Friendly guy that gets the job done! Bob is super responsive on the phone and is extremely knowledgeable in regards to his craft. He replaced my old leaking water heater and even set up the pipes to function better than before. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure nothing gets damaged around the work area i.e surrounding walls, my wood floors, etc. and that he does not call it a complete job until everything is done properly. Highly recommend! Thank you Bob!
