Jeff got me out of a serious bind when I had a slab leak in my kitchen, just before my brand new cabinets were set to install! He answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. After discussing my options, we went with epoxy coating the damaged drain line. Everything is up and running better than before! My laundry meets up with my kitchen line, and for years, I have had back-up into my sink....NO MORE! Everything runs smoothly and flows perfectly! I have since had Plumb Rite out for other work and both times have been completely satisfied with their work. We have used Plumb Rite plumbing for several years and we have been very satisfied. We have had many minor plumbing issues, and a few major leaks and floods, and they are always there when we need them to fix the problem. They will also recommend just replacing the item if it can't be fixed. They have great customer service and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Over the years I have had many plumbers and most of them not great. I'm staying with my father and Jeff is amazing. Not only does he respond immediately, because when you need a plumber it is almost always an emergency. My father is 90 and Jeff always makes an effort to show up and is very reasonable. He tries several various ways to figure out how to not have to open floors or walls. He doesn't give up and stays late to get the job done. He is a solution person and so friendly. End the search. This is your guy.

Jeff came out to my mother's house to fix a clogged drain and it would up that my mom needed some repair work done on her kitchen pipes. He did a great job and his price was very reasonable. I will use them again for both my home and my mother's home.

I was in need of a good reliable plumber for my rental home. Property manager kept on using their plumbers that might have not been to seasoned and kept wanting us to spend our money like it grew on trees. I spoke with Jeff and he was able to meet me at rental on the weekend. Jeff handled my plumbing needs and was very knowledgeable. I will only use Jeff from now for any plumbing needs for my personal home and rental without hesitation. I read some people were upset with the cost, well you get what you pay for going cheap is not always cheaper. I used Choice Home Warranty and this company was sent this company. The issue was not resolved and the technician told me I needed to open another ticket. So that meant yet another service call fee.

I called Choice Home Warranty and they said they sent the same people out. Because I was unqualified to properly diagnose plumbing issues and they determined that I would have to pay ANOTHER SERVICE FEE.

I really liked how the tech told me to turn in another service call but told me not to mention that they had just been out there! Made the whole thing sound shady.

So G-d help you if you are not trained and have a more than passing familiarity understanding of plumbing. Outrageous!
