Mike came out to hydro-jet our outdoor drains after flooding. It was a 2 hour minimum charge at $215 an hour with no guarantee that the hydro-jet would work, which it didn't in my case. This I don't fault him for. But I do fault him for promising me a quote on re-draining services and never receiving it. After two weeks I sent a text to his assistant telling her I never received the quote, a text she completely ignored. Very unprofessional.

I just had Boston Dave and Richie out to clear a blockage in my mainline. They did an amazing job and were super friendly and helpful with everything. They went above and beyond with the cleaning and checked to make sure there was just the one problem area. I hope I don't have plumbing problems again, but if I do I'll be calling Plumb365 back.
