Very bad experience I would not recommend plumer Mike to anybody. I called for repair he did not come but rather sent two employees with no license. They broke my neighbor's pipe and had spend 3 hours to fix it then when I negotiated the price he told his guys to close it and leave . I had to pay him the inflated price . The person over the phone was rude when I called back to ask for the owner I was tod by claudette that he is out of the country so it was over charged for licensed job performed by non licensed worker . If you hire him fo not blame anybody other than yourself.

Untrustworthy and dishonest. I called Plumber Mike's because my outside tankless hot water heater had stopped working. They told me it couldn't be repaired and I would get a top-of-the-line replacement with installation for $3,500. Even for that money, they told me the controller unit was an additional option, although the box clearly stated it was included! After much complaining, they miraculously appeared with one the following day. The unit they put in is a """"value"""" low end model that was selling (retail) at both Home Depot and the manufacturer through Amazon for $618. They were dishonest about the cost and quality of the actual water heater and totally took advantage of me as a trusting customer. Because all the piping was already there and it only took a couple of hours to do the work, I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of the cost. My request verbally to the owner and through multiple emails have just been ignored. Regarding the quality of the work - they left with holes in the wall and I had to call them back to get them filled. The electrical wiring is shoddy - tie wrapped to a pipe from an open hose - and it may even be unsafe. Judge for yourself from the photos. On top of all this, they disconnected my garage freezer for a power tool and didn't plug it back in. By the time I noticed, a significant amount of food had already been wasted. This owner has been totally unwilling to explain the gross overcharging and refused to make amends for this or any of the other issues. He has a complete disregard for the fact that I am an extremely unhappy customer. Their website says """"Plumber Mike's was founded on, and continues to take great pride in our goal of 100% customer satisfaction"""". That is just a lie. I strongly warn anyone considering using this company to stay away as they are nothing more than dishonest con-artists. I was totally scammed and ripped off. Don't make that mistake.

These guys were excellent. Came out, diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. Broken copper pipe that was replaced with PVC to the cast iron pipe. Thank you!

We recently used Plumber Mike's for our sewer hookup. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience from the first visit to the completion of the project, Mike and his team were great. The work was done quickly once he got the permits. I would gladly recommend Plumber Mike's to anyone that needs the services of a plumber.

We had a pipe bust in our kitchen. We tried 2 other plumbers before Mike's. The first came out and said they would send an estimate- never heard from them again. The second wanted an outrageous amount of money. Called Mike. A guy came out gave us price right then (which was a third of the other guy). We called Mike to schedule and they were back out in a couple of days. Joe and Moe were on time, professional, and very nice. The service was great. Mike even connected us to a guy who came out the same day and patched our wall. They will be our go to plumber and septic guys from now on!

This company is fantastic all of the workers are reliable and alwalys show up on time. Their work is great and they stand behind everything they do. Ihave an old house and they repaired the pipes from my house to the street. Very fair price and they have fixed my bathrooms in my house highly recommend them

City of Hollywood is requiring all that have septic tanks to hook up with city sewer. Even if you wanted to keep your septic tank your water bill would go up. All along Ive been paying 65.00 and now my bill is120.00.City of Hollywood doesn't care if you can't afford to hook up to city sewer they are charging 2,130.00 for this hook up and this does not include the Plummer's work. Thank God I found Plumber Mike he is very fair and good from what I can see all the other neighbors houses . His work is professional and clean. I was quoted from other Plummer's 7,000.00 to 5,000.00. Mike is doing it for almost half and this is why he is the busiest plumber in town. Of course if he has to cut your drive way,replace sod ,cut your patio and move your trees it's more.He is professional ,nice and personable. Of course I don't like spending money I didn't need too but the city was going to punish you in fines of increases.
