I called plumb quick on June 29th to fix a leak in my garage. They had said they needed a hole dug on the exterior wall to see if they can reach and will come back Monday July 2nd. So my husband dug the hole and they came back out Monday and said they need to drill into our foundation, but that they want to contract out the work to drill the foundation. I was told they would contact me with a date and time to get the job started (by this time I had been without water 4 days). The I gave a few days because of the holiday. July 5th I had still not heard from them I called and they said they gave the contractor my name and number and that he should have contacted me by now. He said he will text the contractor again... At this point I knew they were not going to be able to do the job. I contacted a different plumber who came out and fixed the leak in 3 hours without drilling into my foundation. I would not recommend plumb quick because of the lack of communication and not being able to fix the leak. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not heard a word from plumb quick. Good luck ...

So thankful for Plumb-Quick! Over the past couple of months we noticed a significant drop in our water pressure. We knew there was something seriously wrong when there wasn't enough pressure to push the sprinkler heads up out of the ground. We called the city (who will test your pressure for free) and found out we were only getting 24psi while our neighbors were getting 70! Plumb-Quick came out and replaced our faulty Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). It only took about an hour and half and now EVERYTHING in our house works better! Showers, sinks, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser in fridge, water heater... everything!!

So we discovered we had a pretty major leak on our main line near the city water junction. Our side yard had turned into a swamp pretty quickly. We called Plumb-Quick first. The staff at the call center was professional and very kind. They informed me that the on call plumber would call me within the hour. During that time I called at least 4 other plumbing companies, none of which had the level of professionalism that Plumb-Quick did. We received a call from Korteze within 30 minutes of the initial call and he was out at our house within 2 hours. I am sincerely impressed with the quality and timeliness of Plumb-Quick, especially Korteze. He was able to replace the entire section that had the leak and it looks and works great. Thank you Plumb-Quick for such great service!

We had a huge backup in our system. We called Plumb Quick around 7 AM and boy did they live up to their name! They immediately gave us a call and tried to fit us in by 9AM. They were not able to but said they could come between 1-3 PM. We took it! They then called around 11AM said they were ahead of schedule and said they could come right then!. What a great company, not only did they help us when we really needed it, they were professional and let us know what we would need to replace and do on our own to prevent further issues. I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Before calling Plumb-Quick I reached out to 6 other plumbers, it was late on a late Friday afternoon and none of the 6 were interested in the $400 repair job. I then called Plumb-Quick, which is what I should have done first. They arrived at the house within 2 hours and completed the repair about 2 hours later.

Dianne at Plumb-Quick was exceptional, she's a true professional. I found her to be extremely polite, accommodating, thorough and honest. She successfully coordinated the arrival time and repair with our tenant and the plumber; she followed up with me when she said she would and her pricing was competitive.

Our tenant was equally pleased, she gave the plumber many accolades and upon my inspection I could see why. I found his work to be perfect, especially in light of the cumbersome nature of the repairs which necessitated cutting and drilling out fixtures, etc.

What you DO NOT get with Plumb-Quick is a 1-man show that amounts to a 2-bit plumber who cherry picks his jobs! The folks at Plumb-Quick are true professionals, I highly recommend them.

We discovered our HWH wasn't working on a Saturday night. First thing Sunday, I called 4 or 5 plumbers and only received a call back from Plumb-Quick. They took down my information and said someone would call me within the hour.
10 minutes later, I received a call from Cortez. I explained to him what was going on and that there seemed to be a leak from the top of the unit that was progressively worsening. I, not being well versed in HWH's, was concerned that the pan was going to overflow and cause damage to the surrounding structure. Cortez explained the procedure for shutting down the HWH over the phone in hopes it would stop the leak. It did. He easily could have profited from a Sunday OT service call ($225 minimum), but instead chose to explain to me what was a simple procedure and save me the $$$. He also said he would have the office call me first thing Monday AM and get me on the schedule ASAP.
Well, first thing Monday AM, Plumb-Quick called and said Cortez was on his way. 3 hours later, I have a new HWH and they hauled the old one away. Their work was clean, the price was fair, and everything looks great.
I've found my go-to plumber and from now on it will only take one call to get a job done. Really impressed with this company and their personnel. I highly recommend you give these guys a call.

We have used Plumb-Quick for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have replaced water heaters in two different homes for me, unclogged drains and when I had a bathroom remodeled they did all the plumbing work. They installed a new bathtub and toilet and re-piped my vanity from a single sink to a double. I am confident they can handle all my plumbing needs. Fast response, fast work and reasonable prices.

I had my shutoff valve to the toilet break late on Saturday night. I called them and the answering service and a repairman called me right back. We setup an appointed on Sunday morning. Dustin was 15 minutes early and was very professional and polite. His work was just a awesome. He educated me on some things too. I definite got my money's worth. I would highly recommend these folks. I will use them again.

We had an unpleasant sewer back-up last weekend on a Sunday afternoon. After waiting a couple of hours, we were very pleased with the service and courtesy of Dustin. We weren't super happy about the $275 charge (ouch), but do very much appreciate having someone available promptly on the weekend!
