Sam with all due respect the work you are saying was done was not. I still have the parts your tech left at my house. So no, no work was done except further damage. I will happy to add photos showing the parts left so people reading these reviews aren't misinformed by your response. Bottom line it was bad job and no resolutions were met.

I hired them to fix a clogged drain. they milked the clock. Spent about 1 hour working, and several hours doing nothing. used about $50 worth of materials ( 3 feet of PVC and some glue), and one hour of work, bill was $3200. I would not recommend them, nor would I ever call them again.

I'm so glad we found this plumbing service! They are professional, courteous, show up on time, and cleaned up after the work. They are also reasonably priced. We had two toilets that needed repair work and they explained the options, the cost, and got right to work. Highly recommend!!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Plumbers Pro and plan on working with them in the future on my other properties. They have an automated system that keeps you informed of when your service tech will be arriving to the job site. There were some hiccups with the technician not being able to show up at the expected times but this is because they also do emergency plumbing work. My original plumbing issue wasn't an emergency so we had to reschedule a couple times. My technician was Chris. He seemed very knowledgeable of what my issue was and helped me to understand why he recommended the solution he did. It was more than I was expecting but I trusted he knew what was best so we proceeded with the job. After the job was completed we had another plumbing issue that resulted from it. Cris came out the next day free of charge to remediate the situation since he already knew what the problem was. I have some drywall repair to do but it could have been much worse.

Let's start with Plumber Pro answered their phone, scheduled a time for the next day, sent a text and made a phone call to let me know to expect them, Mitch and Ray arrived and assessed the problem with the corroded pipe from my boring well to the holding tank and communicated what was needed to fix the problem, gave me an estimate and completed the work. I highly recommend Plumber Pro and especially Mitch and Ray for an outstanding and timely job.

Great service. They would've come early but I made plans with the original time frame so they came out as schedule and fixed my sinks and offered advice on upkeep. Michael was very sweet and helpful. Thank you. Will use again if needed.

He identified the problem quickly, scheduled our appointment for when it was most convenient for us, came earlier than they had first schedule which was a huge plus, and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Made an appointment...... rescheduled my day then they sent me an email during the time frame that my appointment was suppose to be that my appointment was changed to the next day. I'm not in town tomorrow. I called and they said they tried to call me (BS) . Thanks for wasting my day !!!!!!
