Exceptional Service! I recently purchased my home that came with a tankless water heater. It needed servicing so I called the attached sticker and figured if it was good for the previous owners it was worth it for me me to call. What I particularly liked was the scheduled maintenance records that were detailed for easy upkeep. When I called they were very friendly, attentive, scheduled me at my convenience and price was fair. Jeff gave me a call 15min in advance to let me know he was on his way. Arrived as promised. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, attentive and knowledgeable individual.

I asked a lot of very specific questions for my own knowledge and Jeff was happy to answer them all. In addition he shared best practices.

Bonus: While Jeff was working on my heater, my wife learned our garbage disposal was stuck and inoperable, I figured he's here I might as well ask if he could guide me on how to fix it. Jeff went above and beyond, he said let me take a quick look at it and promptly went out to his work truck and got some tools. Got under my sink and brought our garbage disposal back to life. I literally asked him how much for repair, Jeff said a smile! That made me smile and that was that. With this service it's apparent to me that their focused on client for life relationships. Keep up the great work.

On 10/21/2019 I had a scheduled appointment for 10.00 am, I sat around waiting until approximately 1:45 pm, when i finally called plumb rite a question why the tech had not arrived. They stated that he was reassigned to an another job. They then stated that they would call once they check to see when he would arrive at my home. Approximately 45 minutes late they called me stating that he would at my home with a half hour. Over an hour lapsed before the tech arrived. He explained the delay an excepted his explanation and he completed the repair, i felt was complete well. However there was further worked that need to be done, so being friday we schedule the remainder or the work for Monday Oct 24, at 9:00AM since he had another job at 1:00 pm that same day. Come Monday morning I waited till 12:30 and still to tech. I again called the office to inquire where was Billy the tech since he had not arrived at the scheduled time. I was then informed that he'd been sent on a emergency call. At this point i was highly upset, and cancelled the work, further advised them that i would find another plumbing firm, could be more dependable. Additionally I find that they are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I will not recommended them to anyone nor use their services again. by the way this was out off there Rancho Cucamonga Office.

This is the second time using PlumbRite. The first time was for a clogged tub and this time for two kitchen faucet and sink replacement. Billy was absolutely amazing. He gave us a reasonable and accurate quote on the spot. He was extremely knowledgable plumber. He even went out of his way to fix a few other small things that needed fixed at no cost. Even the owner Jeff got involved at some point and was very professional and helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone with simple to complex plumbing jobs. Thank you!!

We have used Plumb Rite Plumbing twice in the last six months. The first situation was a leak that needed immediate attention. Jeff quickly arrived and fixed the leak for a reasonable price. I did have a follow up concern and he came out and walked me through that the leak was fixed and it was.

The second time I used their services was to install a Halo-5 water filtration system. I shopped around for all my options and Jeff was the best answer to my situation. He was reasonable with his price and Ron came out and did an exception job installing the system. I did ask them to redirect a drain and they came out very quickly and placed it in the most ideal location to help water my plants better.

I trust this company and refer all my friends. We are all happy. I also noticed that there are 18 5 star reviews that are hidden by Yelp! They seemed to be very creditable so not sure why they do this but I know other businesses complain about Yelp! doing this.

That is my first bad reviews.
I called Plumb Rite because of the 5 star reviews. What a scam beside they are super expensive they do not hold on to their promise .
I paid $271.95 the unplug the toilet then he said sorry we need camera to see where it is clogged witch additional $225 . They promised the $225 will be applied toward the repair if I proceed . After paying and agreeing they gave me 2 estimates 1st estimate for the minimum repair of $500
2nd estimate $9750 and of course they will not apply $225 toward the $500 estimate he will only apply it to $9750 and the 10% discount only if I write good review as it says on their bus card.(photo attached)

they gave me 2 estimates for the same repair 1st one $300 the second large repair for $6225 and did not ask for yelp review.

Fast friendly and fine. Thanks for taking care of business of mine. Plumbing repair was so right and out of sight for a tight budget tonight. Call him mister right on time with workmanship so fine without over my budget this time. Love to call for sure next time when my plumbing out of line.

Jeff Watson did a great job. I don't usually post recommendations but felt very strongly towards the quality of his work. He was kind, honest and precise. He stuck to his quote which was comparable to others but glad had chosen plumb rite. I didn't have a large job but he treated me like mine was just as important as any big job. He took his time to do it correctly and even explained how things worked. I will not hesitate to call him again and share with family and friends.

I called the office for an emergency service and felt very comfortable the way I was treated by the office personnel , they were able to send out one of their techs asap to figure out my problem . I didn't feel that they took advantage of me even tho it was an emergency. Thanks to them my plumbing issue was resolved (water main).

Had jeff come out to my house and do dome pipe COATING on my sewer line his price was far better then the prices i was getting from several other Plumbing companies that half of them were going to be using sub-contractors and i did not feel comfortable with them after 2 days all the Old cast iron sewer lateral and drains were cleaned and coated his company did a great job and will recommend PLUMB-RITE PLUMBING to my friends thanks again Jeff
