Had a mini flood in kitchen at noon, urgently needed rescue. Called dispatcher Elizabeth at Plumb365, easy end of crisis. Within a couple of hours, her associate, Dave, fresh from tackling a hot water tank crisis, rang the bell and rescued me within the hour, Dave, a marine veteran, was quick and the consummate pro, as was Elizabeth. I found Plumb365 from all the positive reviews on Yelp. I had a bathroom faucet leak as well as a tub faucet leak that needed to be addressed. My first encounter was with Elizabeth and she is the NICEST, most professional person. I explained what my plumbing needs were and Elizabeth immediately booked David to come out in the next few days. David took a look at my bathroom faucet leak and it turned out the faucet was a discontinued Danze faucet. I have 2 sinks and although I was only having leak problems with one faucet, it was because I use just one of the two sinks. David was so honest and wanted to find the best solution for me. So after checking around, he was able to locate the same Danze faucet through a 3rd party distributor. I could purchase that faucet so he would have the necessary part needed to fix the leak. The problem with going that route would be at some point, the 2nd sink's faucet would start leaking the same way and by then, I might not be able to find the Danze version, so David provided 2 quotes, one if I just purchased the 1 Danze faucet so he could use the part needed, and a second quote if I decided to change out both faucets. It made the most sense to go with 2 new faucets. I chose the faucets, and David pointed out that the faucet I chose did not arch out as far as the Danze, but he wanted me to see how the water flow was since I have very shallow sinks that cause a lot of water splashing. He installed one of the new faucet's, we tried it out and it worked way better than the overly expensive Danze faucet that was installed prior to myself purchasing this condo. Success...I now have 2 new faucets that I love, and the splashing has ended. The 2nd job was simpler, my Roman Tub faucet had a very slow drip drip drip leak, so David changed out the cartridges and no more leaking. Their pricing is fair, and they don't try to oversell. This will be the only Plumbing company I would call and I would ask for David again. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend Plumb365!

If you're looking for a great plumber, Plumb365 is the answer to your quest! Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and reasonable are all words I'd use to describe these guys! From Elizabeth in the office, technicians Richie and Brody, all the way up to Mike the owner... They've set the bar VERY high! I texted Richie with a concern on a Saturday evening... Valentine's Day in fact. He called me back at 9:30 that night and we spoke for almost a half an hour! He definitely went above and beyond that night as they ALL do every day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks again Plumb365 Team...!

Mike really knows his stuff. Had an odd plumbing situation that took a bit of troubleshooting to figure out, but he stuck with it and all is great now. Very honest and reliable too. Would definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding service and price. Tony was prompt, quick, personable and completed the work in record time. Explained everything as he went along. I had him move a gas line behind the range and also install a water softener. He did the extras that made it stress free, wore botties on his shoes, protected my wood floors when he moved the range and put the salt into the softener. Highly recommend!!
