This company and everyone I interacted with here are top notch. They will be my go to plumbers whenever I need any work done, and I will gladly refer them to everyone I know as well. You can tell they are different as soon as they the answer the phone.

I had a hot water heater line leaking when I got home last Thursday night. I called, and Dustin answered even though he was on his way home from his last job. He said someone would call me first thing Friday to schedule a time to come out. Friday morning, Kortez called bright and early and they were able to come out to swap out the supply lines to the hot water heater. If the story ended there, I'd still be extremely satisfied for their professionalism, courteousness, promptness, and fair pricing.

However, the cold water line started dripping a little after they left. After some troubleshooting and proactive follow up calls from Kortez, it was determined the best bet would be to replace the line in case there was a manufacturer defect keeping it from sealing properly.

Dustin came out to replace the line, and was just as cheerful, professional, and courteous as the first time. He was finished in just a few minutes and now everything works perfectly.

There are a lot of bad plumbers out there, I think anyone who has ever had to call a plumber knows that. If you need a plumber and are reading this, stop your search and give Plumb-Quick a call. If you need more proof, read the other reviews here and on the web. But you shouldn't need more proof.

I had a cracked pipe in my front yard that was causing water to run down the side of my house and into the street. I called Plumb-Quick around 6:30am fully expecting to just leave a voicemail on a machine but to my surprise was actually answered by a real person! Dustin was very kind and professional as he listened to what was going on at my home and was able to schedule me in that same day. When he arrived, he immediately got to work diagnosing the leak and digging around to try and find the pipe and where it was leaking. His knowledge on this type of pipe break was evident through the confident way he spoke with me which made me feel reassured that he'd find and fix it that day. In only three hours, him and another employee were able to locate the pipe (3ft deep!) and repair it back to a safe and secure working condition. I am very happy with their service and what I was charged for the labor and parts.

Recently had an issue with an older sink and clogged drain. Plumb-Quick was able to fit me in and send Jacob late in the day (didn't have a prior appointment.) VERY impressed with Jacob's level of professionalism, attention to detail, and job efficiency. Issue was quickly solved and the job site was left clean and dry. Friendly, customer focused, polite service. Fantastic job Jacob with Plumb-Quick.

They were amazing AND reasonable. Had asked Kinsey to come install a dishwasher, faucet and disposal. Set up the appointment for 3 days later, Walker Plumbing was at least a week out, when Kinsey got there, the guy said they don't install dishwashers. I called the company and asked why they would even schedule it if they didn't do the work and they told me they would have a service manager call me back. Never heard from them. In a bind and it was Dec. 30th! Plumb-quick had great reviews on YELP so I contacted them. They actually came out on New Years Eve and took care of everything!!! Very personable, very professional and very pleasantly impressed!!! I will NEVER call Kinsey again after that fiasco and I will definitely be singing the praises of Plumb-Quick!

I'm handy with minor home repair items, but recently I had a more challenging clog than I could handle. This was my first plumbing call in a while. After a little research I called Plumb Quick and told them what I had tried. They sent a couple of guys out and they rootered out a clog that was about halfway to the street in my main drain line. They arrived when expected and the fee was in line with their phone estimate. I will use them again.

a HUGE shout out to Gustabo Ramirez and his guys. If it were possible to pick 10 stars, I would! Literally, on the day of closing on the sale of my house, I got a call from my realtor that the buyers' realtor was doing a final walk through before closing at 12:00pm. There was a water leak under the sink in the 2nd floor bathroom. I called Plumb-Quick and spoke with Mr. Rameriz, explained the situation, and he told me he could have a plumber at my house in about an hour. Let's see a show of hands ... who out there has had a GREAT experience with a plumber, or any construction trade for that matter, in an emergency situation? what, no hands? read on!

Sure enough, I got a call about 30 minutes later from Dustin, saying he was on his way. 25 minutes later, Dustin arrived with an apprentice, Jacob. Both Dustin and Jacob were FANTASTICO!!! The leak was fixed in about 15 minutes. I have a company in a different industry that involves customer service. I would hire Dustin and Jacob in a heartbeat. As the "face" of Plumb-Quick, they do the company proud!

And, the best news, what was a potential disaster at 12:00pm resulted in a closing at 4:00pm. The house is sold! What else can I say? Oh yeah, if you need a plumber, give Plumb-Quick a call ...

I called plumb quick on June 29th to fix a leak in my garage. They had said they needed a hole dug on the exterior wall to see if they can reach and will come back Monday July 2nd. So my husband dug the hole and they came back out Monday and said they need to drill into our foundation, but that they want to contract out the work to drill the foundation. I was told they would contact me with a date and time to get the job started (by this time I had been without water 4 days). The I gave a few days because of the holiday. July 5th I had still not heard from them I called and they said they gave the contractor my name and number and that he should have contacted me by now. He said he will text the contractor again... At this point I knew they were not going to be able to do the job. I contacted a different plumber who came out and fixed the leak in 3 hours without drilling into my foundation. I would not recommend plumb quick because of the lack of communication and not being able to fix the leak. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not heard a word from plumb quick. Good luck ...

So thankful for Plumb-Quick! Over the past couple of months we noticed a significant drop in our water pressure. We knew there was something seriously wrong when there wasn't enough pressure to push the sprinkler heads up out of the ground. We called the city (who will test your pressure for free) and found out we were only getting 24psi while our neighbors were getting 70! Plumb-Quick came out and replaced our faulty Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). It only took about an hour and half and now EVERYTHING in our house works better! Showers, sinks, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser in fridge, water heater... everything!!
