Company Overview

Plumb-Rite Services delivers full-scale plumbing assistance. Our founder, Jack Hayes, a Master Plumber, started his plumbing career in high school as a plumber's aide. Upon finishing high school at Lafayette Christian Academy, he enrolled in engineering classes at USL and graduated with a Mechanical Degree from MSU. While studying, he funded his education by working plumbing jobs after hours for various local companies. In 1984, he scored 99 on the State Plumbing License Exam and founded his own company: Jack Alvan Hayes Plumbing and Heating, which transitioned to Plumb-Rite Services in 2000. In 2010, his wife, Earline, took over the office and management responsibilities of the business. She currently owns 51% of the company and supervises its everyday operations.
