Charles fixed a major leak in my home. The leak was a problem for a while and the plumber i was using was unreachable. However, his team came immediately to inspect and they were reasonable with their estimate. With no money down, he proceeded with the work. He is an honest man that has an expertise in the field. He did his best to avoid charging me an arm and a leg without compromising the quality of work. He even explained every detail of the job he completed. Overall, i am happy with it and will definitely recommend him to everybody i know. Thanks!

Long story short, the rental we live in has had some horrible sewer line problems for the last year. The landlord kept bringing in the company she uses exclusively which offered no relief of the recurring issue, and only a bandaid on a bigger problem.
Charles came in and gave a full inspection and completed the job, while giving me a clear answer as to what what really going on, and alerting me it was an actual pipe issue that needed to be addressed and walked me through his entire report of findings. Not only did he save my sanity in the situation and give me immense peace of mind, he was efficient, thorough, and honest. It is hard to find good people and companies for situations that can become very time consuming and add up financially very quickly, but I can promise Plumber Duck, and Charles, are the people you need in your back pocket for every plumbing issue you may encounter.

I will use them when we move and on every job from here on out. I will never waste time with the other companies again!

I broke a gas pipe in our fireplace, and we were desperately trying to find someone to fix it ASAP. Plumber Duck came within the hour, he was very quick, kind, and knowledgeable. Don't even know where to start. I had an emergency plumbing job. The company that the home insurance sent told me he couldn't fix it. Called Charles explained the problem and what the other company had said and he said we can fix it. He even went over several options over the phone to calm me down. He sent Mike over in the evening, Mike made some adjustments and said they would be back the next day, Saturday. They both were here early Saturday morning fixed the problem and the price was phenomenal. This company has a new client for life. They have gained a new customer! Charles and Mikey are great and they are so calm and patient with their customers. I respect the honesty, compassion, and care they put into helping those in need. I went through my home warranty company and declined the previous company from ever coming to my home again because they didn't do a good job. On Friday my hot water handle in my showere would not turn off and Charles sent Mikey right away and they fixed the problem another company failed to complete properly. I won't name the other company but I sure didn't appreciate being told, ""well what do you wantme to do about it"", and ""if theirs any internal damage you'll be responsible"". Ummm, no, they were terminated from my work order and Charles picked it up without any hesitation. Thank you Charles and Mikey for your hard work and dedication to customers in need like myself. I'm so glad y'all took over my work order!

Best service for plumbing I have received so far, had a bad smell coming from my garbage disposal, found the leak replaced it as well as all the hoses for a reasonable price as well as a corroded hose bib in my backyard. Always on time. And always professional

We started our kitchen remodel in February of this year unfortunately we had to fire the contractor because of horrendous work. R&B Construction picked up the job (thank God) & Charles from Plumber Duck was sent out to do the plumbing. He called to let me know what time he would be over. He explained everything he was going to do. He installed the disposal, faucet & soap dispenser he said he would be back the following day to finish installing dishwasher. No comparison to the other work done. Charles's work looked professional. It was nice and clean. I definitely recommend Plumber Duck to anyone looking to get a honest great plumber. Thank U Charles

Plumber Duck just picked up a new customer for life!

I needed a plumber yesterday, so I did an internet search, and it started out discouraging. The first plumber I called said he wouldn't be able to get here until the end of next week; the second said: best case scenario, Friday / worst case scenario Monday or Tuesday.

Plumber Duck was my third call, and I expected more of the same. When he asked if I could wait, I expected to hear: for a few days, a week, longer -- when he said 30-45 minutes, I about fell out of my chair. He happen to be in my area and was just finished up on the job he was on -- I felt like doing cartwheels.

Plumber Duck got here in under 45 minutes. He is polite and VERY professional. The problem was huge to me, but not so much for him and he had it fixed in about hour. What's more, his rates are so reasonable I was able to gave him a little extra to show my gratitude for his being able to get here to fix the problem so quickly.

I have put Plumber Duck in my contacts, he is now my plumber, and I have already started telling my friends and family that when they need a plumber, they need to call Plumber Duck.
