Called and spoke with Charles to get a quote on repairs to my water heater that another plumber told me I needed. He took the time to explain what I needed and what was an upsale and was honest and saved me money. He could have just gave me a quote to install the parts I was asking for and but instead he took the time to explain and let me know it wasn't necessary. Definitely a good first impression and I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and not try to sell me things I didn't need. Will be using them for future plumbing needs!

On Sunday morning at 3:00 am I heard water running. Monday I called my son and he sent out a friend to check it out and he said we had a cold water line break in several places in my home. My son knew someone who had a friend who had a plumbing company. Then the water line to the house broke also. Mr. Sutton came out assessed the probLen. gave us a reasonable quote. Started working on the inside for it was raining. The next day started working on the outside replacing the main water line. He replaced the whole system cold and hot water lines. Replaced the Faust's and hot water heater.
Charles's and his son's ""Technicians"" did a great job. He is a religious and patriot man, I enjoyed meeting and working with him. God Bless Charles and his company.

Customer service is grossly unprofessional and 0 customer service abilities. No call no show for 4 weeks and I was told in essence ""who cares"" and was told in many ways it was unreasonable for me to reach out and ask as there was an approval pending. in addition, I received a ""personal"" message from Morgan the front office person. I spoke to the owner Charles and while he assured all communications would cease she still felt some authority to reach out. So either Charles took the situation lightly and never said anything to Morgan on the agreement we had or he just flat out didn't give a crap and is ok with that behavior from his employees. Either way, it doesn't work for me.
Hey Charles. Sorry not sorry for reaching out to all related employees regarding my complaint. The web is a very powerful tool and I fortunately know how to use it. Don't want you're wife called?? Maybe you should have done your research on her name, number and association to your business and have it removed for future complaints.
