I called this morning, knowing it was a holiday weekend, and I needed someone to complete a quick inspection. They were able to work me in and got me taken care of very quickly. I would highly recommend them as they are fast, and professional. I hope I don't need a plumber again any time soon but if I do, I will be calling Plumb-Quick.

Me & my wife came home and found out that waste water is coming from Tub & Bathroom on first floor. I immediately called these guy with frustration, they came immediately and fixed it. They educated us lots of thing. They charged me $225 to clear the waste water clog outside the house & hooked up my dryer gas connection. I would recommend them to anybody.

I called late on a Saturday night, saying I had a leak in my yard, had located it and exposed it, but needed someone to come out and repair it because I didn't trust myself to fix the leak permanently. Call back from their on-call guy, Cortez, who warned me that if he came over then, there was a min $250 callout, then $250/hr; but he could come on Sunday during office hours for half the price - he'd call me at 9am.

I went for the latter, turned the water back on so people in the house could shower, and slept the sleep of the bone-tired ditch-digger.

6:30am my wife's alarm went off: I slept through it. 9am, he phoned, twice: I slept through it. 9:15, he was at my door, ringing the bell: I slept through it. Thankfully, my wife didn't, and kicked me out the bed to answer the door.

Outside, there was a small lake above my leak, so the plumber kindly offered to come back in a couple hours. I was grateful, because it took me two hours to pump all the water out, and get the hole a decent size, ready for him. So if I'd been doing that while he was here, that'd have been $250 on its own.

He got back, and in a snap had doubled the size of the hole I'd painstakingly dug over the last day as if it was nothing. Rather than replace the broken plastic link with the same thing, he instead put a stretch of flexible tube connected by two (far beefier, metal) links, so that if the house shifted again, the joint wouldn't shatter again.

This, and his general expertise and good advice, really drove home to me that I'd made the right call in not trusting myself with this job. I wouldn't have been able to fix it even a fraction so well, and I would never have felt confident that I'd fixed the leak. With the significantly better replacement fitted by Plumb-Quick, I'm confident that I won't be digging up the yard for years to come, now. An hour and a half, plus parts and tax, was still less than the min callout for the night before.

Really impressed with the quality and professionalism: and I will definitely ask for Cortez by name for my next plumbing disaster.

I had a bad water leak and called them immediately. They sent Cortez right over and he fixed it beautifully!!! He was so polite and professional. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem was and how he fixed it. I will call them for any future plumbing issues!!!! Thank you so much!!

These guys are amazing! First time I used them I had some issues with the shower in my master bathroom; not only they were able to fit me in their schedule for next day considering the emergency but they were on time and fix the problem. The second time I called and spoke to Jason about a weird noise every time I flush the toilet. Jason explained to me how I might be able to fix it myself. I did what he told me and problem was fixed. I definitely recommend this company. I am very impressed with their quality, honesty and customer service.

I woke up minutes before needing to head out the door for work just to jump in the shower to find...NO HOT WATER! I took the world's fastest (cold!) shower, yes, it sucked, and off to work I went.

Called Plumb-Quick after a brief glance at Yelp reviews and booked with them as they were able to make it, and do the work, that very day. I worked with Kortez who was patient, kind, and very thorough both in explaining everything and providing a detailed invoice of what all was done and materials used. The quote was right in line with two other services I called for an over the phone estimate using the info that Kortez had provided during his initial walk through.

So far so good, the water heater is functioning and after a quick glance at the plumbing work, it really looks like outstanding workmanship.

I also give Jason (owner?) a high five for his great and friendly customer service.

As you can tell, I highly recommend these folks!!

just a warning. Make sure you know and have a breakdown of ALL the expenses you will be charged for and what the hourly rate is. I was quoted an estimate which included 2 workers. Only one showed up, which made the job take longer. Also, the bottom line when I called to question this was they came in under their estimate, albeit on the high side. Just be aware. I will find someone else next time.
