There's a reason why these guys have so many 5 star reviews. You can read my reason, or save your time and call them immediately.

I made the mistake of calling the gas company on a Friday afternoon to report the smell of gas. They showed up, turned the gas off and told me to call them back when I had it fixed. It was the beginning of my weekend and I was faced with no cooking, hot showers, and laundry for the foreseeable future.

I called 4 different plumbers and Warren was the only one who was willing to come by after 5pm. Since the meter was at the curb and there was no shut off valve where the gas enters the house he added a shutoff and we were able to assess that the leak was indeed in the front yard and I'd need to get a new service line. Awesome, I had recently landscaped my entire front yard and now it needed a brand new trench dug through it.

He could have waited until the start of the work week, but no, he rallied up his guys and brought them over on a Sunday. It was pretty amazing to see these guys work. Not only did they dig the least invasive trench to my landscaping, but they even separated my newly mulched topsoil from the rest of the dirt and covered all my walkways with plastic. They worked hard all day without a complaint and left my yard looking clean and neat, as if they had never been there. But most importantly they fixed my gas line early enough that the gas company was able to come over that night and turn the gas back on.

Warren and his team truly do live up to their namesake. They're professional, compassionate, hard working and fair with their prices. When my previous plumber barely gave me the time of day, Warren came to the rescue and put a stranger's needs first. And as soon as you meet him you'll realize that's just the kind of guy he is.

I could go on and on about these guys but the bottom line is that I can't recommend them enough.

Thanks Warren and Team!!

I own a house in W.L.A. that's rented out and I live 40 miles away. The toilet supply hose burst and the tap was leaking. I called these guys and they were there within an hour, done in 20 minutes and my tenant was happy. They took payment over the phone and all's good.

We had a very bad plumbing emergency one night (after 8). I called Plumber to the Rescue - it was my third call but unlike the others they answered right away.

Eddie arrived at our house in less than an hour - he was friendly, on it and very professional. He did excellent work, understood the situation and source of the problem immediately. Problem solved in less than an hour and reasonably priced to boot! I recommend Eddie and this company and will call them next time I need help.

I found PTTR via Yelp and was very satisfied that they sent someone over in 2-3 hours and the repair was done fast for the minimum hour charge. I recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Recently called Plumber to the Rescue (formerly My Plumbing Doctor) again to repair our toilet (a kitchen sponge had gotten flushed). Eddie came over and was very prompt, helpful, efficient, and friendly. He also took a look at a couple of other plumbing issues we were having with our faucets and gave us some great advice.

I tried to clean out the drain of my bathroom sink on a Sunday morning (unsuccessfully) and needed to call a plumber. I decided to use Rescue because it was located in WLA and got great reviews. Warren called me back in 10 minutes and promised npmy a plumber between 1030 and 1230. Eddie came out by 1115, was polites abandon nice and cleaned it out in 10 minutes. I paid a premium for the weekend call ($120 for the weekend, $80 for weekdays), but it was done quickly and well, so I can't really complain. Plus, Eddie told me that if I have an problems with the drain in the next 30 days, they'll re-do it, no charge.

Eddie came right on time. He quickly and efficiently
and reassuringly fixed our leaking toilet, all the while explaining what was wrong and what he was doing about it. I love hanging around work people to see if I can learn something. Eddie proves to be a great plumber and a great teacher! Kathy L.

Soooo, I made a mistake a while ago with our kitchen sink. I decided I would be handy and replace the faucet myself. I did, and it works perfectly. Unfortunately, I broke a couple of other items in the process. I think I gave the wrench one to many turns with the supply line, causing it to start leaking, and additionally, the previous plumbing under the sink was poorly constructed, and not knowing that I must have bumped it, because the whole thing fell apart.

I called Plumber To The Rescue two days ago and explained my issue. I was offered and appointment the next day, but had to choose Friday due to my scheduling needs. I was given a window of 2:00-4:00pm on Friday the 5th. I was home and like they were running on a clock, Warren and Josh showed up at exactly 3:59pm. I was super impressed. I know some people will complain about showing up at the tail end of a window, but I know that in the real world, a window is meaningless, and the fact that they hit their target really wowed me!

When I walked them in I was pleased they both automatically removed their shoes, even though I had not asked them to, and had not planned to. It showed a level of courtesy in their service that was almost charming.

I showed them my handy work and they both understood what I needed and what had happened and were extremely professional for not making me feel foolish for the mistake I had made. They gave their expert advice on what to repair and why and I let them have at it.

Not 30 minutes later they were done! Both Warren and Josh were leaving covered in sweat, but I could not believe how quickly everything was completed. Everything working and replaced, clean sink and a great price for the work. I thanked them both kindly and advised that they have an excellent reputation on Yelp, and I advised that I would be adding another excellent review.

Thanks to the team at Plumber To The Rescue!

We had an estimate scheduled for our bath sink and overnight had an emergency with our kitchen sink. James arrived a few minutes just BEFORE the 11a-1p window. He fixed the kitchen easily then moved on to the bathroom sink issue. It was a challenge to work with the sink we had gotten and the original plumbing of the bldg. but James spent a few minutes working it out. He went and got a part and very quickly and cleanly solved and fixed the plumbing so it was proper. We were very happy with his work and wish we could take him where we are moving. Wish I'd known about these folks before and I highly recommend them. No problems and James found the simplest correct solutions.

Our main line was backed up - we called PTTR at 8:30 p.m. and Warren showed up by 9:15 p.m. He quickly cleared the line, and gave us a thorough explanation of what he thought the problem may be and what we should do if the backup happens again. After he left, one of our drains made some gurgling noise for a while and we called Warren on the phone. He paused in the middle of his dinner to listen to us describing the problem and asked clarification questions in order to determine whether the sound was coming from the water draining out to the main line or if there was a separate issue. We were grateful for his patience in addressing our concerns.

He is prompt and courteous, and charged a reasonable rate. We would definitely using him again and we would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
