Company Overview
At Plumb-Rite Services, we provide thorough plumbing services. Jack Hayes, our founder and Master Plumber, began his journey in plumbing during high school as a trainee. Following his graduation from Lafayette Christian Academy, he pursued engineering studies at USL and later earned a Mechanical Degree from MSU. While studying, he earned a living by working plumbing jobs after hours for various local companies. In 1984, he achieved a score of 99 out of 100 on the State Plumbing License Exam and launched his own business: Jack Alvan Hayes Plumbing and Heating, which rebranded to Plumb-Rite Services in 2000. Earline, his wife, assumed office and management roles in 2010. She currently owns 51% of the company and supervises its everyday operations. Our business is recognized as woman-owned. Jack and Earline appreciate your consideration for your plumbing projects. Plumbing is our only service. We appreciate your consideration of Plumb-Rite Services.

Kat L.I called and they took 2 weeks to send someone over to fix the problem, but when he arrived to my house he had the wrong equipment. He said he would come back in a week, well a week went by and nothing, so I called. They said they had to order a part and would call when it came in. I waited 2 weeks and nothing so I called again, they said the part had shipped but did not have a delivery date and would call when it arrived. Waited another 2 weeks and nothing. These people are unprofessional. I ended up calling another pluming service and they came and fixed the problem the next day!
