We recently used Plumber Mike's for our sewer hookup. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience from the first visit to the completion of the project, Mike and his team were great. The work was done quickly once he got the permits. I would gladly recommend Plumber Mike's to anyone that needs the services of a plumber.

Bottom line go to Plumber Mike. We have partnered with them on several occassions from very large to smaller. They are very professional, do topnotch work and really worked with us. They surprisingly, with all that going for them they were still the most reasonable. We can not stress enough to partner with them. If you are not partnering with Plumber Mike you simply are not using the best.

Untrustworthy and dishonest. I called Plumber Mike's because my outside tankless hot water heater had stopped working. They told me it couldn't be repaired and I would get a top-of-the-line replacement with installation for $3,500. Even for that money, they told me the controller unit was an additional option, although the box clearly stated it was included! After much complaining, they miraculously appeared with one the following day. The unit they put in is a """"value"""" low end model that was selling (retail) at both Home Depot and the manufacturer through Amazon for $618. They were dishonest about the cost and quality of the actual water heater and totally took advantage of me as a trusting customer. Because all the piping was already there and it only took a couple of hours to do the work, I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of the cost. My request verbally to the owner and through multiple emails have just been ignored. Regarding the quality of the work - they left with holes in the wall and I had to call them back to get them filled. The electrical wiring is shoddy - tie wrapped to a pipe from an open hose - and it may even be unsafe. Judge for yourself from the photos. On top of all this, they disconnected my garage freezer for a power tool and didn't plug it back in. By the time I noticed, a significant amount of food had already been wasted. This owner has been totally unwilling to explain the gross overcharging and refused to make amends for this or any of the other issues. He has a complete disregard for the fact that I am an extremely unhappy customer. Their website says """"Plumber Mike's was founded on, and continues to take great pride in our goal of 100% customer satisfaction"""". That is just a lie. I strongly warn anyone considering using this company to stay away as they are nothing more than dishonest con-artists. I was totally scammed and ripped off. Don't make that mistake.

I am writing this review because I am so thoroughly impressed with Plumber Mike's services and the way he treated me during my kitchen renovation project. After hiring a large retailer to complete my project, only to fail me miserably halfway in, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth and a distrust for contractors. Plumber Mike made special arrangements with me to make me feel at ease. He completed every bit of work in the most timely manner and kept me up to date on every step of the process. Plumber Mike came to my house every day during the project to make sure that I had no issues and that the work was being done correctly. His communication was perfect and his attitude was sincere and genuine. Plumber Mike had a crew that worked inside my home for days without supervision and they NEVER crossed my trust. Every single crew member was polite, respectful, and professional. ***Plumber Mike repiped my entire kitchen (brought water lines in under the home instead of through the walls *as I requested, created a pot filler, ice box, dishwasher line, sanitary arm for my bathroom sink, new valves on my bathtub (shared wall with kitchen), completed new PVC sewer lines by replacing old cast iron***. If I EVER have a plumbing need in the future, big or small, I will call him. I have dealt with many contractors over the past few years and I will never call a different plumber. I am more than willing to share my full experience with anyone interested in knowing more. Even after I paid him in full, he continued to assist me and take my calls...... this is the guy you always hope you get when you need a plumber, but rarely (and I mean rarely) find.

We had a pipe bust in our kitchen. We tried 2 other plumbers before Mike's. The first came out and said they would send an estimate- never heard from them again. The second wanted an outrageous amount of money. Called Mike. A guy came out gave us price right then (which was a third of the other guy). We called Mike to schedule and they were back out in a couple of days. Joe and Moe were on time, professional, and very nice. The service was great. Mike even connected us to a guy who came out the same day and patched our wall. They will be our go to plumber and septic guys from now on!

Just had a Pelican NS6 whole house Water Softener installed by Plumber Mike's. His team achieved the right outcome in our new construction townhome. Due to Housing Association laws the job required the Pelican NS6 to remain inside the garage while accessing the main water line to successfully divert water into the softener and back into the home. Mike was personally involved in helping evaluate the best options for installation and also arrived with his team to ensure the best result (e.g. he led a team meeting before work started). Plumber Mike's exceeded expectations and at a fair & reasonable price for the very technical work completed. Highly recommend any customer to consider Plumber Mike's! Thanks again, Mike! We needed the right help!

Called In for a small job. $135. At the end... ended up being $200. I been In the landlord business for 16 years... never been ripped off like this in my life... But hey I needed It done... It got done. Use them at your own risk.... And It's $90 to show up. Got to love a business that charges you just to show up... that way when you say no... they still collect. Total rip off.
