Fidelity Home Insurance sent this company to me for a leak under the sink. The first young man came out and was very nice. He couldn't fix the problem because he didn't have the part and told me the owner would be out the following week to fix it. The owner came out and didn't have the equipment to fix it either. I was told he would be back the following week to fix it. He never showed up so I had to call and he finally came out two weeks later. When he showed up he was not friendly, huffing and puffing about everything then when he said he finally fixed the leak, I looked and told him he didn't fix the correct side and the side he fixed was not the side that was leaking!! He continued to argue with me. Then told me that the side I told him was the problem wasn't leaking anymore! He replaced the wrong side, didn't fix the leaking side, then put the bucket that we were using to catch all the water from leak back under and told me to call if there are any more problems with him the 30 days!!! Well the next day under my sink was flooded and the side he fixed now was spraying water everywhere and the side he was supposed to fix and never did was still leaking!!! We called the company and was told that the owner would call us back!!! Well to say the least he has yet to call!!! The worst service ever!! Do not ever call them!! They did more damage then we originally had!!

Joe is very unprofessional & very rude when I ask for ETA & schedule. I left work early to be at home the appointment was 1pm-4pm he showed up at 4:30pm no courtesy call. And quoted me over $480 on top of $1,300 the insurance company is going to cover out of my pocket, other BS upgrade he will tell you need but you don't really need it. It's recommended but not needed. Water pan for example was $85 bucks it's only $25 at Lowe's. I called my home warranty insurance I told them i didn't want joe working on my house I don't trust him. When the insurance company canceled the ticket all of a sudden he had me in schedule and bought the parts with 10 mins. Smh lol I'm glad I found a license guy who replace my water heater, strap & pan installed everything for $1600 bucks with a better upgraded water heater. If your home warranty happens to get this guy to come over request for a different vendor.
This guy is over charging people during this pandemic. I had horribly experience with this company!

I'm glad i did my research water heater on average cost is $1,500. 2k is very expensive!

Do not use this company. After waiting two weeks for a part I was able to locate online available within 3 days, they came out and broke a gas line and failed to check for gas leaks creating a potentially lethal scenario. I had to call pg&e to shut my gas off and when joe returned he was rude, disrespectful and unapologetic. The replaced part did not fix my hot water issue and I have been without hot for almost 3 weeks now. If you are assigned to them through fidelity request a different vendor and insist upon it. They are incompetent to the point of being dangerous.

I feel bad giving them ONE star because the first job they did was lovely HOWEVER they have failed terribly on the following job. I have waited for two months for a kitchen faucet handle. Mine deteriorated and was defective. Joe, who I believe is the owner, is rude and has kept me hanging for two months. Just now he told me that he wasn't sure he could even get the handle. OMG, after two months he is telling me this??????

This vendor should have their contract pulled for not performing. The licensing department will be notified in Vacaville as will the State Board of licensing.

Heed my warning and avoid this business. This is based upon my personal experience.

Had I've been able to give a negative star rating I would have..
We have a home warranty. We have a major back up in our home. We placed the call with the warranty company on Saturday.. hadn't heard anything until Monday morning to find out that businesses don't operate on the weekend.. after several attempts we got through to the this plumber and were informed that somebody would be here between 1pm and 4pm today.
We waited and when no one showed up we called at 4:30 only to be told that the plumber was there at 1:15 p.m. no one answered the door so they left a note.
No note found on the door. We have the ring doorbell system which records every motion at the front door and there was no one ever at our front door between those times.
Additionally we have the Arlo security system which has four cameras in front of the home and they too recorded no motion at all during that time.
The person we spoke to at this establishment essentially was rude and called us liars.
Why would we not be home with such a major problem that needed to be fixed for 3 days now?
And why would a technician leave a note on the door when they have our phone number?
Had someone been to the door we clearly would have been notified on our phones by the ring doorbell system and surely somebody would push the doorbell right?
The call ended with this establishments representative saying, and I quote, ""perhaps you should call your warranty company back and ask for a company with better customer service.""
I definitely don't recommend this business.
Clearly they have a technician that is lying to them and they have very rude service people.

Horrible customer service, rude, jobs take an ecessively long time to complete. Only used this company because the are conracted with the home warrenty. Serivce was so terrible we will be switching home warrenty companys purely so we never have to deal with them again.

I wish there was a ""0"" star rating. 1 is too nice. DO NOT hire this guy and if Fidelity Home Warranty people sends him out, refuse!! He is bad news. Just look at Yelp at the reviews he got. The list is long indeed. He is rude discourteous and extremely over priced. No customer service in the least. And not the least timely. No document or estimates provided or signed by me. He showed up both times with out tools or even minimal supplies. Same as the last time they sent him. Not only that, he showed up with few tools and had to borrow mine!!!! End game I pulled the plug on this guy. He was asking far too much money to do the work, then got angry and harassed me by calling me over and over all afternoon. He says I owe him 127.00 I tried to text him but the phone number comes back as an invalid number.

Just horrible customer service. This office was awarded a warranty repair (Sheetrock damage repair from a previous owner's old water heater issue) claim to our house. The Sheetrock is just a 3' x 3' piece. I installed a new tankless heater before these guys can schedule me for an appointment. The plumbers who installed the tankless heater had to cut out the old vent pipe which also left a new 3"" hole near the 4 older holes the water damage caused. This hole was literally 2"" away from the repair area they had to perform. Keep in mind the WHOLE SHEET ROCK needed to be replaced...The employee showed up to the house. He was either A) unsure how to do the job or B) not skilled enough to handle the task and did not perform the warranty work. I called the office and spoke to a ""Joe"". Joe was rude. Condescending. And himself was unsure of whether how to proceed with warranty work awarded to his office regardless of the Sheetrock repair being on the same Sheetrock as the old covered ventilation pipe. At least explain yourself respectfully and much better if you aren't sure of how to proceed.

I called my home warranty company and explained to them my experience....and let's just say they won't be contacting these guys anymore.
