My water heater started leaking this past weekend and after a couple of YouTube searched I learned that there was no repair and I needed to have it replaced. I initially contacted another company to come and take a look when it dawned on me that I could purchase one through Home Depot and I can request for delivery / installation and haul away my old one. I had no idea I would be connected with Plumbr365 but I am so grateful that I was. Shortly after 8am my appt was scheduled and by noonish Jerold and Noe arrived and started working. They did a beautiful job with all the connection's, insulation, clean up, haul away. Ensured we tested the unit, got all the air out, relit the pilot, checked for gas leaks. I appreciate how hard and fast you both worked and left me feeling very happy with the appliance, functionality and security that my family and I won't need to be concerned for safety due to improper installation. Because part of owning a home is knowing repairs will come up, I feel confident in now knowing about you because Jerald, Noe and everyone else I communicated with at Plumbr365 were amazing!

Our hot water heater, which was under warranty, went out. Called to get a quote and Larry was super helpful, gave me the number for the manufacturer to call and have replacement parts sent and let me know to ask for expedited shipping. Called back the same day I received the parts and they sent out a team literally 2 hrs later to install the parts. Allan and Bruno were very professional and efficient and had it done in less than an hr. No more cold showers! Thank you all so much.

This is the first company that came up here and didn't try to take my mom and aunt for a ride. People come to their home and think they are balling, up charging CRAZY amounts for jobs that ended up costing a SUBSTANTIAL amount less. I'm talking a $20k quote to a $900 actual problem, $6k to doing myself for free (and I'm NOT a maintenance girl).

I was given a fair estimate on the phone, a even smaller estimate upon inspection and a expedited appointment came and was successful to say the least.

Allan and Bruno did a great job. They were down to earth and didn't rush the job or go overboard, even though it was late. They completed everything, cleaned up their mess and did an excellent job. Props to this company.
