If I could give Boston Dave and Plumb365 10 stars, I would. Not only is he a great plumber, I also feel like we can trust him without reservation. Before we met Dave, several years ago, I had a not-so-good experience with another plumber. Since then, we connected with Dave through our realtor's network. We are SO GLAD we did!!! Our most recent awesome experience with him was this past Friday. All of our drains were backed up. We called Dave and he was at our house within an hour. He determined that a pipe that went from our house to the street was blocked. He accessed the pipe and unblocked it in less than an hour. What a relief!! We spoke with him at length and he shared his team's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. I have full confidence that's what they deliver. He sure delivered for us. Dave is passionate about his work and is an absolute delight to work with. So refreshing. We will use Plumb365 again and again. We highly recommend Dave and his team!!!

Dave and his team are part of my realtors trusted network of excellent contractors across the city. Dave sure earned that his keep last weekend. I discovered what we would discover was a main water line leak which was close enough to my home to allow water to enter. Dave responded quickly to call and was on site shortly after. He was ready to guide me to turn off the water which I fortunately knew how to do. I had out of town guest to pick up at the airport. I felt confident Dave would have everything corrected before I returned and he sure did. Also he assisted me on gathering the information that I would need for the typical insurance claim too. He is very professional, punctual and a great new plumbing partner for any future needs.

These guys are the best! I had a failed water heater, I called them around noon when I discovered it, they were there the same afternoon with a temp set water heater so my family did not go without water while repairs were made. Mike is very knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. When we had problems with our insurance, he offered advice and support to try to help us get the coverage we needed. These guys recommended an excellent water mitigation company to repair the water damage and re-installed our water heater when it was all finished. And, Plumb365 guys who installed the heater were professional and friendly. It was so refreshing to deal with friendly, honest, helpful people during such a stressful situation that unfortunately most of us will experience in owning a home.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their pricing was less than the others too...don't read other reviews, go with this company.

Boston Dave and the entire crew at Plumb365 are wonderful.
Came to my Mom's house in OCEANSIDE,CA on a Holiday weekend when she had a broken pipe burst within the laundry wall. Nice, helpful with suggestions on what to do to detect leak first, then returned later in the week to repair and fix. Would not hesitate to call anytime. Fair pricing and all their workers were kind and considerate around 90+mother.

Skylar was such a huge help!! He fixed our water heater after it hadn't been working for nearly three weeks. He was friendly, efficient and time conscious.
