Josh earned his C36 Plumbing Contractor License at the young age of 22! He loves his craft and is eager to assist you and your family!
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction before we leave! Having a father and uncle who were both successful plumbers influenced my journey in plumbing. As a kid, I recall going to job sites with my father and assisting however I could. Years spent working alongside my father and uncle have given me invaluable experience.
I have always been driven to work hard and find personal fulfillment in being honest and straightforward while keeping my customers happy. I focus on making sure my customers feel improved after my visit and would want to hire us again. I’ve encouraged my team to embrace this attitude, and with Yelp’s help, our dedication has been recognized. We appreciate our customers for acknowledging our efforts; business is booming!

Stan F.Josh and Plumber 2 The Rescue has good communication with the customer, and provided the lowest price for changing out a non-working tankless water heater. In terms of price, another company which shall go unnamed, wanted exactly $1300 dollars more, which was really a head-scratcher, as I tried to determine in a short 24 hours why there was such a price discrepancy. (Actually, having to take two cold showers made it the longest 24 hours, ever. I don't belong to the Polar Bear Club - I'm too skinny.)
After hiring Josh, and seeing his work and making a time lapse video for YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuqv31L5cng), I can say, that this was the best choice for my plumbing needs. The work is super sanitary, and the new set up did away with a lot of extraneous plumbing. Josh was able to complete the work by himself in the a.m., all for a thousand less. We're pretty amazed at the work and the price. Thanks Josh.
Rob T.I needed a to hire a plumber to fix a tenant's sink and disposer on a Sunday. Not an ideal situation from the landlords perspective. My normal plumbing solution is family owned/operated and do not work on Sundays. So I yelped out to find Plumber 2 The Rescue. Warren was prompt, swift and comes prepared with quality parts on his truck--which was appropriate for this higher end Culver City rental property.
Since the disposer went kaputts, we had Warren install a new one, unfortunately the drain pipe started to leak after he was gone. With all fairness to Warren, I did not blame him, the pipes down there were pretty old and hard to look at. When I phoned him late Sunday night to let him know, he was very kind, made no attempt to deflect responsibility and said ""We need to make it right"". Warren was happy to fix the leak even if it meant coming back for an evening call, which he did.
I value people who stand behind their work and am glad to have a 24-hour plumber that I will hopefully not need to call.
Summer G.Thank you, Josh, for your prompt response and repair! I called Josh about a problem with low water pressure on the bathtub hot water valve. He came out the next day and diagnosed that the rubber washer had deteriorated so he replaced the stem. Fast, efficient, reliable, and a fair price. I also appreciate the texts when he is en route. Much appreciated!
Josh responded quickly to my call.
He was efficient, thorough, and very professional.
Their scheduler is very helpful and supportive.
I appreciate having a reliable neighborhood business I can depend on.
It's 4pm July 3rd and my washing machine is overflowing, tub backing up and I'm envisioning a long weekend with no plumbing. Called Plumber 2 The Rescue and Edwin was at my house by 5! It wasn't a straight forward issue, but he persevered with a great attitude and calm demeanor until he solved the problem and restored everything to working order! Thank you Edwin! All of this was done in 2 hours and for a fair price.
Woohoo! LOOK NO FURTHER. I am an old lady with many years of disappointing experiences, but these guys are TRULY ROCK STARS of their profession. I rarely post reviews because I am rarely truly satisfied and do not like to judge people unfairly, so if I am the least bit in doubt whether or not I am too picky, I just don't post ...... BUT there is absolutely NO DOUBT about these guys ....
Starting with Brittany, she answers the phone, then Edwin who called to let me know who is coming, then the actual plumber, forgot his name, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED HIM. He drove up and he looked sooooo young, that I got scared and called Brittany because he looked like he was about 12 years old .... let me tell you, this guy went right to work, explained everything, and took care of the problem in no time at all. PLUS icing on the cake is that he was soooo professional, had a wonderful smile, and cleaned up behind himself .... he even dealt with my VERY difficult tenant like a pro. Brittany gave me the pricing right up front and told me that the plumber would let me know if it would be more than quoted BEFORE doing any work. I didn't like the pricing, but I know for sure that it was fair pricing because this was almost end of day on a Saturday and nobody wanted to come on weekends and if they did, they probably would have charged me much more than PLUMBER 2 THE RESCUE, so I was happy and understood that it was a fair price.
IN ADDITION, like a well oiled machine, Brittany sent me a text when they assigned my plumber, with his name, along with ETA and also emailed me; then she text me when he arrived, text me when the job was completed, and emailed my receipt...... VERY PROFESSIONAL -- LOVE THESE GUYS. My regular plumber was not available due to a wedding, so these guys were my back-up, but now I feel like I have TWO WONDERFUL CHOICES and would have a hard time choosing next time I need a plumber..... I HIGHLY recommend this company, which I believe is also a family business, which is why they work so well with each other.
Lisa N.Great , time and a half weekends so if u can wait til the weekday but quick, efficient, and communicative
William C.Last day in Culver City and our garbage disposal starts leaking! Warren came over that afternoon and replaced the disposal for an insanely reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and fair. If you need plumbing in Culver City, these are the guys.
I called yesterday and made an appointment for today to install a new kitchen faucet, they blew the 2 hour window, no call, no show. I called them, went to voicemail, mailbox full, couldn't leave a message, the outgoing message said you could text, texted, no response, very unprofessional. I had called them in the first place because my regular plumber couldn't make it until Monday and I was off today and wanted to get the work done before the weekend because the existing faucet is leaking, they quoted me a higher price but it would have been worth it to me if the job had gotten done. I'm glad I didn't cancel my Monday appointment, I'll live with it through the weekend and save money and already know the job will be done right, as after this happened I made a deeper dive into their reviews and found several that were really bad and several other no show reviews, I guess I dodged a bullet.
brian e.Eddie was fantastic. I called him on the phone and he started giving me advice without any pressure to use him, he said if I couldn't fix the problem then he would come by. He even gave me his private number.
I couldn't fix the problem so he came by and did a great job. It's hard to find someone in this business that I can trust so I'm sticking with them.
