The worst experience I've ever had with another vendor. Read the other reviews. They are all accurate.

Referred to us by Fidelity National Home Warranty for our leak. So the leak itself was bad enough but the experience with these guys in this matter was the absolute worst I have ever gone thru as a consumer. Initially the ""plumber"" they sent over showed up unprepared with no tools are or parts to fix the leak. His only solution was a black water tape of some sort as a temporary bandage to ""stop"" the leak. This only worked as long as the water was off, mind you we have a two year old, and if we turned the water back on we would have to watch the leak, per the ""plumber."" He explained to me that he has to get the parts thru his supplier, he cannot buy parts from the store, and he would back tomorrow to fix the issue. I was livid at this point! With no water we couldnt bathe, drink, etc..so I called warranty company, useless, and then spoke with Joe and he assured me they would fix it the following day. We both had to work (wife & myself) so my mother in law stayed at the house so someone could be there while the plumber worked. During this time the ""plumber"" first off did not bleed the system to rid the pipes of water secondly, he was facetiming/phone calling his boss to make sure he was doing the right thing. His next act was beyond any norm of common sense, he cut the pipes (mind you the system was still not bled) in which water, at this point, he no spewed onto my floors and started to seep underneath them. He then proceeds to tell my mother in law that he has to go to the store to get parts to cap the lines. Didnt he say the day before he could not buy parts from the store , as this is happening the water is leaking still and he is at the store. She calls me extremely concerned and tells me to come home now! Mind you I commute to work, 20-30 mins or so each way, so I in turn leave work, then Joe calls me and starts explaining to me his aspect of the situation. Well that conversation ended up in ""I cant help you I dont like the way this conversation is going, call the warranty company."" By the time I got home the ""plumber"" has left and not only avoided me, but the city utility foreman who as pissed as I was in this matter!!! Now mind you I dont write spiteful reviews but to be honest, this is some bullshit! You do not ever treat a consumer this way PERIOD. I dont care what the problem is as a business owner, a consumer and human being you dont treat people this way! You judge the review as you like, but in my opinion, this experience I wish upon no one and I will not recommend these guys to anyone what so ever!

This was the worst customer service I have had in a while! The people I spoke with lacked customer service skills, competent work experience/ a knowledge base, adequate scheduling techniques, and they are unable to follow simple directions!!

I had a gas leak and informed FNHW that I needed a plumber ASAP as pg&e had turned off my gas/heat and it gets cold at night. Plumber by trade was assigned and said they would be there the next day between 9-12. I advise I would be available and asked if they could courtesy call 5 mins before arriving she replied ""no"" indicating I would be the first customer of the day. One might think if your schedule block time is 9-12 first would be 9; right? Nope, Jamaull from Plumber by Trade arrives at 10 am (not too bad maybe that was drive time, so ok).

I open my door to Jamaull who I am assuming is either the son or a plumber in training (he is young but age isn't the issue for me) my issue starts when I tell him where the gas leak is and he gets on his phone to FaceTime his dad, supervisor or whatever to get directions on how to proceed with the job....So does this young man know how to do the job without having a virtual plumber on the phone or not?? I mean it's only a gas leak!! The person on the phone Joe proceeds to tell him he needs to go in wall and to contact the warranty company but gives him a warning with ""you know how they are"" (not sure what that means yet)
Jamaull goes to his truck and I follow him to ask how long it will take to get the authorization? He replied that the warranty company had him on hold and that the current wait time was about 30 mins before he would know. I advise that was fine but instead of waiting in the cold house I would run down the street and that he should call me as soon as he gets authorization so I could let him back inside (as I would be less than a five mins away). I reiterated how close I was and let him know if he prefer I stay in the house I would, he said no it was fine and that he would call.
Fifteen minutes passes and I call the company phone to check as no one had called me yet no one answered I went back to the house and no one was there??? I called the number again and got Joe ( I think he was the one on the virtual call earlier) who informed me that they did receive authorization but could not wait as they were not paid to wait; confused I told him I was literally a few blocks away and asked Jamaull to call me if he got the authorization sooner than the time he informed me, the person reiterated how they weren't paid to wait and cont with non relevant argument, I asked him what was the reschedule time as he was claiming the plumber needed to reschedule since I wasn't there he advised he didn't know what the time would be....I hung up.
It was good that I learned before they got started working that Jamaull could not follow simple instructions (I mean if he doesn't understand ""call me when you get authorization"" how is he going to be able to do a job by iPhone FaceTime to fix a gas leak)
This company would not get a full maybe 1/2 star if I could give it.

I am a property manager and it is unfortunate that this company gets business under Home Warranties. I have had multiple issues with them and would never use or recommend them EVER. In one case the tech came out to a duplex of young college school females but went to the wrong unit and tried to bill us for a fixed issue (nothing was wrong and it was the wrong unit). When showing up to the right unit the tech spends about 10 minutes and ""can't Fix it"". The same tech was at two other properties and was unsuccessful in fixing anything after an average of 10 minutes spent and collecting their $75 fee. In two out of three properties I had a handyman come out and fix it. I have told out Home Warranty companies not to select them when our properties need plumbing service.

Run from company. Its a family owned business I must say the son was nice when he came out. He was only 23 but they never called back and refused to schedule a repair EVEN THOUGH THEY RECEIVED THE PARTS. You can't get ahold of them!!!!!!! The customer service is non existent. RUNNNNNNNNN

They were sent to me by Fidelity Home Warranty I had a dishwasher issue that really wasn't an issue and a kitchen faucet issue. The plumber came out and reset the button for the dishwasher and it worked; that was my fault. Then he looked at the kitchen faucet said what the problem was that he needed to try to locate this generic faucet then it would be repaired or replaced by the following week.
Faucet did not get repaired until this past Monday. The work that was done was great, but I need to make one suggestion and this is why I did not give them 5 stars; there was no immediate follow-up as promised , otherwise what needed to get done got done .

Thank you

Was sent by Fidelity. Service was not complete. Would show up late to appointments. Make many excuses and are very unprofessional. Fidelity should stop using this company as their sub contractor. It makes us feel like we're getting rip off by being provided with such an incompetent company.

We had Joe from this company out through our home warranty and I wish I could give them a zero. Look like others feel the same. Because it was through our warranty we had no choice but to deal with them. The had already assessed our issue with an appt a few weeks ago. The day started with me calling to find out if they could narrow a time on our 9a-12p window. I was asked by Joe the owner (who did not identify himself as such) ""why I was asking"". They showed up at 11:50am and determined that they hadn't been authorized to perform the work and contradicted the assessment of their prior employee from the last visit. After refusing to perform the work we asked to speak to the owner of the company. Joe, who is the owner, told us that he ""wasn't able to give us that information"". I was confused as I had never heard an employee say that. We attempted to contact our warranty company while Joe was still there in order to get the necessary additional information and authorization. However Joe decided that he ""didn't have time to wait""and left. This is my first Yelp post ever and I'm 36. The service was so laughably bad I feel compelled to let others know. Insane that this man still has a business.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn't show up. They didn't answer their phone. They didn't return voicemails. DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS. I, like many others apparently, was set up with them via Fidelity National Home Warranties, who I plan on making a formal complaint with regarding their continued use of this bogus ""plumbing company""

They were sent by FNHW to fix a clogged drain. They came out but didn't bring the correct equipment to snake the drain. Contacted them again, they never called me back so I still have a clogged drain. So disappointing and frustrating.
