Here is the reason I gave you a 1. When I called a while ago about a leak in my kitchen faucet, you said that you would give me a free estimate. I was grateful that you just had to twist the screw tighter and didn't charge me for it. Fast forward to about 3 or so months later, my upstairs toilet overflow valve seemed to not be working properly. I called and I asked if he could come by and look at it. I figured you would have given me the same deal as the first time. I had my roommate here & I was not home. When all of a sudden I got an email BILL for 186.00. I was PISSED OFF. My friend who also happens to do some plumming said that I was ripped off and I was most likley overcharged for labor. I didnt say to fix it. If I knew that it was going to cost that much I would have tried to fix it my self or at least you should have given me a choice to fix it or not. That whole unit was recetly replaced btw. SECOND. I went to pay the bill on line and YOU DONT take the bank that I bank with so I went to use my CC and then you want to charge me a transaction fee of over 7.00. WHICH IS ILLEAGAL. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PASS THAT CC FEE ONTO YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU FORCED ME TO USE A BANK THAT I NO LONGER USE AND NOW I HAVE TO TRANSFER MONEY TO THAT ACCOUNT. I will not be doing business with you anymore.

$495 for 40 min snake job to clean a hair clog in bath tub, so about 15-20 min actual snaking. Last two times other big plumbing companies came by they charge 150 per hour to snake kitchen sink, the toughest one was an hour n half and they guy really had to work the clog. I know there is inflation but come on why rip customers off, doctors and lawyers charge less per hour. 1 star because the clog was addressed, 1 start for being on time. if that is the new actual hourly rate please correct me. ( in which case are you hiring ? because I wasted my time studying finance and business )

Mr. West came out first thing this morning right on time and was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything and provided a detailed quote and options as well. Seemed knowledgeable. I can't speak to price comparisons but just having a company that is responsive and efficient is worth a lot. I would call on them again if I had an issue.

John showed up at 7am at the front end of 7-8am window. He assessed and gave me the upfront cost to find the leak and cost levels of repair. I had an expectation of cost and while it was higher than what I'd like it to have paid I felt the on time arrival, fixing it and getting it done in one shot with a first time courtesy discount helped.

John was very courteous asking for permission for everything and he left the place just as clean as when he arrived. That's a plus!

Technician Michael West conducted a diagnostic review of my water heater due to our experiencing a slow infrequent water drip. Michael is a top-notch professional; he's polite, polished, plus, he's an excellent communicator. It was quickly evident that he knew his stuff as he helped me understand how the system functions, as well as what was happening inside the water heater likely resulting in the slow leak. Additionally, Michael was able to identify the exact part that needed to be replaced. By providing me this information, I was able to contact the manufacturer and have the replacement part shipped without delay, and without cost due to the system being under warranty. Had I not known the exact part number needed, the situation would have been substantially more complicated to correct. From start to finish, Michael made it clear he wanted to make things right. Once the part arrived, Michael returned to my house, drained and (again) inspected the water heater to make certain no other issues existed. The new part was added, and now the system is working perfectly. I'd also like to point out that from the moment you first make contact with Plumb Professionals and speak with dispatcher Ben, you quickly realize you're in contact with a team of professionals. Let's face it, you usually call a plumbing group because you've got a problem. Speaking with Ben, and then meeting Michael West at my house, I knew that I was in good hands. Lastly, and this was especially impressive, I called the company after the service visit to ask some basic questions regarding the invoice. Ben greeted my call with an eagerness to make sure I fully understood all aspects of their billing process and to make certain I was completely satisfied with the service they provided and the price paid. With representatives like Michael West, as well as point person Ben (the group's dispatcher), you can't go wrong working with this group. They're real pros! Nice work gentlemen! Thank you.

Prices seem WAY out of line with industry standards. It might be what it costs but installation from the big box stores seems cheaper.

Update: Answering the comment below from the company, I was by no means stating your company was not good. Not at all. I understand a business charges what a business charges. No issues there. It just seemed a tad high. Nothing more.
