On December 30, 2018 we got in trouble : the SoCal Gas company turned off the service to my house due to a gas leaking! No hot water and awfully cold right before the New Year ...
Out of 5 other companies, Eddi & John replied to my call almost immediately and not only beat others in price but showed their best to help us so we still could have the New 2019 Year Celebration.
They were awesome, very knowledgeable and replaced the leaking pipes in no time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have used Warren and is team for years. Water heaters and emergencies. The last two times were so disappointing! Not even a call back-I called and left two messages and emailed. At least have the courtesy to call back. I am sure Warren and team are busy but with this terrible customer service, I do not know how much longer they will be so.
Really sad. bad service and no follow.
Update on December 27
Brittany explained that they were transitioning as Warren was retiring. She was very apologetic and said she would make it right-and she sure did!!!
I had an issue with a leaking toilet. Within an hour or so Josh came. He saw the issue and fixed it real quick, no mess and no fuss. I will definitely use them again.

Very responsive, helpful and professional. They got me a quick appointment when I needed help over the holidays, confirmed via text and email, showed up on time, were courteous and knowledgeable, performed the service well (hooking up a washer/dryer in a very tight closet space). Recommended!

Edwin came earlier than scheduled, when there seemed an obstacle which made snake hard to move, he changed the head of snake within blink of eye, very skillful, professional, and respectful. I also learned Plumber 2 the rescue also fixed water heater and other plumbing work. Will definitely call them in the future.

I looked on Yelp for a Plumber after being disappointed with The service from Mike Diamond. I found Plumber 2 The Rescue who was open 24/7. I called after 7 am and the phone was answered by Brittany who asked for information. I had to call back and Brittany answered again and we scheduled a plumber between 9-11 am. I got a text confirming the appointment. At 9:30 I got a text that the plumber was en route. From start to finish we had a new water heater installed within 2 hours! The work was done neatly as well as the plumber! We appreciate the service we received from Plumber 2 the Rescue! Happy Holidays!

My mainline was clogged yesterday, I called Josh & he sent Edwin to my house. Edwin came within the time schedule. He was polite and cleaned up the mainline thoroughly to make sure the root inside was cleared. He sure deserves 5 stars for the job well done.
