Company Overview
Plumb-Rite Services offers complete plumbing solutions. Our founder, Jack Hayes, a Master Plumber, started his plumbing career in high school as a plumber's aide. Following his graduation from Lafayette Christian Academy, he pursued engineering studies at USL and later earned a Mechanical Degree from MSU. As he worked towards his degree, he supported himself by doing plumbing for local businesses after class. In 1984, he achieved a score of 99 out of 100 on the State Plumbing License Exam and launched his own business: Jack Alvan Hayes Plumbing and Heating, which rebranded to Plumb-Rite Services in 2000. In 2010, his spouse, Earline, began overseeing the office and management aspects of the company. Earline is now the majority owner at 51% and oversees the daily management of the business. We are proud to be classified as a woman-owned business. Jack and Earline thank you for considering us for your plumbing requirements. Plumbing is our sole focus. Robert C B.I called and they took 2 weeks to send someone over to fix the problem, but when he arrived to my house he had the wrong equipment. He said he would come back in a week, well a week went by and nothing, so I called. They said they had to order a part and would call when it came in. I waited 2 weeks and nothing so I called again, they said the part had shipped but did not have a delivery date and would call when it arrived. Waited another 2 weeks and nothing. These people are unprofessional. I ended up calling another pluming service and they came and fixed the problem the next day!
