These guy were great and worked with and around other contractors on site as well. The speed at which they got the job done, and the thoroughness they did as well was outstanding. They walked the entire house showing what was removed and exactly what all was done, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before any payment was made. I've already recommended them to family and friends who I know have bought or will be buying soon should they have any plumbing needs.

This was my first experience with Plumbaway and very satisfied (over the moon) with this company. I contacted Robert on a Friday afternoon (Friday before Christmas) regarding a slow draining tub as well as a toilet making a glug-glug sound after flushing. He said he'd try to work me in but no guarantees. Well, he managed to get a plumber to my house after 5 p.m. Cameron and his co-worker did a great job clearing a clog in the sewage line. They snaked through both cleanout valves and resolved the issue. I had questions regarding re-piping the house and Cameron was very informative about the project. Service was professional, friendly and effective. Also, I was charged a reasonable price given my last-minute call for help and after-hours service. After so many disappointments with plumbers in the past, it's reassuring to know I have a go-to plumbing company now. I look forward to hiring their services to tackle future projects. Robert and his team have gone above and beyond for me and my new townhouse. I had them remove two old alcove tubs, and replace them with a whirlpool tub and a shower pan, they also replaced 3 toilets for us, and replaced our water heater up in the attic. Anyone who has experience with renos knows that hardly anything goes smoothly, but Robert has been more than understanding with every question I have had. Following their installations I had some concerns about the temperature of our water, and someone came right over to take a look at it and adjust some valves free of charge. Plumbaway made this project as smooth as it possibly could have gone. I would recommend them for ANY plumbing job, and they will definitely be my plumbing company for anything that should arise in the future!
