Hooray!! Our master bedroom Koehler digital shower system malfunctioned and we couldn't find anyone to come out to service it. Finally was given Plumb Works contact by Kohler and they sent some one the same day!! Eric was amazing. Super personal. Wore a mask throughout. He patiently troubleshoot the whole debacle and finally found the problem. I must also mention the water value was hidden behind tile so we looked for it for 45 mins and he never once complained, hugged or puffed was just cheery and kept looking. Shower is fixed and I would absolutely recommend them again and again

As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is great, but the price is higher than competitors. I made the mistake of having my husband find a contractor to fix our kitchen waste disposal. Unfortunately, he didn't do his research and hired someone willy nilly. Always do your research and ask around for quotes! We were charged $463.65 (not including the $25 coupon on their website for new clients) for a new waste disposal, Badger 5 series (1/2 hp). If you check Home Depot, it's only about $88 (without tax) for the unit right now. So the remaining labor/install cost was at least $370... noting that piping and electric already existed so those didn't need to be installed. On the plus side, my husband mentioned that scheduling was very flexible. And I feel like the tech did a solid job too! He was nice, professional, and the disposal sounds good. But knowing that their pricing is some of the highest around, I wouldn't recommend Plumb Works unless you're in an absolute bind.

The quality of the work is okay, but Plumbworks egregiously overcharges. After my last experience, I am done with them: They charged $866 for two hours of work: installing a toilet and replacing a hose bib. We had purchased their Ultimate Savings Agreement for $89. Some savings! When we asked for a price adjustment they said it would have cost over $1000 otherwise. They had a list of well-rehearsed explanations for why it was reasonable to charge $866 for two hours of labor. It was obvious that they dealt with complaints about their obscene rates on a regular basis. Steer clear unless you are prepared to pay $400+ per hour (or $500/hr without the """"Ultimate Savings Agreement"""") for routine plumbing services. This is greed and arrogance, pure and simple.

We have used Plumb Works for years and I have nothing but compliments for their services. Most recently, l called them out for what I thought was an issue with my water heater, but ended up not being a plumbing problem at all, but an HVAC condensation leak. The technician, Kass, investigated until he found the source of the water and then documented with photos. While he was there, he also gave me some advice on a leaky faucet! I couldn't be happier with this company.

They do quality professional service but will charge twice as much as everyone else to do it. I just got charged close to $600 just to replace a garbage disposal.

Stay as far away as possible from these guys as you can. Had a leak somewhere and they send a guy and he came out cut a tiny hole on the ceiling and couldn't figure out what the leak was and left me with $200 bill! Ridiculous...

They charged me over 200 dollars just to change the rubber gasket.

I had a shower leaking down through the ceiling below. I had already stripped out the old caulking around the shower floor and replaced it with new. I was fairly sure it was the shower drain that was leaking. The guy from Plumbworks didn't even look at it very closely and told me it was almost certainly the caulking that was leaking, not the drain, and said I needed to redo the caulk job. So I did, and the shower still leaked. Pain in the butt. Called another well-known plumbing company who came out, checked out the drain, said yep, it was leaking, replaced the drain very quickly, and presto, no more leaking shower. I recommend the other company. But - the Plumbworks guy did also replace my garbage dispose-all; good job, no problems there.

My advice: find a different plumber. Plumb Works plumber cut a hole in our ceiling to diagnose source of water leak, and in the process of cutting the sheet rock he sliced through the insulation around AC pipes. He said nothing to us; we discovered the damage after he left, after paying him $200. Plumb Works refused our request for a partial refund on account of the damage. Apparently, the plumber protested he didn't cut the insulation, saying he didn't use a razor but rather a sheet rock saw. Not so. My husband was standing with him and saw him first use a razor, and later switch to a saw. (Plumb Works did offer to come fix the cut areas, but we already had a different plumber doing the plumbing work and he fixed the insulation rips.) Very disappointing experience.

Do not use this company. I was required to do a lot of extra work that was unnecessary. A leak turned into almost $1000 total to be fixed with me purchasing the fixture, I replaced the studs, and added extra, and I initially cut out the drywall for them to work in the area of the leak! They just needed to replace a fixture! I asked the technician to give me a minute to process the cost. He followed me and kept talking about how it wasn't HIS PRICING! I'm angry and ask for him to wait on my porch for his Boss who was on his way, supposedly! (JOSH) He left and went and parked on the next street. Would not come back to the job! He couldn't do it! He tried to blow up the price! I had already bought a """"Plumb Works Plan"""" to help my cost go down! Yeah! It didn't! Not significantly enough for it to make a difference! I realize plumbing is expensive! But I did most of the work and then they couldn't finish the job! Bad customer service EXCEPT FOR SHANNON! But she's the office manager. Not in the field. The plumbers are NOT all LICENSED! They are NOT CERTIFIED, and Chris Jones was in Training!!!! Maybe that's why he walked off the job, claiming I couldn't be worked with? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
