This company does good work, however is very expensive. I learned my lesson to shop around with my last job done by them. I needed a gas regulator replaced. I was told it would be a lot of labor to replace the part. I was given a quote of $599 (no breakdown of parts labor). The technician returned another day with the part and installed it in around 30 minutes. I looked up the part online and it was around $50. So I was charged almost $550 of labor for half an hour of work. I learned my lesson to shop around and get parts and labor broken down on a quote. I'll look elsewhere next time.

No issues with their work; they seem to know what they're doing. However, I knocked a star off for two reasons. First, we had them come to make sure our tankless water heater was still in good shape, and received an invoice shortly afterward indicating that it had been flushed with vinegar for 45 minutes, when in reality the guy had only been here 15 minutes at most, and had said there was no need for a vinegar flush at this time; he just poured tap water through it about 3 times. We emailed them to ask about it and they sent a new invoice for $100 less saying that the work had been filled in before the plumber came to our house and it had now been updated.

Though I do wonder whether they would have corrected the invoice had we not pushed back, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that one since they did fix it. However, the second issue is that the plumber did not wear a mask while inside our house, even though the pandemic is still going on (we put on masks while he was here). Though they did fix the mistake and, as I said, their work seems fine, we do not intend to use them again due to their apparently lax response to COVID.

I learned about Plumb Professionals on someone's Facebook post. I called them for issues with my backup sump pump battery. They scheduled an appointment that was convenient and per my request. The two gentlemen were professional and very nice. They fixed the issue and I felt the cost was nominal. I recommend Plumb Professionals on every post I see where someone is asking for a plumber recommendation. They are the only ones I will call for any plumbing issues.

We just had Plumb Professionals repipe our whole house and install a new water heater. It was a large job, but Will and John were up to the task. We can't say enough about these guys. They were great to work with. Also, the owner Leo was super quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Every person that we dealt with from the company was polite, responsive, and very professional. Also, their price was very reasonable.

We will definitely be using Plumb Professionals for any future needs that come up, and highly recommend that you do the same.

Excellent responsiveness! We were away on vacation and our dog sitter noticed that we didn't have hot water. Called them and set up a time that worked and repair was done immediately and worked beautifully. Will def call again when the need arises.

Plumb Professionals earned all 5 stars. We had several plumbers come to give us estimates to replace the galvanized pipes in our home with copper pipes and replace the water heater. Gary from PP came to give me an estimate and he was the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable plumber to show up out of the other companies. Gary even gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions or needed to contact him. PP's prices were very reasonable and they got the work done quicker than I anticipated. We will definitely hire PP again if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

From scheduling to the repair, Plumb Professionals were completely honest, professional and did a great job. Gary, our plumber, was friendly and professional.
