I had a leak in front of my yard and reached out to a few plumbers. Even though Plumbaway was booked through next week, I was able to work with Robert to get one of his techs to check up on the leak the same day I called because the tech was in the area. He was definitely a lifesaver!

Manuel was the tech that stopped by, and he couldn't have been any more professional and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and provided a reasonable quote to get it fixed.

I could not have had a better experience dealing with Robert and Manuel. I highly recommend Plumbaway, and I will definitely go back to them again if I have any further plumbing issues!

Robert and his team and my neighbor saved the day twice. I was on vacation when I got the text from my neighbor with a picture of the waterfall leading to a lake between our homes. I sent her Robert's contact info. I had not used Robert. I had met him at another neighbor's home some time back. Robert fit me in and closed off the water to the sprinkler system , the culprit this time. My neighbor and my son walked around inside the house and thought all was ok. We got home and th next day there was water coming out of the light fixture in the kitchen. A pipe had broken in the attic. Now this is Sunday and Robert is up t his eyeballs helping other people with broken pipes. Robert and his crew fit me in on Sunday. They fixed the pipe in the attic and the sprinkler system for me and my neighbor and charged a fair and I must say reasonable price. Robert is one qualified, honest, reliable person.

Roberto and his team were great!!! They came out to my house after the freeze the other day burst one of my pipes. I had to turn off my water and feared I'd be without water for days. NOPE! They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced. Great guys...i highly recommend them!!!!

Robert and his team are great. After the hard freeze yesterday, one of our pipes burst and we had to turn off our water. I contacted Plumbaway based on the good reviews here, and they treated me very well. They and other plumbing companies here had full schedules due to the freeze, but Robert promised he'd squeeze me in. His team came by at 10 PM after finishing another job and fixed our pipe. That is crazy! I was extremely impressed by their customer service. The price was also reasonable; I was expecting to get hit with a bunch of "emergency fix" fees, which made the cost actually much lower than I thought it would be.

I'd highly recommend using Plumbaway.

Our pipes froze and one burst during the winter storms in Houston last night. I called multiple plumbers including the big names everyone hears. No one could do anything but get us booked for late tomorrow. Robert at Plumbaway answered his cell phone right away, no answering service to wait for a call back! He was booked but had me text him my info and said he would text me if he could fit me in. And they did just that! Got here by 3:00 after I called at 12 because they were in the neighborhood and fixed our busted pipe and frozen pipe issue. And there was no sticker shock when we got the invoice. Amazing service!!! I will now use them for any plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks Robert and team, you saved us!!

Robert and his crew are absolutely fantastic! We had a pipe bust during this icey cold weather and he was able to get to us in less than an hour and quickly fixed the problem. Robert Cantano is the best at his job. He loves his job and it shows. He is very professional and understanding. I had a little set back with the initial service with one of his employees but as soon as I contacted Mr. Cantano he gained my trust immediately. He personally fixed it. He went above and beyond. Plumbaway Plumbing really helped me out of a jam and were able to fix a problem that another company had made worse. They answered their phones right away, listened patiently to my description of the problem and gave me a quote right over the phone. I am very impressed with their responsiveness. They were able to get technicians out to my house in a reasonable amount of time. The guys who did the work were very professional. They checked everything out, got the work done and cleaned up efficiently. They seemed very knowledgeable at what they do. I don't really have a price comparison, but it seemed very reasonable to me, especially for such a great level of service. I'm keeping their number - just in case!

With appointments booked solid for the better part of a week, Robert fit me in within 48 hours of my Yelp message. He stayed in touch throughout what I thought would be a minor repair, yet turned into a couple hour project for two of his employees. His price was fair and the work was professionally done (care was even taken to wear shoe covers to project my hardwood flooring). I have recommended his company to neighbors who may need plumbing work and I would call on him again.
