I called yesterday and made an appointment for today to install a new kitchen faucet, they blew the 2 hour window, no call, no show. I called them, went to voicemail, mailbox full, couldn't leave a message, the outgoing message said you could text, texted, no response, very unprofessional. I had called them in the first place because my regular plumber couldn't make it until Monday and I was off today and wanted to get the work done before the weekend because the existing faucet is leaking, they quoted me a higher price but it would have been worth it to me if the job had gotten done. I'm glad I didn't cancel my Monday appointment, I'll live with it through the weekend and save money and already know the job will be done right, as after this happened I made a deeper dive into their reviews and found several that were really bad and several other no show reviews, I guess I dodged a bullet.

Eddie was fantastic. I called him on the phone and he started giving me advice without any pressure to use him, he said if I couldn't fix the problem then he would come by. He even gave me his private number.
I couldn't fix the problem so he came by and did a great job. It's hard to find someone in this business that I can trust so I'm sticking with them.

I have used Plumber 2 The Rescue at least three times in the last two years. Josh is great to work with and does a high quality job. He is very knowledgeable and charges a fair price. Brittany does the scheduling and she is friendly and helpful. Their system sends a text when the plumber is en route. They make a great team. We will use them again!

Edwin Mejia was on time, quick to diagnose the issue and quick to solve my problem. I would certainly recommend him in the future and will certainly use him again for all my plumbing issues. I also appreciate how he kept me informed on what the issue was and how to problem solve so it does not happen in the future.

Had a leak under my sink and I called the service number at 2:30pm on a Thursday. By 5:00 the plumber had fixed the problem, cleaned up and was out the door. Great service!

Great prompt service. They came out really fast. We had a clogged pipe. Eddie and Robert came out and fixed it really fast. He diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix it within no time. He was even nice enough to teach me how to fix the problem myself in the future.

He and his partner are really nice guys. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

This is the second time I have used Plumber to the Rescue. Eddie and Robert were great!! We had a late night issue with a hot water heater leaking. We had a plumber come out last night and they said we needed to replace the water heater. I called Eddie this morning to get a second opinion. Eddie and Robert replaced two flex pipes and said the water heater was fine. Their honesty saved me close to $2000. Thanks guys!!
