy your 5 star review. I'm sure Gerald will be the reason for more future 5 stars reviews. Thanks again. You are appreciated.

1. Customer service needs proper training.
2. They are almost impossible to reach.
3. They can change the appointment day and time whenever they like and you don't have any choice.

Everyone, this is from my own experience and my opinion only. Most of the plumbers are very honest but there are also a few dishonest ones... and I got one from Plumber Inc. If your plumber tells you ""there's mold"" bs... make sure you get some pieces of advice from friends and move forward. otherwise, they'll come in droves (Packing company, testing company, mold remediation company, contractor...etc) I have never claimed anything in my life so I wasn't sure what the hell I was getting into...
A simple pipe leak fix (normal plumbing cost $350) turned into a whopping $15,000 insurance scam. When your plumber tells you he knows a friend who can get rid of the mold... he's going to call his ring leader (Mold remediation company), then you're screwed, like me.
