I have had them come out on other minor things in the past. When I had a water leak in the bathroom area, I called them, they came out, diagnose the issue. They know how to work with insurance companies and do solid work. They came out and removed the connection in the wall and placed the connection for the toilet into the ground and they did such good work. I also had them replace my 10-year-old water heater. They're not the cheapest, however their work, professionalism, and expertise is well worth the very reasonable and competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

You know the old saying ""when it rains, it pours""? Well due to a series of unrelated incidents we have needed the services of Plumb Rite several times over the last 12 months for some pretty significant issues such as a broken pipe, and more recently for an issue with the gas fireplace in our master bedroom that was very difficult to diagnose. The bottom line is that in all of our situations we were able to get a resolution that we were totally satisfied with from Plumb Rite. Jeff is a consummate professional: thorough, knowledgeable and customer-focused. He takes the time to explain the issue and options if there is more than one approach. He understands that plumbing issues and home repairs can be stressful and he takes the time to make sure he clearly communicates the issue, the remedy, the cost and timing. We highly recommend Plumb Rite and Jeff and will use them again without hesitation should the need arise!

Aka Affordable Plumbing, these guys are professional, efficient, and responsive, which is what you want from a plumbing service! Elizabeth arranges everything in a friendly, prompt manner which I greatly appreciate. Our old Takagi tankless water heater stopped working, leaving us with no hot water for two days. Plumb Rite answered my call, came and assessed the problem, and replaced the water heater with a Noritz immediately. We're very pleased with the work and will definitely call them back for future projects.

We had a water leak that Plumb Rite took care of for us. Because of the high dollar amount needed for the necessary repair, we asked and were told that a credit card would be fine for payment, no problem. The work was performed in a timely manner by a professional, friendly crew of men. We are satisfied with the re-piping of the whole house and are glad it got resolved. In retrospect, if Dylan had explained that the company charges an additional three percent of the total cost of repair because of a bank processing fee, we would have gladly given the company a cashier's check from our bank and not used a credit card. Instead, the "" fee"" was pretty substantial, just to use a credit card. They provide great plumbing service, but should we need to call them again, the credit card will stay in my pocket!!

Dylan is an absolutely amazing plumber, and is very good at explaining everything to you that you are replacing or that needs to be replaced without any hidden charges. They are 100% honest, and reliable and arrive on time and in clean uniform. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
