My friend's nail salon had an emergency - the water was draining back into the pedicure chairs, toilet, sink, and an old closed off pipe. I called Bruce and he sent over Kevin within 2 hours, same morning.

Kevin was a professional, gave all good recommendations and completed the work my friend chose - was not pushy and gave clear pros/cons to all options. She leases the space so does not want to invest in the larger project but Kevin was able to fix all leaks and assess the water heater within 2.5 hours. It was a lot faster than we all thought it would take. The price was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend calling these guys especially if there's a problem needing attention soon.

Bruce Melton is god sent! Unmatched expertise and honest to goodness people with the highest integrity. Call Bruce when you have an issue. Don't think twice! We had a sewer line issue, and lost use of our plumbing entirely. We had called a dozen plumbers to come take a look and had quotes ranging from $20-30k to fix the issue. All seemed to be going after the wrong problem. It just didn't make sense to my me. Then I found Bruce. He came out walked me through a super detailed analysis of what could potentially be happening, and took me on a journey to validate or discard each hypothesis. He found the issue, worked tirelessly to fix it and we've been golden since. He has over 30 years of experience (I think he really has 200yrs plus, to be honest) and will bend over backwards to resolve your issue. Hire him and you won't regret if!

Bruce and Kevin at Plumb Pros are professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their sewer fixed or needs some plumbing work. We hired them to fix our sewer when we moved into our new home. They did a great job with our sewer, so when we were ready to renovate most of our plumbing systems (move showers, sinks, and one toilet), we knew who to call. It was a big project and they were at our house for over five weeks. The work was completed timely, in a professional manner, and cheaper than other quotes we received. We have continued to use them for all of our plumbing needs, including installing a new sink over the holidays. If you need plumbing work done, give these guys a call and you will not be disappointed!

Every time I have called Bruce @ Plumb Pros--which is 3 times in the past 18 months for very different issues--he has responded quickly, which is kind of not a thing with plumbers. Our water heater broke down suddenly and Bruce were able to come and give us a quote the same day for next day replacement. Arrived at exactly the time we agreed on. Excellent communicator. Did a beautiful job. Left the place immaculately clean. Very respectful of COVID concerns - wore a mask inside the house and when talking with me. After gathering 3 bids to replace my water main, picked this company because price was in line with others and I liked their approach to my issue. Once I was ready to proceed I at first got an affirmative response, but then got none at all after email and voice message follow-ups. So IMO just another contractor who loves to say yes but hates to say no, instead just flakes and becomes unresponsive when they change their mind. Unfortunately typical, and frustrating. Extra star though for frustrating me enough to look closer at DIY, which I was able to do completely to code using same tools used by pro plumbers which I rented locally (pipe locator, boring device). Saved myself over $6,500 with only a couple days worth of my time. And it turned out part of that approach they impressed me with was disruptive and unnecessary.

Bruce is the absolute best. He is honest, reliable and really knows his plumbing. I used him for a major sewer repair several years ago. I had a big company give me an estimate, which was $17,000 just to look at the problem, not to fix it. Bruce fixed it and saved me thousands. Since then I had him clear out some roots and another time to repair a broken pipe. He's great.

I wish I could give Bruce a higher rating. He seems knowledgeable and capable of quarterbacking a wide range of projects. I explained my need for a rough order of magnitude quote on installing new sewer line and that I could meet anytime Mon-Fri 7:00-3:00. Bruce came out and did an initial walk through to determine scope of the project. Bruce set up a follow up appointment with me over the phone, and I had forklifts remove access plates and tape off the perimeter for safety. Bruce failed to show up or reschedule. Over the course of 10 business days I've called several times, left voicemails, sent emails, and text messages: still no reply. Are you still in business?
