This company is terrible. We had no heat. They sent 2 employees one knew less then the other. They couldn't even install a thermostat. They did not fix the problem. The next time they sent 3 employees. They made the problem worse. Then he tried to con me into buying a new heat pump $3500 when I have a warranty. I still had no heat 2 weeks later. Just kept getting the run around and they rarely answer the phone. When I spoke with Ally to see when they were coming back she told me not for 3 more weeks. They are incompetent, disrespectful, heartless (wanting to leave a family with young children without heat for 3 weeks in the beginning of winter) unreliable. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

Still waiting after 3 weeks and 3 no show appointments for them to fix our tub . HORRIBLE!!!! never even a courtesy call saying they can not make it. Making me wish we used another Home insurance plan, Never seen such a mess of a company.

Horrible!! First the HMS the warranty company were a nightmare then they sent this company to do the AC installation and they were worst!! Never again!!!!

DO NOT use them! I found them through HMS Warranty (no good either) for a simple repair of my whirlpool tub. There was no access panel to my whirlpool so they said they would come back and install one for me OR I could install my own. I installed my own and they ghosted me! They took my $100 deposit. Avoided me for weeks and then said my claim was denied. Terrible terrible terrible.

Why, oh why did I not read the reviews before having these guys come?! Used them to fix our AC through our home warranty. The guy stayed 20 nine, declared the unit shot and left. He assured me that the downstairs would still stay cool. It did not. He left us worse off. So here I am at 8.5 months pregnant with no AC. I am NOT happy.

They are the WORST!!!! The boss, Fitz, yelled at me saying the home warranty company did not approve the work. Everything was approved and they were given a copy of it. They made appointments and didn't show up. If I could give them zero stars I would. They cashed my $95 check immediately and refused to refund it. Horrible, rude, inept!!!!

The worst service I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone. You can leave messages and email them and they won't call you back. Nothing is an emergency to them. This is before, during and after you have used their services and paid them. They are completely unorganized and the service people are extremely rude. I only used them because of my American Home Shield Warranty. Then they wouldn't even respond to the warranty company and the company fired them. AWFUL!!! Run.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Absolutely unprofessional. They were assigned to us through AHS home warranty. The first guy they send out to look at our heating system shows up in sweatpants, sweatshirt and sneakers. He has no paperwork, or identification to show he's with plumb tech. I almost didn't let him in. He has his hands in his pocket the entire time and doesn't actually inspect anything. I complained to AHS. They sent out another tech over a week later. Then we make an appointment with them to have the parts replaced. The window was 9a-12p they call at 1230 to let us no the tech isn't coming. FREAKING RIDICULOUS! We make another appointment for the next Monday and they call again to reschedule. They tried to upsell us to replace our whole heating system for 5k. We said no. The whole point of our home warranty is if it does completely break AHS will replace the whole system. So because Plumb tech wasn't making more money off us the kept jerking us around. STEAR CLEAR OF THEM. If they are assigned to you request another company!

Same story as the other reviewers here. Was assigned this company through my home warranty. The technician never showed up nor did they respond to my calls. Got a refund from the warranty. Don't use these people, hire real plumbers somewhere else.

This is the worse company ever. I called them for a stoppage in my kitchen sink. Came to my house and cut my water pipes in two places and never sealed them back together. Left a total mess in my basement. Tracked dirt all over my house on my hard wood floors. I have not had a sink to use in over a week. This company will not return my calls and the technician will not answer my texts. Do not use this company. They can't fix anything thing but will destroy your property. I am reporting them to the consumer protection agency and reporting them to the better business bureau.
