WOW! Excellent service. We needed a porcelain pedestal sink re-seated. I called them late Tues afternoon, and Brandon came out early Wed morning. He took a look at the job, gave me a fair quote and got the work done in an hour or so. He was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. After looking over his work, I must say that he is a true craftsman. Despite having to remove the sink entirely before raising it and remounting it, there is really no more work to be done. I had expected to have to repaint or possibly patch the wall, but that was not the case because of his professional skill. We are very happy with the end product, and we will certainly use this company again. Thank you for a job well done. He replaced bib hose that broke for $225 and applied first customer discount coupon of $25 so paid $220. He was on time and worked quickly. He gave est. time to complete of 30 minutes but he finished in about 15min or less. He wore a mask, made sure to wipe his feet on mat when entering into house and was very polite. Would call him again.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Plumbers Pro and plan on working with them in the future on my other properties. They have an automated system that keeps you informed of when your service tech will be arriving to the job site. There were some hiccups with the technician not being able to show up at the expected times but this is because they also do emergency plumbing work. My original plumbing issue wasn't an emergency so we had to reschedule a couple times. My technician was Chris. He seemed very knowledgeable of what my issue was and helped me to understand why he recommended the solution he did. It was more than I was expecting but I trusted he knew what was best so we proceeded with the job. After the job was completed we had another plumbing issue that resulted from it. Cris came out the next day free of charge to remediate the situation since he already knew what the problem was. I have some drywall repair to do but it could have been much worse.

My tenant contacted this company twice to fix MINOR repairs at one of my rental homes. It took two guys going under the house to """"cut out the tee and fitting that is broken"""" and was charged $470 each time for 20 minutes of work. I'd love the owner to contact me and justify the rates I was charged.

Let's start with Plumber Pro answered their phone, scheduled a time for the next day, sent a text and made a phone call to let me know to expect them, Mitch and Ray arrived and assessed the problem with the corroded pipe from my boring well to the holding tank and communicated what was needed to fix the problem, gave me an estimate and completed the work. I highly recommend Plumber Pro and especially Mitch and Ray for an outstanding and timely job.
