Worst in the business. They are thieves if you have a home warranty plan. The technician ""claimed"" I needed modifications to my hot water heater so they could steal $580.00 from me. This is a pattern with this company. Did I mention they have an F with the Better Business Bureau...yes, an F.
They know what's covered and what's not covered in your policy/contract so they can steal your money with extra charges.

The worst service I've ever had. The plumber showed up and checked my water heater. Told me what the problem was then told me he was going to email me the information. He never did. I called the company approximately 10 times to get an update on when the issue was going to be resolved. All I got was "" we will call you back"" they never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you go through your home warranty and they assign this company to you, immediately request a different provider. If not, you will be meet with unprofessionalism, incompetency and delays.

Our experience with Plumbers Inc was through our home warranty company. Our hot water heater was leaking combustion gases into our garage due to an improper installation. The plumber diagnosed it as a venting issue, which was conveniently not covered by the home warranty, rather than an installation issue which would have been covered. Regardless of the diagnosis and disagreement in root cause, Plumbers Inc failed, after 5 calls, to provide promised quotes for repair options. I also spoke to the plumber shortly after the report to the home warranty company. He agreed to call them and update the diagnosis to reflect the improper installation, but he never did. He also promised to provide the quotes, but did not. I was promised call backs multiple times and never got them.
After a few weeks of frustration, we finally contacted another plumber who was able to fix the venting issue in about 30 minutes without the expensive repairs suggested by plumbers inc (hot water heater repair or vent replacement vs just adjusting the vent placement). So to top off all the frustration, the issue ended up being an easy fix that the Plumbers Inc Plumber just didn't see or bother to try.
Strongly suggest avoiding this company. Very frustrating experience.

Without a doubt, Plumbers Inc. is the worst company I have ever experienced.
I had a service agreement with Select Warranty. When I called Select Warranty for a problem with a leak in my water line. They dispatched Ceaser to assess the problem. He looked at the issue and said he needed approval for the necessary repairs. Allegedly he contacted his office and Select warranty, stated it would take 48 hours for them to authorize the repairs. He then said I hate doing this but I need to get a check for the co-pay. Then after several calls to Plumbers Inc. and Select Warranty, there was never a resolution. Plumbers Inc. said they would call me back as soon as they received authorization. They never did call me back. Whenever I called it went to voicemail. Ultimately i talked to Select Warranty and they informed that Plumbers Inc. said that Plumbers Inc. said the leaking issue was more than 100 feet from the house. This was absolutely a lie since the problem was underneath the mobile home. I finally found a honest repair person to resolve the issue.

The service technician, Dan who was sent to the house could not have been more professional, friendly and competent. He was able to solve our problem quickly and efficiently and his demeanor during our time of stress was outstanding.
Trying to get ahold of the office is another story. They were assigned by our home warranty company on Saturday on an emergency basis. Left messages Saturday, Sunday and 7am Monday morning. No calls back. I finally reached somebody in the office at 7:45 a.m. who told me they're not allowed to call customers back until after 8:00 a.m. that is absolutely ridiculous. They have an attitude in the office so tread lightly.

Stretched a home Warrenty call into 4 visits and two deductibles. No consideration for customers time. Office scheduler is robotic.
Would not let me finish why 4 appointments were not necessary if their plumber had adequately documented the second appointment. Went to a different company.
Who needs that kind of customer service... NOONE

After dealing with unprofessional and defensive receptionist due to a mixup on scheduling on their part, the water heater was finally installed on Friday, November 3, 2023. To get that accomplished, I had to call them everyday for an update. Their response was always ""someone or my supervisor will call you in 30 minutes"" but no calls. Today, I called about the permit as their website says, they will take care of it and that is included with the repair fee. Again, I was told someone or the supervisor will call me because they don't do the permit that I will have to do it myself. After hanging up the phone, I received a text stating that they ""just don't give permit and they can pull a permit with additional charge of $475. See below attached pictures. Absurd!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I was referred to them by my home insurance. The first service guy came and he appeared to have diagnosed the problem and said would come back to fix it. Big lie, he didn't take any notes, made no work orders and faked that my home insurance would be ordering the part. Then he stood up on me for three times in a roll. Each time I had to cancel all my work plans and wait at home for nothing. By the time the company sent another person, it was already a month later and nothing was done. By the time, my sink s decay had filled in the leak. The second service person said he couldn't detect the leak but would keep the work order open for 30 days. The company, to the contrary, closed the case on themselves and took money from my insurance. I had to call multiple times to reopen the case. Their receptionist is so rude and the worst I ve ever had. They kept lying about calling back and sending the service person again but it never happened. They then never picked my call nor my insurance's call and refused to service again. They charged my insurance a lot of money but did absolutely nothing. The receptionist also was insulting.
