I had a leaky shut off valves under the sink and a water heater vent that needed to be added. In come Eddie and Efraim! They were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Since my initial review on 7/15/24, I've had the (unfortunate but necessary) opportunity to call on Plumber XP twice, both times for substantial jobs. The second time, my AC condenser unit's drain pipe clogged, causing water to back up into the attic and leak through a recessed light. This was a major headache that required calling my homeowner's insurance and ServPro in the middle of the night to prevent further damage.

Michael arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and determined that a clean-out needed to be installed on the center vertical line of the pipes, which required cutting into the drywall. He was efficient and helpful, completing the task in just a few hours. Thanks to his work, we now have access to the pipe, so future clogs will be easier to handle.

Recently, I learned that a valve switch behind the refrigerator had broken, preventing the delivery of a new fridge. Eddie was able to come by earlier than the scheduled appointment, which was a huge relief. He quickly diagnosed the issue and will be replacing the entire ice maker valve behind the fridge.

Why five stars? I've worked with four different individuals from Plumber XP--Angela, the coordinator, and technicians Ray, Michael, and Eddie--and every one of them has been outstanding. Plumber XP excels in every aspect: they provide top-notch customer service, do high-quality work, and offer fair pricing compared to other local companies.

Plumbing issues are never something a homeowner looks forward to, but if you need help, Plumber XP is the only company I'd trust to call.

Christian worked quickly to identify the source of our leak and fixed the dishwasher that would spew water into the sink instead of down the drain. We received a fair price as well! We would be happy to ask for their service again.

We had a clogged main line over the weekend and Ray came out at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. He took care of the problem immediately and even cleaned our tub that had been backed up. Ray was so professional and so friendly. He wore booties in the house and was so respectful of our home. He scoped out the drain to make sure everything was clear once he was done. I highly recommend Plumber XP.
