Have you ever had a bad feeling about a service but you couldn't put your finger on it? I had this experience recently with a gas leak on my property and a plumbing service was was telling me one thing, telling my tenants another, trying to upsell services, having my tenants do half the work and forcing us to wait a week and a half to complete something we know to be an emergency. After firing that plumber, I found Plumber 2 the Rescue online, and didn't need to read many reviews to know I was comfortable calling them. Brittany the receptionist was wonderful. And... Not only did they send one of their top guys, Warren, but he came out in less than half an hour with a helper, told me exactly what was going on and fixed the problem immediately. He also told me about other issues I might need to address in the future which was extremely helpful, since I'm renting this property from another country. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and they deserve every bit of praise that is heaped on them for their exceptional good work. Thank you P2tR!

Outstanding in every way. Phone receptionist was professional, the plumber Edwin arrived in less than an hour and was both professional and competent.He took care of the clog in the system that put kitchen sink water into laundry sink with the rooter, no problem. He wore a mask, and followed sanitary procedures during payment. Price was more than fair. Earned their five stars without breaking a sweat.

Couldn't turn back on the water main during Covid-19 due to a break in a connector outside. Warren was more than professional and didn't up charge us at all. Ended up fixing various other issues around the house without the emergency weekend rate. They are a family owned business and good people and no bullshit. We asked for cards to use in our real estate business and to pass it on. You will not go wrong with them.

Toilet clogged in the middle of the night. Round plunger and elongated bowl. No suction. Guys from Plumber 2 the Resque squeezed us in to get the job done. We found our plumber! Trying to fix the leaky shower head, I found I had reached the end of my DIY skills and needed a pro. Edwin came over immediately, was knowledgeable and well equipped, and let me watch and learn from him. The price was fair and the job done professionally. Calling again for a spigot to be placed on the other side of a wall for our garden hose, Warren came to help us out- another job speedily accomplished, well done and at a reasonable price. This is a friendly family business full of pride in quality of service and I highly recommend them!

I called Plumber 2 The Rescue yesterday to unclogged my bathroom sink, they showed up on time as they promised, and after they spent one hour working on the sink they advised me that they couldn't unclogged it and they need to break the wall to find and cut the pipe to run a longer cable for $850.00 but no guarantee the work was going to be successful it may require more work and as a result more money. I called another plumber for a second opinion he showed up today and in less than one hour he fixed the problem by running a 65 ft cable for $85.00 no need to break the wall. Just make me wonder why Plumber 2 The Rescue was trying to do???

Our washing machine flooded our dining area yesterday and we were worried that it being a Sunday we wouldnt be able to get anyone to come out. When a call to another plumber wasn't returned I called plumber 2 the rescue after finding them on Yelp. Warren picked up and was able to come over within an hour! He got to work quickly, identifying the problem as a clog in our main line and cleared it right out. Pricing seemed reasonable especially for a Sunday call-out. Couldnt be more grateful!

We've probably been using them for 8-10 years. They always show up when they say they will -- not something you can say about all plumbers -- and all their people know what they are doing. We just had new washers installed in our kitchen and bathroom sink, new faucets placed in our shower, and some dryer vent repaired that we absolutely couldn't figure out. This was all done in about 90 minutes, with clear explanations as to what was needed. Nobody wants plumbing trouble, but if you have it, it's good to know that they are there.
