Plumber XP was amazing! Eddie first came out to fix our shower which the cartridge needed replacing only to find out we needed the whole valve replaced! Eddie was super thorough in his explanation about what steps needed to be done to fix the issue. We then talked with him about sleeving our main line as that was also an issue. Eddie was super communicative, polite, helpful and when completing the job they left everything clean! He was helpful in answering all our questions we had and did the job in a very timely manner. I can't remember the name of the other gentleman who was with him but he was also very kind. Eddie was so kind that he even let our dogs out of the room when he left because we weren't going to be home, only to then call us to let us know he left the dogs out of the room and locked up the house for us! SO COMMUNICATIVE! I would recommend plumber xp to anyone asking for a referral! Thanks so much again Eddie and thank you plumber xp for being so responsive to our issues!

How do you thank someone you've never met but was gracious enough to send one of his guys out after hours to fix an emergency backup in your main line (without charging an arm and a leg)?

I'm not really sure but I hope this is a good start. On a serious note though, Gabriel and his entire team (Eddie, Efrain, Angela, Jose) have been LIFESAVERS.

Their prices are competitive, their work is incredibly thorough, and they are so thoughtful with their recommendations, from your budget to the quality of care you expect from anyone working on your home.

To find a reputable and more importantly, HONEST company as a homeowner these days is almost impossible, but I found one of the good ones. They have our business for life and we will be referring them to all of our friends and family.

If these guys tell you that you need to hydrojet or fix an existing issue, please believe them. They are as honest as they come. Thank you Gabriel and team!

Eddie and Jose came by to inspect our line after a mishap occurred with a foreign object being flushed down the toilet. Not only was Eddie incredibly knowledgeable, he was also incredibly kind. Plumber XP saved the day. My water heater broke down, leaking into my downstairs neighbor's home. I needed a repair ASAP and they were at my home in less than half an hour. They did a great job, including adding things that would prevent another disaster to my neighbor. The technicians were very professional, kind, knowledgeable and clean! They moved all my junk out of the way, answered some unrelated single woman homeowner questions. I'm really pleased and relieved that everything was done the same day.

We had a gas leak on the side of the house, Gabriel inspected the area and also noticed a potential hazard by the tankless heater and offered to repair it at no extra cost. During the follow-up repair appointment, Eddie and Enrique were courteous and professional. They discovered the house gas line needed to be replaced. They completed the job timely and provided photos to show areas of repair. Gas leak is gone, and we are satisfied with the company's performance.

I was referred to Plumber XP from a family member, after contacting a few plumbers the owner from XP returned my call on a Sunday in less than 30 minutes. that impressed me, they called me first thing on Monday and were at my house before noon. My water heater needed to be replaced along with hoses, water line, gas line etc. Christian was the tech that came out with the owner in less than 4 hours I had hot water again. Efrain and Gabriel from Plumber XP are the best! Gabriel got back to me right away with multiple appointments to choose from with 30-min windows. On the day of, I received a ""he's on his way"" call from XP and Efrain showed up within the scheduled 30-min appointment time, making it very convenient.
Efrain is very polite and professional, he did a great job and fixed the mistakes the previous plumber we hired in March left for us. A day later, the two issues he fixed are working well; XP provided a fair price for quality work, they'll now be my regular plumbing company.
