Wow - I really had no idea what to expect, but from the first conversation Plumber 2 The Rescue exceeded my expectations. Josh went above and beyond in every possible way and we couldn't be happier. We just bought a new home but one that was very old so josh came in at a very price and fixed literally everything (new taps for the kitchen sink, water filtration, leaks, showers / baths, toilets, tightening loose screws for fixtures, etc) in the entire house!! An absolute pleasure to deal with and I will recommend him to everyone. Thanks Josh and P2TR!!!!!

I have used Plumber 2 the Rescue two times now. On both occasions Warren came out to service my house. I have to say hands down this is the best plumber company I have ever dealt with. When you call they answer, they follow up, and when they say they are going to be there they are there on time. I LOVE their no nonsense approach. They don't try to upsale you on service that you don't need OR lie and try to tell you that there is a problem that you really don't have. If you are looking for someone to come in, identify the problem, and get the job done..then you want to call these guys.

The invoice actually describes the service(s) provided in great detail. Also, the platform used allows the company to communicate with customers via text in real time. Both are a plus.
We had one issue that may or may not have been resolved (hopefully it has). We know upfront that additional work may be required, therefore no future surprises.

Eddie was a lifesaver and totally came to the rescue! We were getting ready to go out of town when the toilet and shower backed up. I called Plumber 2 the Rescue and they were over at our house in minutes! Eddie was great and immediately diagnosed the problem. They explained the culprit - tree roots! They took care of the problem and were very reasonably priced. We were soon back on track for our trip. Next time we have a plumbing issue - we will be calling Eddie and Plumber 2 the Rescue ASAP.

They are lightening fast. I called at 9am. By 11am they were at my place fixing my clogged up sink. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and attentive. The plumber even noticed that we don't wear shoes in my house, and removed his shoes without me asking. I highly recommend Plumber 2 the Rescue.

I never yelp review anything or anyone but today I am writing this one because Josh and his wife are freakin saviors. Our water heater broke and my landlord was responsible for fixing however never got around to it. So after 4 weeks of frustration, no hot water and after my landlords plumber cancelled last minute on us, I urgently called Plumber 2 the Rescue and explained my situation. Josh came over within 30 minutes of the call to assess and give me an estimate and came back the next day to do the fix. He was so fast and efficient and great at explaining everything to us. He was so nice, and went above and beyond in making sure the new water heater was working in every bathroom and in our kitchen. Would definitely recommend and would love to use them again! My experience with Plumber 2 the Rescue has been nothing short of exceptional! So much so, that I am writing my first review ever to rave about the wonderful service, caring staff, and excellent workmanship. Josh has been to our home on several occasions to lend us his expertise with everything from replacing toilets, to running a new water line to our refrigerator and installing a new faucet in our kitchen. When we ran into several unexpected hiccups due to our building being a bit older with outdated connections and hardware already in place, Josh and Britney (who is simply amazing!) both went out of their way to quickly problem solve and complete the work within 24 hours. Always on time, respectful of our home, and going the extra mile to perform the work the right way, are just a few of the reasons why we will never consider another company for any plumbing needs we may have in the future. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend this incredible team for your home's plumbing repairs!

I'm definitely batting a thousand with the Yelp vendors. So far I have worked with Robert Clark Painting and AAA Mirror and Glass. My most-recent experience has been with Warren and the folks at Plumber 2 The Rescue.

When I asked for an appointment, it was seamless. You can do it online and pick the appointment time you want. I did just that and worked from home. I received a great call from the team at Plumber 2 The Rescue who let me know who would be coming to the house to do the plumbing job. Very courteous and very clear. Warren came by the house and got the job done. He also inspected a few other plumbing jobs that might be needed and gave me a good assessment of what needed to be done.

I would definitely call these folks again if I need more plumbing services. No run-around. Efficient service. Well-organized.

I had them in to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system under the sink. Josh came out the first time. He was personable and pleasant. The job took about 2.5 hours almost...

A hose connector snapped gumming up the works. Josh offered to come back for free when the parts came in. I called the manufacturer for a new tank. And later a new hose connector when it became clear that these parts only come together in the original box.

Ten days or so later, I texted Josh when the parts arrived. He made an appointment for the next day (8/6/19), sending Edwin. Who finished the installation and honored the free second visit. He was also personable and pleasant. He finished the job.

So either this is the kind of job where I focus on the broken parts and extra time eaten up, or that the free visit was offered upon becoming aware the connector snapped. I choose the latter...something helped by the fact that both Josh and Edwin both arrived more towards the beginning of their arrival windows which says to me people who like coming to work. Even with their hourly for a service that isn't exactly on their preset service list, I will have to consider them in the future...

Had a broken flapper so the water in my toilet kept running. Since we Airbnb we had a guest who stayed here and ran the water for 2 weeks causing LADWP to contact us to say we had a leak. It was actually the toilet causing a $100 increase cause the water was running 24/7. We had our handyman fix it after that incident but the flapper broke again.
These guys came right away the next morning and repaired the toilet. They said the previous installation was flawed. All I can say is so far so good. No running water. No toilet problems. Plumber 2 The Rescue emailed me a receipt for the invoice. Love that. They are nicely priced in comparison to other plumbers. Recommend. Will def use again.
