I called Plumb365 at the suggestion of my realtor. I was closing on the sale of my house but needed some plumbing repairs done first. Tony came out and even though I feel my house was in great shape, he still found a few things that Buyers' inspector missed - so we decided to go ahead and fix those items. Tony put in a new water heater, brought everything up to code, checked all the valves in the house and even found something that could have been covered up but we both decided a new part should be ordered so that everything was working perfectly. David came to add one part, as well. I spoke with Elizabeth & Mike who coordinated everything, and told them how incredibly hard Tony had worked, & David, too. I have never been more impressed with a group of plumbers in my decades of owning a home. Thank you, Plumb365!

We have used this company for plumbing issues at our Veterinary Hospital several times over the years and have always been extremely happy with the service. Last week, I had an especially good experience with David, one of their newer employees. We had 3 broken faucets in our hospital and each was a different challenge. David took the time to explain everything to me, did the installations and was kind enough to work around our technicians when they had to bring animals in the back for treatment. He would stop what he was doing until they were done so the animals wouldn't be scared and they could be treated quickly. David had to return two days later to complete the work and the water had to be turned off to the entire shopping center to install a part. There are business' who open early and rely on the water to be working, and David came extra early and met me so it could be turned off, his work done and water restored before anyone could be impacted. He was kind, courteous and did exceptional work! I highly recommend Plumb 365 and David to anyone looking for a great plumber!!

I created a Yelp account just to write this 5 star review of Boston Dave and Plumb365. We had family from out of town staying with us over the New Year holiday and a blockage backed sewage into our showers on the evening of New Year's Day. We called Boston Dave and he arrived around 6PM, spent several hours resolving the blockage in our drains, with a smile on his face and a passion for getting the job done right and doing right by us. The price was extremely reasonable and he didn't charge us anything extra for coming in on a holiday for an emergency.

I can't say anything more positive about Boston Dave and Plumb365. They are the only outfit for any plumbing-related needs we will choose in the future.

My sob story:
These guys helped end quite a saga for us. You see, I mistakenly called SDG&E when I smelled a leak. They have the authority to essentially boot your whole house, cutting off gas till it's fixed, but they offer no assistance after that and make minimal effort to get you turned back when the work is done. I say this due to my 8-hour wait for an SDG&E tech to show after calling first thing in the AM. Of course, our home warranty added to the saga by sending multiple plumbers who bid us multi-thousand dollar fixes. By the time I called Plumb 365, I was seriously exasperated. Thankfully, my woes began to subside with each employee from 365.

My Allstars: Elizabeth at reception who is friendly AF, Field Supervisor Greg who seriously knows what he's doing and bid what I considered to be a killer price and David who came to my house to do the work like the pro he is. I even spoke with the owner Mike because the city was giving me funky information. He was friendly as can be, answering all my questions and putting me right at ease. My cousin over at Neglia Construction referred me to these guys, and I could not be happier that I listened to him.

I needed new cartridges replaced on a roman tub as well as two single handle shower cartridges replaced at my 13 year old home in Bressi Ranch. If you own a home in Bressi Ranch and have not replaced any cartridges in over 10 years you are asking for trouble and will get a leak from your top floor to the bottom floor at the shower cartridges. I saw the leak at the roman tub faucet. I was able to change the sink handle cartridges myself for my bathrooms which also wasn't easy as the plastic part that keeps the cartridge down tends not to loosen up and come off easy and you have to cut it out carefully or drill out carefully or replace the entire hardware faucet handle which Moen will send you at no cost. I had Moen send me all the cartridges and extra parts for the roman tub that will break when replacing the cartridges at no cost to me. All you have to do is call them and they will send you the parts if you confirm you are the original owner. Plumb 365's Elizabeth is great over the phone and you can send her pics to get an estimate of the job. They sent Attila to my home and I can't say enough how solid his work was. Super detailed and careful, just did a stellar job that was way, way harder than YouTube do it yourself videos look. I'm pretty handy but there is no way I could have handled these three jobs. When you see a skilled plumber like Attila break an expensive shower cartridge puller right in front of you I knew it would have been brutal for me to even try the job.

I learned Plumb 365 does all the hot water heater installs for three of the local Home Depot's which will likely have me leaning toward Home Depot for a new hot water heater since I know their work is so great.

Even though one of the owners is from Boston and I'm from the rival sports city of Buffalo I like this company allot having talked with many of the principles there:)
