I definitely recommend Robert and Plumbaway Plumbing for your plumbing needs. We just moved into a new home. I noticed that one of the tubs had some dirty water come up from the drain. Did not use that tub or the toilet in that bathroom and monitored the tub. Called Robert to ask if he could come out for a "system check" - called him mid-day Friday. He said that since he did not want me to pay for a possibly unnecessary trip charge, he would stop by my house when he was scheduled to be in the neighborhood the following Thursday, which I accepted. I also took a picture of the tub with the remnants from the back-flow and sent to Robert, who immediately wrote back saying that the tub looked like it had a problem and that he would look to see if he could move up his trip to my house.

I was doing laundry that day and noticed more water in the tub, progressively getting worse. Sent Robert another picture and he immediately let me know that he would juggle his schedule and would come to my house on Monday!

Sunday night he texted me to indicate a 2-hour window when he would arrive and arrived at the start of that time window. Additionally, I appreciated his considerate move to wear gloves and booties in the house. He checked every sink, tub, and toilet to ensure they were all functioning before starting the main fix. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue confidently. But what I appreciated most of all was his responsiveness to my questions, both during the appointment as well as before the appointment as I sent those pictures of the tub with the backflowed dirty water.

He also was able to quote me an estimated price with explanation of the charges, which were extremely reasonable pricing.

A first time customer who bought her own parts, Robert worked with me on price -- more than any other plumber I'd called -- to make it affordable and fair. He was timely and honest about issue related to installation and repair. I'll be calling him back next time. Highly recommend.

I called Robert to diagnose and repair an issue with our front porch gas lantern. He answered my call the first time and scheduled an appointment immediately. Upon arrival, he identified the issue within 10 minutes and made the repair for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with Robert's professionalism and knowledge (he managed to thoroughly answer every question I had without getting annoyed), and the quality of service was top notch.

Robert is a genuine hands on kind of s Buisness owner. This is the third time I have called on him and he always comes through. He understands the situation you are going through and has incredible consideration what ever it is. This time it's a rental property with tenants and they have a busted pipe, although they were done for the day and heading out of town he made time to call his top licensed plumbers to take care of us. The other two times were similar one with a tankless at atenants house and the other at my Buisness with multiple issues ( toilets/ busted pipes). As a Buisness owner myself I Highly recommend Plumb Away and their trusted owner Robert /Plumbers.

Centerpoint turned off our gas in the middle of the night and our baby was freezing! Called Robert that morning and he rushed to help, came back to walk with inspector and made sure we had gas before nightfall. He was worth every penny!

This is a fantastic company. They are honest and fast. They are also very reasonable with regards to pricing. I called and got several prices to replace a water. Not only were they lower than the other companies, Robert was the only plumber that asked if my water heater was under warranty and explored replacing parts if it was. Turns out when i called the 800 number on the unit it was out of warranty. He came back the next morning as it was already end of the day and installed a new water. Very happy with the service. Its nice to know that there are honest and reliable companies out there. Unlike the big chain stores who contract with big chain plumbing and electrical companies for install. Home depot contracts ARS to do install and they quoted more twice as much. Can't say enough nice things about this company.

Robert is awesome! Whoever did the plumbing originally thought it was a good idea to weld the outside spigot to the pipe. The spigot started to leak so I wanted to replace the spigot. Called Robert and he came out, talked me through the process, cut the pipe, straightened it, rethreaded the pipe, and put on a new spigot super quick. Plus a few days later I thought I had a leak in my roof and Robert talked me through checking things out and I found out it was only my AC overflow pipe being clogged. Will definitely call Robert any time I have a problem

Robert and an able assistant replaced a toilet for us today. Although I had set up the plumbing appointment last week, I asked him about a handicapped toilet last evening at around 6pm. Robert found one in his warehouse, picked up the toilet and installed it at our house by 10:30am today! The other reviews for this plumber are accurate. Robert is friendly, professional, prompt and reasonable in his charges. I recommend him highly.
