Customer service is grossly unprofessional and 0 customer service abilities. No call no show for 4 weeks and I was told in essence ""who cares"" and was told in many ways it was unreasonable for me to reach out and ask as there was an approval pending. in addition, I received a ""personal"" message from Morgan the front office person. I spoke to the owner Charles and while he assured all communications would cease she still felt some authority to reach out. So either Charles took the situation lightly and never said anything to Morgan on the agreement we had or he just flat out didn't give a crap and is ok with that behavior from his employees. Either way, it doesn't work for me.
Hey Charles. Sorry not sorry for reaching out to all related employees regarding my complaint. The web is a very powerful tool and I fortunately know how to use it. Don't want you're wife called?? Maybe you should have done your research on her name, number and association to your business and have it removed for future complaints.

Plumber duck came to my home immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within 45 minutes very professional I highly recommend the plumber, very professional very honest and upfront. He doesn't try to rip you off or to make a quick dollar off of you. A+. I will definitely be using them in the future.

So, after Plumber Dick changed out some angle valves, I noticed we had a water leak in the from yard. They sent the owner out right away. He looked the job over, explained everything that he noticed and gave me my options. We opted to have the entire main line into the house replaced, as it was the best option. The day came that he and his crew of 4 shows up. They got right to work, explained everything that needed to be done. They even noticed that a precocious plumber did not hook up out water softener correctly. The price he quoted me was the price we paid. To top it off, one of the sprinkler valves has busted when they turned the water on. I had planned on replacing them anyways, so I just hired them to do all 4 valves. These guys know their stuff, work very hard and kept me informed. Honesty is the best policy and these guys are honest as can be. I will hire them for any and all plumbing work I need.

Highly recommend Plumber Duck! Our home in escrow, while checking the spa tub in the master bath before home inspector came out the glue on the fitting failed and the hose blew out. Calling plumbers in the area only to find out most do not work on bathroom spa tubs. After numerous calls to different plumbers, Charles from Plumber Duck answered my call and he works on bathroom spa tubs! Charles was very professional and had his guys out to our home quickly. It has been a process since the tub could not be repaired due to obsolete parts but Charles quickly ordered a new tub and fixture and had his crew replaced the tub with plenty of time to spare before close of escrow. Mikey, Jacob, and Charles were able to come out to my house within 15 minutes of calling them. After hearing astronomical damage estimates from multiple companies regarding the leak and having multiple people come out to look, they were able to find the source of the water damage quickly and were so patient in explaining everything to me. They repaired the broken line for me and were very professional. They will definitely be my new go to for plumbing and I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

We needed our main line checked and the water pressure valve replaced. Our dishwasher also needed to be anchored. He was able to come out the same day we called. Charles fixed a major leak in my home. The leak was a problem for a while and the plumber i was using was unreachable. However, his team came immediately to inspect and they were reasonable with their estimate. With no money down, he proceeded with the work. He is an honest man that has an expertise in the field. He did his best to avoid charging me an arm and a leg without compromising the quality of work. He even explained every detail of the job he completed. Long story short, the rental we live in has had some horrible sewer line problems for the last year. The landlord kept bringing in the company she uses exclusively which offered no relief of the recurring issue, and only a bandaid on a bigger problem.
Charles came in and gave a full inspection and completed the job, while giving me a clear answer as to what what really going on, and alerting me it was an actual pipe issue that needed to be addressed and walked me through his entire report of findings. Not only did he save my sanity in the situation and give me immense peace of mind, he was efficient, thorough, and honest. It is hard to find good people and companies for situations that can become very time consuming and add up financially very quickly, but I can promise Plumber Duck, and Charles, are the people you need in your back pocket for every plumbing issue you may encounter.

I will use them when we move and on every job from here on out. I will never waste time with the other companies again!
