Plumb365 just finished hydro- jetting our outside drains and ran a camera through all of them as well as marking where we had roots or damage to our drains! Toby was very helpful and impressed my husband with his knowledge and workmanship.

Excellent! Have used Plumb365 a two times now on a property I manage in Carlsbad. Came out same day both times and got the job done. Great communication, quality work and fair pricing. One time when I called they were pretty busy, so they referred me to another reputable plumber in the area. Pretty nice of them to do that!

Wasted my time. Had one of their Supervisors come out to my property on Aug. 25 (prescheduled meeting, made weeks in advance) to quote plumbing for a new garage building in my backyard. Gentleman, Gregg Dunk, seemed rather knowledgeable, and presented the best option. He asked me to send him my site plan, and estimated location for the toilet, for the building so he could put the cost estimate together. I sent him the requested docs that day.

Sept. 9, with no response, nor estimate, I sent another email requesting a status update...no response to that email. Sept. 14, I sent a message via Yelp to request an update...no response. Oct. 7, I finally contacted the business directly via phone. Gentleman that answered the phone said he would speak with his supervisor and owner, and apologized for my not receiving a response.

Later that day, that last gentleman called me back, and explained that they were [effectively] swamped, and would not give me the estimate. I clarified that I was not looking to have work done right now, that I was simply looking at what it would cost. He reached out to the boss (Mike), who later called and left a voicemail, and reiterated the same information (company is swamped, would not give an estimate; did give other company options). I sent one last email to clarify, again, I'm not looking for work RIGHT NOW, just an estimate. Received an email with the response, ""...we will not be able to give you an estimate on work we cannot do.""

So, in short, thanks for wasting my time. If you choose to go with this company, you have been warned.

Update: Well, looks like David ""Boston Dave"" A. (an employee referenced positively in other reviews) thinks it's funny the business he works for is unreliable (he noted my Yelp review was ""funny""). Need I say more?

Installed a new hot water heater in my home. Price was 20% below a competitor. Installer (Ritchie?) was on time, efficient, clean, and informative. I'd be happy to do business with them again and highly recommend.

I have never left a review for any company before, but everyone I needed to communicate with was so great and I wanted to make sure they knew that and anyone else looking for their services. Mike was super prompt to respond to my inquiry. Elizabeth was so friendly and patient making sure I was able to get scheduled in as soon as possible. Gregg was timely and thorough in explaining where the leak was and how it could be fixed. Richie arrived early on during the arrival window and made sure I understood every step that was being taken throughout the process to fix the plumbing issue. He even gave recommendations for addressing potential problems that could arise. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and how great the whole team was to work with. Will definitely be sure to call them again for any problems I have in the future.

Greg came out to the house for shower value leak, identified it, and pointed to what was needed to fix. It was a fair price and he could do the work right away.
